Holly Murphy is the example of what Customer service should be anywhere and everywhere. Excellent service with a smile. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated her patience and determination to make our experience worthy of this review.

Recently switched from Verizon on a recommendation from friends. The staff was very helpful and patient through the cumbersome change process caused mainly by Verizon. I now have unlimited data and hotspot for my family for a few months now for cheaper than 4 GB for my family on Verizon. I have not had any slow-downs either. My only concern was the service in rural areas and lake cabins, but I havent noticed a service difference.

Manager Holly acted annoyed when I asked questions, was very rude, the other employee was nice. They didnt seem to know much about cell phones or the services.

I love cricket wireless because they have some very nice staff in there.

It was great nice place the lady i delt with was wonderful.

Worst experience ive ever had at a cell store, manager was super unprofessional and arguing with me in front of other customers and employees while I was porting in 3 new lines! Said we were required to take insurance after me and another customered tried to decline. Said we could remove it the next day? Super hostile would not recommend.

I appreciate Patrick help he was a very good boy, and he helped us so much. I also thank all the other workers for trying to help, if I could I would give 100 stars for all the workers. 😊⭐

I went in to pay my bill and get a new screen protector. The guy working said he could take my 2part phone case off and change my screen protector. I told him if He couldnt do it i would come back in when Holly was working and have her do it cuz shes awesome like that. He proceeded to break my phone case because he didnt take it apart properly. Instead of replacing it on the spot and put a new screen protector on like i wanted, he told me to come back sometime when Holly was working and have her take care of it. Horrible customer service today. I almost thought to call the police and report him for property damage because he broke my stuff and left me hanging and completely unsatisfied.

Amazing place. Went to add my husband on to my line and they were quick, efficient and amazing! I got a great deal on phone accessories. Customer service is spot on aweaome! 10/10 would go again!

I purchased a phone and a cell plan. Asked specifically if phone would work going south on 83. To North Platte NE. Then heading to Denver. And from there going to Colorado Springs. I was told would work fine. I had less miles that it worked than miles that it didn’t. Tell your friends that it is just a waste of money and time.

One of my kids gos to collage in South Dakota and another one lives in Bismark ND. third one lives in Colorado. They went into one of the stores 1 needed a new phone that broke & the other wanted to upgrade to a new phone. The store i went into by our house in Arizona said it is not required and my other kid went to a Colorado store and they say it is not required. THEY MADE THEM BUY ACCESSORIES FOR THERE PHONEs THEY SAID NO BUT TOLD THEM THEY HAD TO DO THAT OR CANT BUY A PHONE ALSO MADE ONE OF THEM SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAY BUT THE ACCOUNT WAS IN MY NAME. THEY ARE FORCING THEM TO BUY STUFF AT THE STORE EVEN IF THEY DID WONT STUFF. THEY WERE VERY VERY RUDE AND BOSSY. My wife and i were out of the country when they went to the stores. I worked in the cell phone industry for 15 years for one of the major cell phone company in all types of positions. THIS IS CALLED SLAMMING A CUSTOMER. Cricket Wireless why do you allow this to happen that is not right also i have reported this each of the states consumer affairs and also federal dept of consumer affairs also left messages for PQH wireless 3 of the storesI have cancelled CRICKET WIRELESS with you guys this is nuts also i have told others about this people are canceling with you guysit happened end of Feb. 19

Activation fees here $25 dollars a line I ended up going to best buy for the sum and activating online without the 25$ fee

Dont have service there, but went to inquire about it. The gentleman there went over and above the call of duty around yhe S. o. P. You get a warrior call for that!!
