Moving is incredibly stressful, stopped in life storage for some materials and some information.SANDIE was incredibly helpful in helping me pick out what I needed and didn’t try to oversell me. I told her what I needed and she delivered and then some!ANDREW helped me check out, and answered my questions about the storage facilities, what’s included and all the great benefits of being a customer.This was a great experience for me, and I’m slightly less stressed now that I have some experts in moving on my side!

Andrew was absolutely fantastic. I am a teacher changing schools for the summer and did not need a lot of storage but had never had reason to come in before now. Andrew really walked us through and very patiently explained hue storage units work and the options with size. I feel like we got more than five start treatment and ended up buying boxes as well. I would definitely recommend Andrew, this location and the company in general. He even stayed late to help us!!!!

Sandie is by far the most amazing person Ive ever met. She is kind and caring and was fantastic even with my kids being loud. Andrew was also really great. The store is very clean and beautiful. Definitely a great place to rent!

The storage facility is nice but they have increased my rent twice now in a year. Started affordable now its to much for a place that has the automatic doors left open constantly. Will be moving somewhere else.

Lets just start by saying that Sandra (Sandy) went above and beyond to help us though a very frustrating move. Top that off with just a very well kept, spacious, and convenient storage, and I couldnt be happier. Its too bad I didnt find them sooner, I was even able to use their box truck to move some of my remaining larger items into the unit. Just a great experience all around (minus the physical moving part).

I typically dont share reviews but the amazing customer service I received today from Sandra M. was impeccable. I was frustrated I had to move my belongings to a storage facility for 3 months until my house was completed but she made the process so easy, made me feel comfortable about my options and really took the time to walk me through everything (which space would be the best for me, security, etc.). A couple of people were at the facility and she addressed them by name and they knew her by name as well. She really not only turned a bad day into a good one but really makes me appreciate people like her who know how to really give great customer service and just be human...especially in a time like this. Thank you Sandra and Life Storage...you have a great employee :)

Modern, air conditioned, clean location. I used a Life Storage in Phoenix before when my kids were at GCU, and this location is just as friendly and secure. Juan is always nice and helpful, and Sandra smiles and keeps everything clean! The space was reasonably priced considering the air conditioning in AZ summer heat, and I appreciated having doors on both the north and south sides of the space for easy access. Would gladly use their services again!

I’m so pleased with my experience here. I have a storage unit and needed to use the truck to move some things. The team went above and beyond to reserve the truck for my move date. Sandra was great she was so kind and extremely helpful. I will definitely use the truck for my next move and will continue using them for storage. The facilities are clean and cool and they even provide dollies for moving your stuff!

This storage facility is incredible nice and probably the cleanest one I have ever seen. They have conference room and business services that come with your rental, they also have PO Boxes and Wine storage. I met with Sandra today and she could not have been more nicer. I currently have my stuff stored at another storage facility and am thinking about changing. This is a little farther for me, but currently the rate is less than what Im paying. Thanks for the tour.

What a great facility!! Sandra was very friendly outgoing and helpful. Really takes pride in the facility and her job. Goes out of her way to make sure any and all questions are asked. As you tour the facility which has free conference room usage and business .As well rents mailboxes for $10 and even has wine storage. Air conditioned units as well as drive up access.

Juan was amazing! We arrived to the storage facility on moving day having reserved a unit and the moving truck a month in advance and learned that our reservation was no longer in the system. A small panic attack later, he was able to book the last 10x10 air conditioned unit AT A LOWER RATE! We ended up saving about $15 a month. Thank you Juan!
