The sales rep I worked with was AWESOME! I came in for a new phone and was worried about getting my content transfer to my phone not being able to turn on. She got my coney over coney over the new phone and my stay was enjoyable due to her personality and humor.

OMG, he got a monogram name. I didn’t even realize lol. Austin was very helpful even though i pre-warned him I was just there for information. He was easy to talk to. A funny guy and answers all of my questions thoroughly… that’s always a plus in my book. I appreciate his awesome service

Terrible customer service. They couldn’t even get us a brand new phone hooked up. Literally 101 basics of the business. Now being told they aren’t a Corporate store 😂. Please do NOT waste your time with these folks.Edit: after this.If this isn’t resolved within 24 hours. Verizon will be my next provider. This is a joke.

First of all was ordered the wrong phone. Went to exchange for the right phone and after 2 1/2 hours in the store still not resolved. Somehow deactivated my current phone. Was leaving for vacation that day. Could not get current phone reactivated. Spent 5 days with no phone. Went back again once I got back from vacation with my current phone and new phone that I got in mail and still could not activate either phone. 🤬. Somehow they activated the phone I was to return!!! Was told a fedex tag was being sent to return that phone and a week later no return label. I have been to store 3x in person. And called numerous times. Worked with the manager. Now I am suppose to go back tomorrow again to speak to another manager. Wasting my time. I am beyond frustrated. And still no working phone! 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Amazing service the employees there have amazing attitude and are super helpful there hours are incorrect on google the correct hours are 10-8 Monday-friday and 10-7 Saturday also 12-5 on Sunday. They are very helpful in solving problems with any device. Always have a smile on their faces. Also super helpful with DirecTV and is a go to place for any and all of your entertainment needs A+ for this store and its wonderful employees.

I have an old flip phone and Austin was able to get the contacts from my old one to my new one and it was really appreciative

I have been working with the South location since Oct 2020. Have continued to have issues. Today I came to the North location. They fixed my cellular data issue AND fixed a different problem Apple worked on for TWO HOURS and didn’t fix it. Come here for any issues you may have. Mike and Price are da bomb!!!

Service I received to buy my phone was pretty good after that it has been over a year just to try to get a screen protector put on my phone that I pre-paid for I’m not happy by any means I finally went to the AT&T store on the southside and had them put a new one on and just bought it the previous plan I bought I would’ve gotten three with it don’t know what happened

Just arrived to ND and needed to activate my phone. The service was quick and painless. The rep had me up and running in 15 min. and her customer service was awesome, something you dont see too often where I came from. Kudos to AT&T... .

First, went to S. 7th Street which required an appointment with 2 1/2 hour predicted wait. Drove to North Store, walked in without appointment and immediately had customer service. Will be going to North Store in future!!!

Store hours listed as 9am on Google, but dont actually open until 10am. Incredibly frustrating to drive across town especially and not be open. Recent interactions in this store have been frustrating (to be generous!) Slow service, bored-seeming staff, chewing gum with open mouth while assisting, and their answers to questions are different from those at the other local store, different again from Live Chat, and different yet again from phoning AT&T. Also did NOT advise of the $30 activation fee to add a new line to my service until already activated! My recent experiences in here are enough to make me look into switching carriers!

Store opens at 10AM. Sundays at 12pm. Google does NOT have correct hours. Great service, I will be telling all my family about this new location. Im glad they helped me when Kendra from the store by target who sold me a $100 plan that is costing me $197 per month. Both stores are good, I would not work with Kendra again (at the other store) as she sneakily adds charges to your bill. I had my best experience here and Peter got me an AppleTV for free. I will be telling my friends to come here if they actually want good service.

After spending 1.5 hour at the store (salesman was VERY kind and apologetic) my order was not completed and I have to return to do so. So with having to spend 2+ hours at the store, what will AT&T do to compensate for my time?

You have to answer a bunch of questions before getting transferred to the wrong station. Then keep getting being transferred until they push a wrong button and it hangs up.
