Great service lately.

Went to return a game system with the receipt less then a week after buying and was given less then half of what I paid would not return it only willing to trade it in Ripped off Rude Disrespectful. Now I’m out over $150

Hoping for more options in games and maybe to be able to play some of the systems

Very nice and welcoming been my top place to go for games since I was a kid. Very knowledgeable staff and if your ever in town visit, it won’t disappoint.

I love coming to the store again now that Brian, the manager, is gone. Troy, the new manager, is dedicated to customer service. I love it! Also, the associates are knowledgeable in gaming and, though they are a little pushy on their selling, I love talking to them about up coming games. I shop here because its closer to home than the north store.

What a great place to shop if your looking for new or used video games, franchise merch or you just want to browse their store. North or South this store has it all even preorders of the latest games or franchises to be released. I always find something and employees are very helpful and friendly.

I think that this is a good store and that they sell good things. However, when i was there today i was taking my Nintendo 2DS in and they said they couldnt take it because it wouldnt factory reset. They said that it was corrupted and so they couldnt take. Then they told me that it was Nintedos fault. I then came home and was about to contact Nintendo, but i decided to try it myself and i had no problems resetting it. I think that you need to train your workers a bit better.

I really appreciate meeting a fellow gamer or a person whos well versed with game terminology and is up to date with almost every title. Really helps make the experience enjoyable and makes browsing easier too.

Today I called gamestop in the mall in bismarck .nd and I asked for a copy of black ops for ps3 .frist they said they did not have it her name is drooly not sure if you spell it this way. And I called the 2nd time and they the same lady said they have it now I dont like being lied to thats way they get a 2 star . After I called her out

Better than Rock 30 by a long shot. So if youre deciding where to go to find your game and get a better deal, with a better experience and with waaayyyyy better customer service, this is where you should be going. Either location and youre doing yourself a favor by choosing here, over Rock 30

They have pretty good deals too. Like on movies and games. Plus you can trade movies or games if you want to.

I always have a great experience here, most of the time I can find what I am looking for, and the staff are great conversationalists. Its one of the best game shops in town.

Was out of what I was looking for, on Black Friday so not suprising but the male employee was very opinionated on what I wanted to buy. Dude could learn to keep his mouth shut instead insulting his customer.

Online store messed up my order. Double charged me then called me a liar and told me to go to a store branch. To prove that they over charged me. So I do so. I have the assistant manager call game stop to fix the issue after spending a half hour on hold followed by twenty minutes on the phone. The assistant manger is hung up on. At which point Im left in the store for another twenty minutes. while the store manager Bryan finishes his lunch before he decided he was ready to call the corporate store in hopes of resolving me being over charged 37 dollars as well as my games being hard copies instead of digital. But before he decided to call. Bryan also questions me incredulously saying I dont believe game stop online sells digital codes I tell him to go online now and not to assume Im a liar along with offering up proof of the digital receipt. At this time Bryan makes the call to corporate. At which point Im forced to wait in-store for another hour will Bryan is now being held on hold.Corporate finally answers and they finally admit that there was an error on gamestop behalf and that they will give me back the money they over charged me and honor the original deal. I make a comment that it would be nice to get a game stop membership for my patience and to encourage me to continue to conduct business with this company. At which point Bryan jokes as if hes doing me a favor by giving me what I paid for three weeks ago. I comment well atleast you (Bryan) have been compensated for the last 2 hours of your time.Mind you over the past 3 weeks I had called game stop 5 times with wait times ranging from 30 minutes to 105 minutes. Two of said calls ended up with me being hung up on.(I am not entirely certain Bryan is the name of the manger Im going off the name that was on my reciept).It seems there is a theme in the negative comments for this store. Conclusion send the manger to customer service training. One cant expect a store to thrive without great leadership.P.s.Amazons customer service calls you back and makes an effort to retain customer loyalty.

They were helpfull and the games were cheaper here then were i was orginally going to go.

Sometimes the things I come here to buy are very expensive. For some reason, they think certain games are rare, so they jack up the prices on them. For example, they think Pokémon Soul Silver is rare, so they now ask $55 per game, as opposed to 2 or 3 years ago when they wanted $25-$30 each. I have seen this happen with other games as well. A few years ago, they could barely get $8-$10 for a game, and now they want $15 each. As for employees, they usually only have 1 person (rarely 2) behind the counter and when I come here it is always packed so they could use more help. Havent had any bad experiences with the service though. Sometimes I would recommend Rock 30 Games over this place.

Pretty crappy staff very opinionated pretty much told me that sony is junk a Xbox is superior, not to mention a while back I sold one of my older ps4’s and they said they could not pay me full price because they could not connect it to WiFi there, knowing it was a lie because I had it connected to my WiFi earlier that day, brought it up to the north store and connected right away and got full price.

Your hours say open at 11am. Showed up to store and your store is closed. Lady in store across from you told me you dont open till noon. There was no place posted with updated hours.

Good selection but prices on used games are ridiculous

So we went to buy a game for the Wii, got home and she forgot to give us the actual game. So we went back to get it while waiting in a long line while there were 3 people working there at the time and only 1 person was on the register and the other two were sitting on the ground taking out billboards from a box while they could obviously see there were a large amount of people waiting in line to be helped and still decided not continue working on the billboards. Not going here again thats for sure.

Staff holds collectible merchandise for friends for weeks rather than sell to public.

Staff give good advice some are less well rounded counsal-wise then others so they can come off as opinionated and it is gamestop so a little busy
