Great clean store. Very nice Associate that was extremely helpful. We felt sorry for all the glasses we left to clean though.

I went into the store today around 4:30pm. I had a couple questions about a broken lenses on my coast as I recently purchased from Sunglasshut. I have been a returning customer for years, and Chris rubbed me the wrong way. His customer service was unprofessional, and I felt very shoved out the door. My questions were unanswered, and my trip to the store felt like a complete waste. I won’t be returning

The girls that work here made me feel welcomed. I will be back to buy more because of them. I forgot their names, but I liked them a lot. I walked out with 2 great pair of glasses on a nice sale.

I love my experience at this store. The employees were very helpful and friendly. Previous experiences with this company at other locations were awful. Im glad I decided to stop here and able to buy the glasses that I needed it.

The staff member (stephanie)was very polite and professional, she greet at you even if she busy doing something, she listen to your concern and immediately find a solution, attitude is the key in any business, I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Marsala “like the wine, not the chicken” was absolutely amazing I could hug her! My favorite Prada glasses were sat on and she was able to save their life! She’s a true Sunglass doctor. Beyond grateful. Was extremely courteous and helpful and will be back to purchase a few pairs we had picked out from her soon. She could’ve easily turned me away and said I was out of luck but her customer service far exceeded my expectations. I never leave reviews but she was 100% deserving of one!

Dont ever, purchase anything from here, learned my lesson, they will never get my business again. Sales associate sold me a pair of glasses I hate and told me dont worry I can always return them and how great of a return policy they have. Straight lies! First the rude person told me that I needed the bag, most ridiculous thing ever? Then told me the glasses I literally have never worn could not be returned because of a scratch. Firstly no visible scratch, glasses are exactly as they were sold to me. You lost a loyal customer! These people are crooks with horrible customer service!

Store manager managed to convenience my wife into buying most expensive pair of maui jim. After two weeks i went back to exchange them and invisible minor scratch popped up out of no where and the glasses were no long exchangeable nor were they returnable. Store manager admitted to me on top of that she never mention to my wife that the maui jim do not fall under their return policy and that my wife should have read the back of the receipt. I will never buy a pair from sunglasses hut. Nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know. Poor business ethics and poor management from their manager.

“Saudie” the ginger with the man bun/man pony tail is extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this Sunglass Hut to my worst enemy.
