Good variety of pop culture items.

Excellent for finding some old school disney clothes, bags, some baby onesies. just a little cramped when going in with other customers. It would probably make it difficult for mothers with baby carts to maneuver around the store.

Lunch Money is the best. I have gotten many a Loungefly half off because of stacking my their promos. Love the selection of Disney merch. Also a lot of Studio Ghibli products. Prices can be a little high, but worth it to me.

Make sure you go to the store. Do not order on line. Ive been waiting for something to ship for two weeks and keep getting the run around on line. I am not even able to cancel the order to buy the item in the store. Every time I go to the store they are always friendly and helpful. I have a collection of over 50 Loungelfy bags and this is one of my favorite places to go. But once again GO TO THE STORE do not shop on line.

A lovely little pop culture shop. A wide variety of products, from figures and pins, to t-shirts, jackets, umbrellas and other paraphernalia of popular shows, games and other sources. Their shirts are incredibly soft. And pricing is similar to other shops that share the same product base. Ive only ever come across two of these, the other located in Florida Mall. I would love to see more locations pop up.

I ordered two shirt online. I wanted to return them because of the quality wasnt as expected. I drove 50 minutes to this location to avoid having to mail the return. Which I should done in the first place. Of course there was a new employee on the register who couldnt do a return for items ordered online. Fine, I get it first timers. The manager however couldnt do it either. The sku numbers werent registering with the system. The manager did what she could to manipulate it so she could complete the return but she did not want to give me cash back. The system was telling her to give me cash back (I paid with my debit card which is basically the same thing). So she gave me store credit. Fine (not really). I did not see anything in store I wanted so I went home and ordered this cute purse to be sent to the store ONLY for the free shipping. I NEVER received an email that it shipped. But I did check online and it did shipped. I NEVER received an email OR phone call from this store to let me know my order had arrived. I basically forgot about it. But get this...I did get a phone call letting me know they will cancel my order because my order had been sitting there for a while. I let her know the same amount of time it took her to call me about cancelling my order she couldve called to let me know that the order was there. She says you shouldve received an email. I told her I never received an email, she replies oh yea sometimes customers dont receive their emails.🤔 So if they know emails arent being delivered to customers, would it not be good customer service (or better yet a good store policy) to call customers directly to let them know their orders have arrived? 🙄 Sighs. My two experiences have let me know its not worth the headache or drive.

Amazing place to go get gifts for others or gifts for yourself. They have a variety of genres when it comes to their merchandise, some popular, some popular for older folks. Reasonable prices on all their products, always have some sort of deal going, and the employees are always helpful and explain everything thoroughly.

I absolutely LOVE this store for their Disney section. They always have different odds and ends and different Disney themed book bags, shot glasses, wine glasses, you name it. The staff is always very nice and helpful. I go online and order stuff they dont have in store and have it delivered there for free and pick it up also.

Could be better , I’m a guy and they seemed to be geared to women and younger people who spend a lot with out thinking. All items can be found cheaper online or better selection of pop culture items can be found at other retailers in Brandon. Hot topic should redo the concept of this store . management doesn’t seem to be happy and la me knowledge.

I like to peruse the merchandise here, but the staff is SO OBNOXIOUS. They follow you around, nag you to buy stuff and spout memes and stuff related to the items you’re looking at. It’s EXHAUSTING to shop here. Employees need to stop trying too hard and hide their power levels; I love the pieces of pop culture within as they do, but sometimes, I just want to browse in private and talk with the people I came with rather than listen to them talk at me every two minutes and trail me about the store to do so. If you like to have a casual shopping experience, skip this joint.

Best store Ive been to in years. Hot topic but better, cuter clothes, cuter merch, more versatile gear to buy. They not only have Fandom related clothes: ie my hero academia, Disney, Animal crossing, but they have reasonable prices and good quality as well. They also had a decent figurine collection, something Ive rarely seen in physical stores before. Friendly service too! Full package place.

Welcoming staff store is a little cluttered, but is categorized fairly well between the different items and genre of items they have for sale. I like that all new releases are stored by the registers for ease of finding and purchasing. I like to visit this store and hope they open one in Tampa eventually.

Absolutely LOVE this store. The staff are always kind and helpful any time I am in there. And I go often. They have new items every time i visit and I love that. They have merchandise for almost any popular movie, show etc. I am a huge disney fan and they have such an awesome selection of disney shirts, purses, wallets, mugs, etc. I have many a t shirt from this store and they are all super comfortable and well made. I tell so many people about this store. I am a HUGE fan.

They have lots of really eat stuff here. My wife loves to get tshirts, I like the wall hangings. The staff are friendly and love to geek out about the various franchises that is represented in the store.

