I Prices are a little high but they carry a lot of book 📚. They have a toy section to. They are nice here and they keep the place looked good.They have some great learning toys for younger ages. There is a coffee shop in here so you can have a cup of coffee and read a book.

My sons favorite store you can find any book you like I found some books for my ladies group and my son found some Manga books that he likes. Everyone is kind and friendly and willing to help.

Its been a while since Ive been in a books-a-million book store. They closed the one near me.This one is in a big mall, clean, good service and help. They were kind enough to help me find what I was looking for and gave me a coupon for free cup of coffee.

The cozy atmosphere is just as I remember, though its a shame that only one side of the check out desks was open

I give it five stars because, wide selection of Bibles, study tools, and Bible dictionaries. They also have the Strongs exhaustive Concordance, and the Interlinear Bible.

They put The anime section in the front good.

This is a very busy store layout-wise compared to B&N. The arrangement is still nice and easy to navigate. Nice store~

2nd best store in the mall. 1st Ice cream store. Lots of books if all types , toys and puzzles for kids and adults of all ages. Friendly people who help you find what youre looking for. Great prices and selections

My bible study found a book he really wanted, a physical copy, after reading it on digital. Its funny how we have the need to touch the pages sometimes. Im glad we can still find some book stores around, especially for the newer generation.

Great selection, no cashier open besides the Cafe which meant I had to wait for 4 people who needed to know the history of coffee from the VERY helpful Barista (legitimately, she was just lovely) but a simple cashier roaming and available at the front register or the back register would have been helpful.

This is in the Brandon mall, it is a great store and it is a great way to wind down a little after trudging through the mall all day trying to keep up with your teenage daughter!

I love book stores but they need to organize their shelves better. I went to the educational books for kids and it was a mess. Books should be separated by grade and have some sense of order. I tried to look but the chaos of it not being organized sent me right out the door. Love that we have book stores but someone is lacking. And employees were putting books in that section. Funny thing is she put books and left. Like did you not see it was not organzied.

Love shopping here. They have so much different things, especially for kids. Its a bit pricey, unless youre a member which costs $25 to join.

My husband and I walked into this store (this past Sunday) with the intentions of buying a five part book series as a birthday gift for our daughter in the young adult section. We found the books on the very bottom shelf and my husband (having a medically diagnosed back issue) sat down to look over the books and gather up the five we needed... When in walks BAM employee on an evident power trip. He proceeds to berate us about not sitting on the floor due to Covid-19 restrictions. Then, becoming more condescending, informs us there’s a cafe with chairs we could sit in. Like that cafe does us any good trying to pick up five books from a shelf in the store. I fail to see how sitting on a floor creates anymore of a Covid-19 hazard then us standing there looking over the books. And, yes, we were both most definitely wearing masks as we would never go anywhere without one on. The employee created more of a hazard than anything as there was no one else in the isle before he showed up, or the isles surrounding us. In fact, the store was relatively empty at this point in the day. Right before lunch.Feeling very uncomfortable, and mistreated, we replaced the books and the vinyl record we were also going to purchase and left the store. I’ll be making these purchases on Amazon as I won’t even give BAMs website my money at this point. I have no intentions of ever returning to this store or shopping them online. The feeling I got when walking out on Sunday was clearly the employees here don’t want people actually shopping in their store, they just want their free paycheck. Covid-19 is no excuse to treat customers unnecessarily rudely. Again, sitting on a floor or standing there equals the same thing! We were not posing a risk to anyone and I resent being treated like we were!

Book selection is massive, but laid out in a way to easily find something new and interesting. Even looking for a specific author or book is easy with their set up.Workers are also very helpful, even without being asked. If asked, they are informative and knowledgeable about the books they have in stock.
