Cheap and very convenient storage. Bring a broom and rag your first time because both units were VERY dusty top to bottom before we moved in. Management was friendly and helpful.

Prices could be better during these hard times but when gate code didn’t work one of the girl inside was able to quickly fix it for my cousin whom is renting there but over all not a lot of traffic which is good

Amazing customer service! the keys to my vehicle that im storing at the chandler location got stolen along with the paperwork confirming my unit (gate code, space number). i was freaking out and the property manager, Sam (who i believe goes by Josh), immediately changed my gate code for me. instantly put me at ease. thank you!

I moved out of my storage unit 2 months ago and am still being charged. I was recently emailed a default notice and was informed that the contents of my now empty storage unit will be auctioned off. I would not recommend anyone placing a bid... No one returns my calls or emails, of which there have been numerous. When I call the corporate line, I am told they cant do anything but they will have the property manager contact me, which he never does. A property manager from a different location, Angelo, is the only person to actually return my call and he was nice enough to try and help me even though it was not his location or problem. Once he was involved I finally received a call back from Josh at my storage location telling me that my account will be closed, but here we are 3 weeks later and my account still remains open with charges being incurred. I hate leaving negative reviews but at this point I am just hoping someone sees this that can help get this cleared up.

Would love to rent a unit, but twice have I gone here during posted business hours and no one being here. Take your money elsewhere.

I had come to the location after reserving a unit online with the door locked. Then rescheduled to come in the following Monday for the move in and paperwork.Now it’s Monday, the door was locked, again. They had a lunch sign saying lunch was over at 2:30pm; it was about to be 4:00. We had previously told the person that we’d be back (Monday) around the same time. We stayed in the front of this office for literally 10 minutes, called the facility 3 times in this time frame with no answer. Knocked on the door and window. Now it’s Thursday and I have called 3 times again and nothing. Super disappointed and unprofessional.

The office is closed, so Ive called the customer service number everyday since getting my unit. Im put on hold for 8-10 minutes just for them to tell me a manager will contact me to process my request...well its been DAYS and no manager has called!

This facility on Arizona is very well-managed, the manager goes out of her way to help you out it may not be the nicest or safest one but I would certainly recommend it and use it again if I needed storage again.

Manager Margarita is very nice and the facility is clean. Prices are a bit higher than some competition and went up after a year but that is not uncommon.

Be prepared for your monthly cost to go up every six months!! We’ve only been there a little over a year and the rate has gone up 2 times! Beware!

Long-time renter here. Place has gotten WORST! Third price increase in a year and absolutely NO benefit to stay. This increase makes them the MOST expensive. Time to leave
