T-Mobile in the Kirkwood Mall in Bismarck is absolutely amazing! Josh helped me switch and saved me over $200 per month! We switched back in April and have had GREAT service on our phones! My kids and husband are on their iPhones 24/7 and haven’t had any issues. The manager, I think his name is Terri, is the best! He gave my kids some T-Mobile pool floaties and some drink tumblers when we went in the other day to look at phone cases. I HIGHLY recommend T-Mobile in Bismarck!!!!!!!!!! I’ve been a customer of att and Verizon in the past. I just switch to TMOBILE a few months ago, and I absolutely LOVE it! I’ve seen posts and reviews about them having bad service in and around town, and that’s just not true! I have 5G and LTE everywhere I go!!!! PLUS the team at the mall is absolutely amazing to work with! The manager is super nice and really cares about his customers and his employees! Please don’t just take an upset person’s review to heart, go see them and experience them for yourself!!!! I am SOOOOO glad I did. THANK YOU MALL TEAM FOR BEING AMAZING FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!!! I will spread the good word when ever I get the chance!!!!

Roaming in Mandan very slow or no data with full bars. I hope this gets better soon 1 year in and the network is still hot garbage.

T-Mobile Bismarck North-Dakota lied to us with their horrible PROMO mathematics. Run away from their so called promotions because they wont tell you the truth. Again their network is so horrible. I regretted leaving straight-talk for T-Mobile. I cant wait to pay them off to go back to straight talk.

Went here a while back when I deciding to upgrade phones. I was helped by Cristal. She was cheerful and lovely the entire time. Most sales people would have been flustered by my tech questions (not tech saavy) but she was a doll. If you need a phone and youre in the Bismarck area, stop in and ask for Cristal. Would highly recommend.

POOR service. Get roaming notice when in town, data wont work in majority of North Dakota, cannot leave town for anything in fear of no connection to even make a call if were to get stranded, son in high school cannot get data on top floor, if not connected to WIFI at home, the service is poor downstairs. I do hope the technicians get to work FAST on corrections. This is why I asked for the map coverage and the rep confirmed great as Verizon. This was a huge determination on switching over and I took her word on it. If we were not paying for the devices on our 2 year contract, wed be gone already. Otherwise we could leave T-Moble but pay off the phones in full. I do not recommend!

I love my 5 g service , every time I go in the employes go above and beyond to sort my issues and im not directed to an automated robot machine. if theres any issue with my bill witch Ive had , Its easily fixed and i get my credit back no hassle . Im always told what works and what doesnt.
