I was in a rush to get a storage unit for the summer and I was able to get one of the last air conditioned units in town with these guys on short notice. It was even at a slight discount because there was a structural pole in the unit, but that didn’t get in the way at all. Very helpful team. Easy to access the unit whenever I needed, very secure, and the climate control was great. All my records survived a Phoenix summer!

Right off the freeway and its not exposed too much which is good.

The storage place I had a unit reserved rented it out as I was pulling up. So I didnt know where to go. In the middle of moving. I Googled storage places near my new home and storage quest came up. I drove over and Jesus was there. He helped me find 2 smaller units but at a better price. I was thrilled. It saved me from go crazy. This facility is so clean & updated. The furnishings in the huge waiting room are really nice. Oh, and they plant a tree for every unit rented. So my 2 units planted 2 trees somewhere. That makes me happy! Highly recommended place

StorQuest in Chandler was very easy to work with. The storage spaces are clean and the units are great.

I would give this place 5 stars but they ONLY HAVE 1 cart on site, so you have to wait for someone else to finish like waiting in line. Im currently pregnant and had to move some of my stuff to the second floor. It was so inconvenient and I was pretty upset doing a job that takes 10 mins that lasted an 45 mins. They need more carts!!!!

Everyone thing and every person was terrific except one thing. We have a upstairs 20x10 so we have to use a elevator naturally. But, you only have one small cart to move things and as a result we had to make multiple trips costing us time and energy. With the money invested in this facility please put another cart at the back lower level of the front building on the east side. Thank you

This would be my first time purchasing a storage unit and I had no clue what size would hold my items so the customer service rep went out of his way to walk me to the units and help me make the best decision! He was so patient and kind to my kids and I, and gave us such a great price on the unit! I especially love how much security is at the facility which gives me a peace of mind. Such a clean, and great office with great customer service!

Excellent customer service, Ive been here since 2019 and one of the best storages that Ive ever been to. Julius has the best customer service that Ive experienced.

I am beyond pleased that I chose to store my belongings at StorQuest!! I never thought I’d feel so happy about a storage company, but from initially calling and getting price information to my “moving in” day, the process was ISSUE-FREE! Julius was professional and thorough in answering all of my questions and showing me around the property. The prices are very reasonable as well as the space size options; access hours are great, units are climate controlled, property is clean, they have a great security system, etc. I (and my belongings 😄) feel safe and secure storing with StorQuest. I was assured that the monthly rate was not introductory and that as long as I kept current my rate wouldnt increase. After maybe 6 months I got a notice that my rate was increasing. That being said, still a good price after the increase, but a little shady.Update: they have increased my rent yet again. Thats a 70% increase over the price they initially told me would never change. Not the most convenient location and now that their prices are higher than competitors, Ill be moving somewhere else.

Just like every other storage they jack up the price every once in a while because they know youre not going to pack all your stuff and move. *** My biggest complaint and this is a big one... they never have enough carts... I have to either go searching for one or carry 1 item at a time up or down the elevator which is usually the case. I could understand if they were really busy but thats not it... I usually dont see anyone else there. GET MORE CARTS AND DESIGNATE THEM TO EACH BUILDING PLEASE!!!On the positive side, its really clean, I literally have to enter my code in 3 different times just to get to my storage unit so there is good security, Kind of extreme but better safe than sorry I guess. Customer service is well... I wont go into that🤔

I had a reservation with StorQuest. I called several times and nobody answers, or you get hung up on. Or if they do answer they immediately put you on hold again to get someone in the office but nobody is ever in the office. I went to the office on 3 occasions, each time there was a be back soon clock on the door. Nobody responds to email either. 100% they lost my business because of poor customer service.

Storage was great, no complaints. Store reps were not very detailed with explaining guidelines/payment info. When I called to cancel I left the phone call hoping that it was canceled correctly and not knowing if I owed or was owed anything.

Clean & efficient! Easy peasy to get a space

Im a new customer and this location is immaculate. Granted that all units are indoors, but even the unit themselves were very clean. The prices are very reasonable too, so far Im very pleased.

Amanda was absolutely amazing. We were in a situation where our storage at another company had flooded and wanted to move in asap. With little time left in the day, Amanda helped get us ready as quickly as possible. Before this, Amanda and Julius were both great when I came in days prior to check out the facility and ask questions.

Rented two 10x10 storage units. Process was super easy.Id definitely recommend this place.

Clean, easy to get in and out of, rarely has a wait for carts to move your items with.

Amanda was so knowledgeable and kind and made the whole process so easy despite the universes efforts otherwise. She really knows her stuff, and how to treat people.

This StorQuest Self Storage is huge and they have all different sizes of units. The whole building is air conditioned and its always been cool. Our unit is a 10x15 and is big enough for all our stuff.Its easy to access the building and elevators. They provide large flat carts to haul your stuff to and from the units.The only problem we had was the elevator doors keep closing even when we are in the doorway. We actually had to push the door open because it was stuck against the metal cart and we could not move either way. They do have a sign that says do not hold the elevators doors open they break. There has got to be a better solution then to have the doors closing even when the sensor is blocked.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable. Have the best location of unit for what I had to store. Price is great $20. Less monthly and have a larger unit than other facility I was using.

