Started shopping at Helzberg in Wisconsin. This is the only place I will buy good jewelry. Service and staff is excellent. Wish there was one here in Lakeland.

My sister bought a necklace for me for my birthday. I do not wear silver and already have a daily necklace, so we went to the store to return it. My sister had paid in cash and they said because she paid in cash, they have to mail her a check in her name which would take 10 days!!!! The necklace was only $110. No one told her this when she paid. Extremely inconvenient!!!

Was quoted two different prices to resize my bracelet. The staff was friendly enough, but the resizing shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to an hour top, and 109$ to resize a $250 tennis bracelet is insane.

Came in for new rings explained several times that we were only interested in getting another solitaire what is continually showed other Rings until I had no interest in being in the store anymore and was pushed 500 to $1,500 rings then I told the person assisting me that at the most I was willing to spend 500 at the moment

Delayed review (bought in early December). My sales associate was Melody. SHE IS A JOY!MY choices of a specific charm was a bit tough so she tried her best. Once a decision was made used store credit and it was painless. In and out, with beautiful pieces.

My engagement ring came from here and I went in to get it cleaned as always. I have moved from Illinois and I thought it would be a pain to switch everything. The staff was great and made it seamless. They also took one of my rings that broke, fixed it, shined it up, and returned it within a week. And price to fix it was even better!If you need help with new jewelry or old, go see them.

I was just looking around as I was killing sometime as my girlfriend was shopping in the mall. I stop in the store to look at some engagement rings, I started talking with a sale person I wanted to compare two rings at the same time to see which one I like best I was told “sorry you can only hold one at a time” wow one of the biggest item I’m thinking about buying but I can only see one ring at a time! I felt some kinda of way and I just walked away. I’m a young Hispanic male I was dress casual not sure if I was profiled but he made me feel that way.

I want to thank Brandi(sales consultant) at this Helzberg diamonds location for helping me find my dream engagement ring! My fiancee and I had been to several other jewlers and the level of service was just not up to par. We walked in to look around and I saw they carried moissanite, which no other jewlers in south Tampa carried in store. I was already super impressed with the variety of selections they had for their engagement rings. Brandi came over with a genuine smile and asked how she could help us today. I wasnt 100% certain on which type of stone or cut I wanted, and she explained to us all the different types of cuts and types of stones that they carried. She literally went to each showcase in the store and let me try on as many rings that I wanted((sanitized before and after each try on)). We found a ring I liked, but the setting wasnt really what I wanted. Brandi suggested a different setting and told me that she could have the jewler customize it for me. My fiancee and I were so pleased with the level of customer service and the genuineness that she showed us. We want to thank her and the staff at Helzberg diamonds for helping us finding our perfect engagement ring!

Iris is the very best! My husband and I are always treated extremely well and Iris is always more than willing to help us find what were looking for. The entire staff is wonderful, were just a little partial to Iris because she always takes good care of us. Their prices are reasonable and they always have a great selection and price ranges.

I have bought my jewlrey at Helzberg it about 4 years. I like the fact that they have a large variety, new thing always, a clearance section, and childrens jewlrey that is affordable. The staff is terrific, Mickey and Iris are my go to girls. No disrespect but they fantastic.

So mad went to get a ring guard the lady gave me every reason to re size my ring that I didnt want to. She couldnt put the ring guard on but scratched the hell out of my new platinum ring. I told her to stop with the plyers and let me have my ring back. She kept on until I said it a few more times.

Fixed my wedding ring when another jewelry went out of business- I will be there customer for life! Great caring service

Avind the store manager was great in answering every question I had about diamonds, bands, and everything else. He went above and beyond to ensure I was fully knowledgeable before leaving and this was all after him knowing we were just browsing and not in the market right now.

2nd time in (after expressing interest and ordering a diamond!) I was ignored either because I was Hispanic and in gym Clothes; so I can’t possibly have any money right?. FYI i was planning on following up on that ABI order on the 3 carat EVVS2 diamond to purchase that same day. Shame on this staff.PS I may look young and have come in raggedy gym clothes, but surprise! I have a PHD child psychiatry and am 28 years old. Please do not judge me from my looks. You treat me like gold when I’m ordering but when it’s a different staff and I come out of suit and tie in gym clothes I get treated like a second class piece of trash.And please don’t try to side step me to a lower cost item because you think I don’t have the money and said I don’t want a credit app at first, it was something I had the money for and am purchasing a home soon, I explained I cannot run my credit. I have never been so insulted in my entire life. And from a Berkshire Hathaway company no less. Warren would be so ashamed.

This company has beautiful pieces of jewelry, but they are not too good when it comes to customer service (at least in my experience).I felt mistreated and unwelcomed when all i wanted to do was get my ring resized. I will have to reconsider doing business here again. :/
