I’m only giving this one star, because 0 stars is not an option. I have been shopping at Pandora Brandon with Emily for a long time, and I love working with her. She’s attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately, as of recent I have noticed a new manager Sandra be extremely disrespectful towards Emily. As Emily was helping me with a transaction, she asked Sandra for help and I have never witnessed a manager degrade their employee so badly. She spoke to Emily in a condescending tone, treated her like she did not know what she was doing, and completely disregarded me as a guest. I felt badly for Emily, as she does not deserve to be treated as such. If this is how the new manager treats her team and the guests coming in, I do not think I will be bringing my business back. No guest or employee should have to experience what I experienced that day. Very disappointed.

Came in to the Brandon Pandora and was greeted by Doris who was completely invested in my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was highly satisfied. Also was greeted by Merima who helped Doris package my items and was really lovely as well!Thank you so much!

I really wanted to like the store in Brandon. But they are not customer focus, I purchased a gift for my sister at the recommendation of the salesperson but she never wore it because it would come loose. My mom has the same problem took it to International and they changed it out no problem but Brandon would not after speaking with Emily at the Brandon store I was ready to go only Brighton but Daniela at the International Mall saved the day! For that kind of service I will be going to International Mall for Pandora.

Purchasing is easy. Warranty department are a rip-off. I only purchase the bracelet because Im still waiting on my defective bracelet that I did a claim on back in November of last year. They work from a spreadsheet and no one can give you the same information including the supervisors.

They made me very happy today. I received a bracelet for Xmas 2020 and cleaned up with it on and it changed the colors. I was finally able to come in and have them do a 2 hour cleaning. It brought my bracelet and charms back to life. It made my day and the service is free. Again I am so very happy and note to everyone Dont clean with the bracelet and probably rings on.

This store is the best store in the Tampa Bay Area. Everyone is always so nice and ready to help you. The manager is amazing. She always greets you in a very polite way and you can tell she loves her job, I think they should clone her because she is so special. They have the best selection and I love the atmosphere of the store. I know people are afraid to shop but let me tell you, this store is always clean. The associates clean before and after every customer and that made me feel safe. Thank you everyone in Brandon, you have made my day!

Horrible experience, rate 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I do not recommend this Pandora location inside the Brandon mall at all, I went in for nothing but a cleaning for two pieces of jewelry, a bracelet and a ring, when I told the employee that it was for a cleaning she pulled out a log to write down my name & phone number and told me that the cleaning should be done in two hours. I wasn’t going to stay at the location for all that time as I had other errands to run. So I decided to come back another day to pick up my jewelry, upon my arrival to pick up, I spoke to a different employee and when I told her that I was here to pick up what I had left she looked at me with wide eyes and said if you didn’t come back that day after the two hours, we won’t have your jewelry anymore. So I said what do you mean you won’t have my jewelry any more what do you do with it? Toss it in the garbage? Resell it? How does it just disappear when the cleaning is done in the store? I also let her know that I left my name and phone number with my jewelry when I left it and she said that they do not call customers to let them know their jewelry is ready, so why do they ask for the customer’s info if they aren’t going to use it?? It’s pointless. I also spoke to the manager at this location and she was no help, I explained the situation to her and the only thing she told me was that she recommends that next time I come back in the same day after the two hours. Yeah right! This is my first and last time trusting Pandora with my jewelry. Anyway, I stood in the store for about 15 minutes watching the employee frantically go around coming and going in and out of their back room trying to find my jewelry, she came back to me multiple times asking me for my name and to describe my jewelry to her, after many failed attempts to find my jewelry she finally found my bracelet but not my ring... both of these pieces were gifted to me years ago and hold emotional value. I can’t believe how irresponsible, careless and disrespectful this specific Pandora location and the workers were of my jewelry. I will never get my ring back because when she told me she didn’t find my ring she instantly pulled out a book with all their rings to try to replace it and that’s not the point because it was gifted to me, and to make matters worse when I told her what ring it was she told me that it is discontinued so they don’t sell it anymore, so my ring is just gone just like that. So I ended up picking a ring that looked closest to my ring that they “lost”. I can’t believe how unorganized they are, would it be such trouble to put my jewelry in a baggy with a label on it with my name and phone number and save it for me? Just seems like common sense. I’ve gone to little jewelry stands for cleaning services also and they hold on to your jewelry for quite some time! And you’re going to tell me that Pandora, a big international jeweler, can not hold on to a customer’s jewelry for more than two hours because it mysteriously disappears? It’s ridiculous, no one gave me a solid explanation as to what happened to my ring. My guess is that some one there stole it, probably because it’s a discontinued piece. Also, when I left the store I did see the employees and the manager talking in a circle together, just seemed real sus to me. However, I did call their corporate office and explained the whole situation and they told me that there was no such thing as a two hour policy and explained to me that Pandora didn’t work that way. I even contacted a friend who I remembered worked at a Pandora before to ask her if this “policy” was real and she said no, and that cleaning should take about five minutes and that it’s done in the back room, which seems really fishy to me that at this specific location they seemed really heavy on this “policy” that doesn’t exist. Corporate couldn’t do much but take down this locations information and offered me a promo code, but it’s not about getting it replaced or getting money, it’s about MY ring that had a lot of meaning just GONE. Don’t risk it.