Awesome, down-to-earth staff! Paid less than what I was quoted over the phone! Might have been a mistake but might have also just been them doing me the favor of overestimating which is always nice. Very cool inside the building which is so nice because Im moving in the middle of the day. They had a dolly set out for you and overall Ive never had an easier self-move experience, but notice that they have free drivers and movers! Which I didnt look into, but absolutely will be!

I had an issue with moving from one storage room to another and my billing, but after I made a call and sent an email, the manager was able to help me immediately with the issue.I worked for another storage and moving company for 3 years, and I can tell you - keep doing what you are doing, make customer service the number one priority. You can always make mistakes, but if you have great customer service, almost always, you will still have a happy customer.

Kathy! That is the name of the gem that has helped me immensely and more than once. She helped me with the renting process, gave me a great affordable deal and also did me a favor and watched some furniture for me that someone was going to pick up. She’s such a sweet woman. And this place is always spotless and extremely safe. I did a lot of research before I chose this place and I’m so glad I did. I never worry about my stuff being here!

Renting a storage unit here was a pleasurable event. The staff is exceptionally personable. Follow-up communication the day I reserved said how happy they were to have me cjoose them. I was able to reserve and come in a couple days later to sign papers and pay. Very trusting. Try them. I dont think you will be dissatisfied.

Todd is a phenomenal manager. He gives great suggestions on which size unit would work best, and he is very knowledgeable about the different computer systems employed. He makes going into the office a pleasant experience, and we make sure to always stop in to at least say hello to him.Without Todd we would not have chosen to rent a bigger size unit to store additional rooms of our belongings there. Richard at the Chandler location made the leasing process very easy and even helped me to obtain a better located unit (than what was originally reserved on-line for me). Even though the facility is only less than a year old, I hope that keep up how clean it is because thats extremely appealing when deciding where to store your personal belongings. This has to be one of the nicest facilities Ive ever seen. Amanda was incredibly helpful with a last minute move from a different storage facility that gave us a unit that was prone to flooding. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been using storage facilities for the past 20 years for business and personal purposes. I, currently, have several storage units with US Storage in Chandler. All I can say is; great prices, clean, secure, and a very helpful and accommodating staff. This well managed property has everything I look for in a storage facility. On top of everything else I have mentioned, I havent seen any bugs or sketchy people hanging around the property and the video surveillance is top notch. Thank you!

The perfect storage for your needs. I rent a lot of storage space during my life but this is really clean, well maintained and employees are very smart and customer oriented. Costs are inline within other offers on the market. Only need: increase the numbers of complimentary carts to avoid long queues during peak time.

I like my storage unit because it is nice and clean.the provided carts are very helpfully to move stuff.and specially my unit is very accessable. But the price could have been $25 lower as it was advertised on the website.

Not only is Todd the property manager extremely helpful and crystal clear when explaining details regarding storage; there is also another incredibly helpful person to assist you, her name Lisa. I stopped in a few days ago and the amount of hospitality I received made me feel as if I was at an 4 star hotel...it was great. After we organized my storage arrangements we literally sat and talked about food, family, and places to take family to eat. This place does everything that it can to make you feel secure in your business with them.

We were just lucky to pick Todd and his crew at the US Storage Ctr in Chandler. You dont have to be lucky, We would choose them again in a heartbeat. We reserved a unit from out of state, and when we got there, perfect! Everything was as advertised. Then we needed parking space, boom, done. Next we added an additional unit. No problem! We moved out of all the units today and again, No problem! With all this going on they got the billing right every time,now that is a real treat! The StorQuest in Candler was/is amazing. They helped me with a very tragic and upsetting experience I had with the Interstate Moving and Relocation Group company. The moving company I hired broke many of my items. They helped with getting the correct size unit to store my items in. They lisened and consoled me through the process of renting the unit and directing me on names of people that could help me further. For this I thank them. They are amazing and helpful people!

Love that this location is so close to my house! The staff is super friendly & helpful to whatever you need. Great monthly, non-contracted rates with a huge selection of unit sizes for your needs. Opened 7 days weeks & easy coded access to all their unit renters. Totally suggest this location to whoever lives in the Chandler area.

So I don’t like putting energy in reviews unless their worth it , but, I have to say that StorQuest on Frye was just awesome. Honestly we had some mix ups with the reservation process but nothing they couldn’t handle. Super happy with Anthony’s help with everything. He even offered to lend a hand with moving some of my boxes, which if that’s not amazing customer service I don’t know what is. Everything was quick, painless and the pricing was unbeatable for the 10x10 unit I got PLUS month to month👌🏻 12/10 would recommend. Customer service is almost Chik-Fil-A boot camp worthy. I’m living for it my guy , THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

I had my car shipped to this storage location from east coast. Gabriel was great. Having to coordinate all this from east coast, I was very worried but Gabriel answered all my questions and concerns and left me feeling assured. Sure enough the car was left by the carrier in the designated parking space and Gabriel gave me the keys in person.
