Love the products I purchased. The store associate was helpful. And she is on that hand sanitizer! Lol. She will catch you at the door and ask so politely ! I love it! Someone is not afraid to speak up and help cut back on germs is always good! Especially with all the hands touching stuff😊

I always experience amazing service here but I gotta say, Martha goes above and beyond! I’ve met some incredible employees, but she’s someone special that Lush is lucky to have. She was just so kind, helpful, and patient (especially with customers that were just oblivious to the entrance being blocked off due to COVID/capacity). Give that girl a raise!

My boyfriend and I went into Lush tonight and had the absolute best experience. I was surprised that even during a pandemic our visit was so worth it. The amount of people in the store was limited but were still allowed in to smell products. We were helped my a woman named Martha I believe and she was amazing. She was incredibly helpful and recommended great products without being pushy or overbearing. She made the whole experience even better.

Today I walked in to the store with my mask on and I sanitize my hands. They had a sample of soaps by the sink and I wanted to try them. The lady asked me If I was doing ok which I told her that I needed help. She yelled at me to put back my mask which it was on all the time and then she completely ignored me and my question. Definitely not going back to the Brandon store.

Went Christmas shopping here! The staff was extremely helpful and assisted us when we couldn’t make up our minds. It meant a lot to us that they took the time to ask questions and get a good grasp of what our loved one would like. Then helped us pick the perfect gift for our loved one. This combined with the effortless sustainability the company offers this was a great experience!

I have loved Lush products for years but today (8/19/2020) I had the best experience buying lush! I didn’t get the lovely girls name but she had the prettiest blue/purple hair & was extremely helpful in explaining products & their ingredients. Best lush trip ever!

If your store carries items that your customers will want to smell in order to make a decision to purchase and this is not allowed yet you allow them to touch and hold the same items, it seems your background on the spread of covid is limited. Additionally, your employees cannot cover their rudeness with their passive aggressive, high pitched squeaky voice. If I could give you less than one star, I would.

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences from this location. Everyone is always so helpful and super friendly. And all of the products that Ive used are phenomenal!

Lush is such a fun store to visit. So much to look at and try. I especially enjoy the colorful bath bombs and that they provide samples.Lush also does a great job of hiring interesting and friendly employees. I always feel welcomed and taken care of whenever I stop by and visit.This is definitely a store you want to check out even if its just to look and learn. They have so many great products for skin.

You cant go in and smell everything right now, but the variety and options are still there.

We usually go to the lush in orlando, but it was my mothers birthday and she wanted to go to the Brandon mall location because it was closer. First we waited to be let in because the lady was busy with another customer. She completely ignored us, she let us in after my mom wanted to leave. As soon as we got inside, our masks on and sanitizer in hand because we know the procedure of going in stores, the lady lacked to tell us anything we wanted to smell we had to leave the store and she would let us smell it outside. She yelled at my mother to put the mask back over her nose as my mom tried to explain she wasnt told about it. The lady berated her and then hovered over her to make sure she didnt smell anything else. My mom got her usual, upset she couldnt find anything else, and we left. The lady didnt have to be ignorant, we were compliant and sanitized everytime she asked us to. She could have told us the store procedures for smelling an item and we would have followed. Maybe she was in a bad mood, but I dont care, we will never be back to the location. The environment was so toxic and they were borderline Karens the entire time.

Cute little store. Obviously, it smells divine. They have tons of different products that you can sample. Very nice staff. Very knowledgeable too. A little pricey but...what can you expect from the inventors of these products. Of course, we bought a few things. :)

We are totally going packaging free man. We are now shopping exclusively at LUSH, Shampoo bars and diapers and bath bombs and shower bombs and we don’t need to go and buy things that come in plastic containers that is just going to wind up in the ocean or landfill - no thank you! And the people that work at the store are super helpful and attentive so why would you not want to have a totally four-star experience when you’re buying your personal care items!

I saw something on Instagram that got my eye of lush then I downloaded the app and did some research on them and made my wish list lol !Yesterday I walked into the store and it was a little overwhelming but I took pictures of the things I wanted to try on my phone before I came . Then Miss Elena came to the rescue! She was super friendly and sweet down to earth she helped me with what I was needing I got a shampoo soak and float and conditioner American dream a bath bomb Avobath and a scruby Scrubee body butter and sexy peel soap . This stuff smells so Good !She sampled the Scrubee body butter on my armShe said it was my first time she was breaking me in lol man my arm was so so soft after that I had to have one lol .She’s the main reason I enjoyed it so much I loved her ! If she can get some kind of reward out of this she deserves it ! Thank you 😊Oh and she gave me free samples of some things I was wanting to try ! .

I’ve never had a bad experience. This one has not been a pleasant one for me. I was a little disappointed I couldn’t even smell the bath bombs to get an idea. I placed my order online in front of the pregnant one. She gave me a hard time. Trying to charge me again. When information her I already paid... she asked to see. Willingly I showed her my order 4times. I even showed her my bank statement where it charged me. She asked for my first and last name to write it down. Had she informed me I could have paid with her in the first place... I wouldn’t have even went online. So unhelpful! Didn’t even get the samples like I’ve always got.

I love Lush the employees are all so happy to be there and it makes the whole experience better. They have everything you could ever want for your skin and hair and my entire self care regimine is entirely Lush.

I love lush. I dont use bath bombs but I like the all natural. I just wish they could be as cheap as the name brand non organics out there. Being healthy is hard with bills.

I love their products but the prices have gone way up and this location is just way too small to enjoy the shopping experience. The employees can be pushy and intimidating when you just want to browse and experience the store for what it is and for that reason I just simply stopped shopping here.

Excellent products, friendly staff. The bath bombs and shampoo bars are the best! The only thing that would make this location better is more space. It can get quite cramped because its so small.

Stuff is AMAZING. I love to pamper my self with the bath bombs and bubble bars. The only sale they have is after holiday - they do buy one get one on holiday gift boxes. Everything is worth the price.

I’m a die hard Lush customer. The employees here are all extremely helpful and friendly. But man, this store is so tiny that you can’t look at anything. It’s the size of a linen closet.

This is by far my favorite LUSH in central FL. They have a friendly staff and have the store set up very well. The staff does not try and upsell to a pushy degree and we have generally found them to be extremely helpful, curteous, and informative in all our experiences shopping there. They are quick with a sample and they are also great with kids!

Staff are always really friendly but almost uncomfortably so some times, im not complaining about receiving help at all but with the sales person standing over me waiting for me to pick something I felt pressure that I not only had to buy something but that I had to buy what she suggested. Im going to shop there again but definitely wont ask for help lol

Not much space, but most Lush locations have a more intimate set up. They have a plethora of products and friendly and willing associates on site.

The rating is more for the size of the store and how inattentive the staff was. Only one girl was ringing people up, she was by herself while the rest of the staff was more concerned with being in the storage closet.The store size gives you extreme anxiety, it is horrible. I know thats out of their control, but still something that needs to be said. Overall Id rather travel to another one than experience that again.