Awesome store full of awesome items and gift ideas and every 10$ purchase goes to the LOCAL food bank by feeding America so every 10 dollars is 1 meal donated, you get stuff and help people get food, and theyre customer service is fantastic a tall young man named Christian help me with my purchases he lightened my shopping load and helped me get some merchandise and I left with a whole bunch of awesome things thanks to him, definitely recommending this place for anyone doing some fun gift or shopping for a good time this place doesnt disappointed. 10/10

I used to enjoy going to this store, but more recently, the salespeople have become so overly aggressive that I dont even go in anymore.Im fine with being acknowledged when I walk in, but do not need the same sales pitch thrown at me every three feet when it is clearly posted outside of the entrance.This type of salesmanship makes the already cramped store feel claustrophobic.

This place is definitely overpriced. It is a brighter version of hot topic with plenty of Disney, superhero, Harry Potter, and pop culture merchandise. I regret going in there because the employees are always so nice that I feel obligated to buy something there.

Where do I begin?With Edwin. I’ve recently stumbled upon Box Lunch and have been visiting many different locations through multiple states as I have been traveling for business the entire month of August. But on this particular occasion, I stumbled upon the show stopper Edwin. I was greeted as I entered the store and showed the deals. Fantastic. Great service. But it didn’t stop there. I was confronted by this man almost every two minutes. He would talk about obscure references and memes that could only be found on the dark parts of Reddit. He wasn’t taking social cues at all. Eventually I picked up a shirt just to see it was Barney and was placing it back down when he came over and started singing the classic “I love you” with a weeb twist. It was the show I never wanted. He performed the entire thing and I swore I saw the same thing on a straight to VHS high school AV club special. I did have a few things I was going to buy but I unfortunately put them back because he made me so uncomfortable and left a sour taste in my mouth.

Way over priced , hot top owns this place . Might be better to just make hot topic bigger and close this store. The energy and vibe isn’t great . Didn’t feel the love for the stuff they were dying to sell.

You never know what you will find in box lunch. Disney items, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, and many more.

I absolutely love coming in here after work and especially on the days when I know Im looking for something in particular. And other times when Im not even looking for anything. All of the staff are always so nice whenever Im in no matter what the reason. The store never seems disorganized or messed up whenever Im in there. Maybe its because I come in late, but most of the time theres nobody in there so its just the staff and I left to joke around. The store itself is for select type of person that collects things from TV shows and movies. And yes the things may cost a bit more but a portion of the profit goes to feeding the homeless and just hungry in general. So go ahead and hate on them for having higher priced goods, but at least they are doing something with some of the money.

A quaint little gift shop with a variety of geeky goods from themed toasters to t-shirts to Funko Pops. Definitely a cool little place to visit.

I rarely shopped in this store to begin with, only stopping in to look for Funkos. That stopped and the ordering online started thanks to Edwin, who couldnt take no for an answer and just made shopping in store uncomfortable. My latest headache started this past month though. Went in a few weeks ago to look at some exclusive lounge pants they had. The box for the size I needed was damaged and the person had been kind enough to look in the back for me for another one. Im assuming shes a manager because shes in there all the time and speaks with authority so this is the worrying part. She comes back out and says that they dont have another one of the size I need but since all the boxes are the same shed swap them out. Didnt even bother to look at the boxes. So was she offering to peel off ALL stickers (upc, size) to switch or did she just not care about correct numbers? If I was corporate Id be worried that this store does this constantly and what could they possibly be stealing and getting away with by doing so?So I ordered the pants online. On December 1st. As of December 10th, they still hadnt arrived. I go into the store and ask. Cashier mentions that no, the order had been on the 7th. I ask if shes looking at my Hot Topic order as I had ordered something on that day from them. She lies to my face and tells me that they cant see Hot Topic orders. I say she lies because I have been to Hot Topic when customers from Box Lunch come in saying that they were sent there because their BoxLunch order had been sent there. I myself had been in BoxLunch to pick up an order in the past and they actually call Hot Topic to ask about an order that had been delivered there. My Hot Topic order I had picked up that same day. The same manager than says that probably it took longer to process because they were out at the warehouse. Would the website then not have said Out of Stock? Or maybe Id actually get an email for once saying sorry, would you like a refund? Which neither happened. Was charged just as fast for them as past orders so I find it hard to believe that it took a week to process an order. The manager just kept making excuse after excuse, saying that they have no control over emails and she keeps contacting main office anytime someone complains about lack of emails. She even asked for my number to give me a call when it comes in, but didnt bat an eye or apologize when I pointed out that I had done that with my last order and still never got a call. I will have to admit at this point I was not pleasant with them whatsoever. But its frustrating when you are facing people who just dont care and lie to you with no remorse.These people at the store just dont care about their customers and products. There is no excuse for them to lie to customers. No excuse for them making excuses. I really hope that the rest of the stores arent like this, but as this is the only one for where I am, BoxLunch has just lost my business for good.
