Rent-A-Centers Bismarck location has a decent mix of products available, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and makes the process of leasing an item both straightforward and quick. The store manager Danielle processed my rental agreement within an hour of reserving my laptop on the website. All of the required paperwork was provided via email less than a half hour after Danielle and I spoke on the phone. I set my order up at the end of the week, so the delivery of my laptop to the store took three days but the label had been printed almost immediately after I got my paperwork signed so thats not really their fault. Stellar customer service.

I have gotten a king sized Bed and a couch from these guys I love them both and they work with you on payments

Easy to work with, friendly staff and great delivery service! But the overall prices to pay off i think are way to much but it is a good option for someone who cant or doesnt want to pay for the product in full and just wants to make a payment each week.

They have some beautiful furniture and willing to work with you if you just call and talk to them.

Went there looking for couches. I found a sectional couch that I wanted. Of course its cheap monthly payments and the price you pay at the end is way more then you expected. That of course is how it goes and thats how they make their money. I didnt know they sold used stuff there. Back to the couch I wanted, it had a noticeable stain on there and they priced it as if it was new. The service was nice though. I will not be returning to rent a center again.

Gave you only one star because I could not check the prices and what it would be on a weekly or monthly plan. You ask people to register and that makes people uncomfortable. Look at Aarons ads..no questions.

This is a great place to build your credit back up or start a credit history.

There friendly and have 6 mounths same as cash and after that its half of total leas to pay off long as you communicate with them they work with you

Prices are usually pretty spendy on pay offs but these are easy to work with. Great customer service and the warranty on their stuff is pretty good.

They wait until you almost have your item paid off and will try their best to get the item back, trust me just go to walmart wait a lil while and do lay away!!! they was going to take my bed over being 30 dollars short on a payment :/ considering i only had one more payment left they was going to take my bed right out from under my 5 month pregnant fiancee so they could strap it back on the floor to sell to the next victim!!! i paid 3x what it was worth and they wouldnt work on that 30 dollars and was very rude during the process!!! they will be nice and even work with you until they get as much money as they can before they start trying to take it back, they prey on people who are low on cash, they know if you cant buy the item out right you will eventually be a lil short on a payment and they can take it and sell it to another person and continually make money on the same item!! beware!! my best advice to anyone is to just go with lay away and wait to get whatever it is you want and pay ALOT less for it!!!

Make sure you are prepared to pay it off or the interest will crush you.
