Once again I brought in a 5 year old work phone that had a shattered back & front (again), hopeful they could grant it life one last time. The 3 times they have fixed this phones screen, I was extremely impressed, the last time they were even able to fix the screen pen that was stuck in the case.This time I asked if they could even find parts to repair it, they said they could. They offered me my choice of colors if I was ok with waiting a few days for the parts to arrive, & as much as I would have loved to have it in any color I wanted, I needed it back the same day for work. They were extremely professional, & very responsive to my needs. While we could have ordered in a new back & front, the prices for those parts online were around $300 for just the screen. They decided to check what phones they had in stock, & they just happened to have the exact model of phone I had in their case. Their prices were fantastic & well under what the parts that I could buy online were at. I was even able to pick up a new case to help protect it this time. They are always very quick, & for someone that has to make well over an hour trip just to get to town, that is a big deal for me. They have never let me down, & I am always so impressed by their work & customer service.Honestly, after my friends referral to come here 4 years ago, I have never gone anywhere else to get our phones fixed, & I have no doubt they will continue to be the only place we trust with our phones & electronics.

Very fast and very smart. I took them the circuit board out of my broken clothes dryer and they were able to just resolder a relay rather than me buying a $300 board or a whole new dryer. I would highly recommend people visit with them about their old electronics before just throwing them away and buying new they can fix anything!

I dropped a pair of Bose headphones and one of the speakers along with the noise cancelling stopped working. I took them to Raeed & Sons for repair. Speaker was replaced for an unbelievably low price. I highly recommend them for any electronic device repair. It also looks like a great place to get a used phone, iPad, stereo or speaker for a great price!.

I took my iPhone here for a screen replacement and it was fixed promptly and works as good as new.The owners are so friendly and helpful.This is a great local family business to support and I highly recommend them due to the quality of their work!

Little ma and pa shop downtown. My girlfriend accidentally cracked her phone screen so we started the adventure of searching for a decent place to get it fixed and compare prices. Amazingly, this place offered us a quote that was HALF of the price of the next lowest quote we got from a store in town. SUPERB customer service. Definitely support this small business and get multiple quotes when you fix a phone screen, and make sure this place is one of them so you can see what an awesome deal this place is.

When all the other shops in town said they couldn’t repair my phone because I wouldn’t be able to get there by five these guys stayed a little after closing to get mine done. I’m not sure how good there repairs are but they wouldn’t sell me a part to fix my own tv. Even though they had the part on hand. They wouldn’t sell the part to me unless they were the ones to fix the tv. So they pretty much just told me either I let them fix it or I’m just out of luck. That’s poor customer service to me

Had my screen fixed, when I made calls the screen wouldnt turn off so I was hitting buttons during calls. My front camera didnt work either. Didnt like how my experience went there so I took it to a place up north to check out. They told me not only did they break front camera when repairing the screen but they didnt put all of the screws back into the phone when they did the job. Luckily the place up north didnt charge much to fix the issue. The price was reasonable at Raeed for the first repair (got what I paid for anyway I guess) is the only reason Im not rating 1 star. Obviously I cant recommend them though.

This is not a large scale industrial repair shop. As the name implies it is a Family owned business. There doesnt seem to be much they cant fix if it is electronics. Though as they are a small business. It is probably not the best it choice for cheap, impatient type of customers. Though there prices are pretty decent. They are also very friendly and Honest people making a living.

Hands down best repair shop in town. Looked at my TV for free and told me exactly what was wrong with it. Every other place in town wanted 100 bucks or more just to look at it. Got my tv working again for a very low price. Super nice owners. Highly recommend this place! Dont go to the expensive big box shops, support your local businesses! They wont disappoint!

I physically broke a USB flash drive that had some timely and important data stored on it and they were able to solder it back together for $40 compared to the $400-500 data retrieval process I was looking into! Fast and friendly!

A hidden gem for Bismarck/Mandan area for electronic repair. I have used the services of a couple other local repair shops, and although decent, R&Ss service total exceeded all expectations. In fact, i went to the usual repair shop to see if they could help with a minor laptop issue. With no inspection or discussion, i was simply turned away. The best thing about that visit to the other place was they recommended i come here!They can fix a wide variety of electronics, but the computer, cellphone, and tablet services are above and beyond. Very courteous and professional, with service much quicker than even they initially stated. The overall great experience, combined with very reasonable rates will have you bringing all your electronic repair needs here first!