My dad and I went to Pandora to get my grandmother some bracelets and charms for Xmas. Before walking in just by looking inside the store, I felt/saw the positive energy! Keep it up ladies! Its definitely a vibe!

I was in today with my mom around 630pm in the pandora brandon town center and i was very disappointed with customer service. Michelle was not helpful at all . My mom tryed on many rings and michelle looked very frustrated which made my mom feel rushed. Its mothers day weekend i thought she would be more patient and helpful. I was very dissapointed at the way my mom was treated. I wanted it to be a happy experience for her but she felt that she was frustrating michelle. I work in customer service and thats why i am so upset . You are supose to be there to help not make people feel uncomfortable. Thank you

I went into this store to get my wife’s jewelry cleaned. The young lady brought my wife’s jewelry back to life and also showed me a few pieces that I could add to the bracelet. The manager also took the time to show me how my wife could care for her bracelet at home. Everyone was nice and I will be back.

The store is clean and bright. My sales associate, Dakota, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for my mom’s gift! It was a pleasure from start to finish!

They failed to give an original receipt and said I can’t exchange nor return without an original receipt. It’s your job to give an instruction about return or exchange with an original receipt, not customer’s. Their condescending and arrogant nasty attitude made horrible experience with pandora and I’m never gonna spend a single dollar there. Probably they don’t care because they’re pandora jewelry brand. They definitely ruined pandora’s brand image. What a nasty customer service.

Extremely disappointed. I went into the store, letting the associate know my intentions of buying birthday gifts for 2 people. I decided on 2 charms. I asked for 2 bags and the associate refused to package them separately. I told her it’s for 2 different people, but she said it’s their policy to put all purchases in one bag. I am a big Pandora fan, owning 3 full bracelets, but you will never see me back at the Brandon Mall location.

Not only do they open an hour after the rest of the mall but I had to wait 2 hours for a pick up order.

I am new to pandora and the salesperson helped me pick out a bracelet that works for me, anniversary charm and showed my husband a I love my wife charm. I LOVE Pandora!!! I buy Pandora as a souvenir when I travel and have been to stores all over the U.S. and world. This store seems to have the rudest most unwelcoming employees of any store Ive ever been to. I know may other friends who have the same experience there so locally we go to Jared where they want our business. I hope they can work on better customer service because they are in a great shopping mall.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! We use to go and I have two full bracket plus extra charms and bought them all from here. Tried to exchange one Charme that I got gifted so no recipe and can’t really ask and they said no. Never had any issues before with exchanging with out recipe. Won’t come back here!

Refused my return request and told me that I had to bring my (just like new) Pandora items to the store that I bought them from to return and exchange. Gave me a bad attitude, like I came there to scam them or something. I got to drive all the way to different mall and they said associates Pandora at Brandon Mall was so wrong and very unprofessional, because it’s still the official Pandora store and I had the right to exchange and return at ANY Pandora across this country, does not matter how much the value is. What if I bought my Pandora from a different state? Would I have to fly over there to return? Never again Pandora Brandon Mall, now I would rather just to drive longer than to see their staff again.
