Visited Sunset Imports Porsche location to see some classics from owners private collections. The years spanned from early 70s to modern day. A great place to see the evolution of the brand over the decades. I gravitated towards a Porsche 918 Spyder Hybrid. Perfect blend of carbon fiber, black, and chrome accents. The stitching in the seats seemed to match the color of the brake calipers. The exhaust pipes exiting from behind the driver and passenger seat and a honeycomb grill covering the oil fill cap and a Porsche badge dentoing the vehicle number #124 of 918 built.

The Porsche Beaverton dealership is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. I recently purchased my bucket list Panamera from the Beaverton dealership. A couple of anomalies have occurred since my purchase and the service department has been right there immediately to help; from arranging a tow, a loaner vehicle and keeping me updated constantly.This last week I was on a road trip in Southern California and needed a new tire. Of course my car just happens to have an unusual 21 inch tire. Amy R the service manager from Porsche Beaverton came to my rescue and called every Porsche dealership to find a replacement tire. She was able to get me into Beverly Hills Porsche (thank you Scott) they replaced the tire and I was back on my way within hours.Thank you Amy; What great service!

I wished I could give it 0 star if I could. This is my 2nd Porsche, (Cayenne) in 3 years. The 1st one, Panamera gave me a really good driving experience as well as really, really great service. Even the Panamera had some small issues, and the battery was dead after just 4000 miles. Porsche fixed all those issues quickly and Amy really did a great job. However, since Amy was promoted to the manager (congrat!). The service quality dropped dramatically. I had 2 services with Porsche Beaverton for my Cayenne in the past couple months. 1 for car detail, 1 for brake check & 1st maintenance. For my 1st service, the detail. I also asked some questions regards to the tires, and brakes. I got response back after hours, and even no response until I asked again. Ummm, busy is NOT an excuse, Everyone is busy. You are PORSCHE. What makes Porsche luxury brand? Not only the cars, also the high standard of the service. I am NOT only paying for the car, but service. I really enjoyed both the car and the service, so I got my 2nd Porsche. I did not expect service quality dropped this much, so quickly. The car detail appointment was done nicely eventually despite the delay or no response. THEN...I had my car service again on 9/16 (brake check, and 10000 mile maintenance) via valet service. Car was returned on 9/17 (again, I needed to keep asking and called Porsche to know the status of my car). I did not drive the car until 9/18, when I was about to my appointment. Then I realized the car was dead. After I unlocked the car by my key, sat in my car, the instrument cluster was not on (no digital lights on), and the back trunk could not be opened. Based on my Panamera experience, the battery was dead, again. This happened AFTER THEY SENT THE CAR BACK TO ME. I called Porsche Beaverton from 12:19pm all the way to 6:00 till they were closed. NO SERVICE ADVISOR picked up the call nor NO ONE called me back, IN 6 HOURS. I asked the front desk, they had 1 service advisor, and 1 service assistant on Sat. BUT NO ONE responded to me in 6 ours. SERIOUSLY? Is what Porsche supposed to be like? The car was returned dead and nobody was available in half of a day. I missed my appointment, and my schedule completely messed up because of the service of Porsche. I do not how Porsche service quality dropped this much in just 1 year or less. But I know that my next car WOULD NOT BE PORSCHE ANYMORE. I am really tired of the last 2 experiences with their service. TOO MUCH!Updated 9/21/21: Callum from the service team stepped up and finally figured out the reason of my dead Cayenne. He valued my time, and had knowledge of the car!

I had them do a pre-purchase inspection for an 18 GT3 I bought from Grand Prix Motors and the experience was the worst I have ever had with any dealership/brand. I am even more frustrated that it happened at Porsche where you do not typically have these types of experiences. I paid $1k instead of the typical ~$300 in order to expedite by a certain date (within 4 days of our agreement). There was no communication at all throughout the process and I had to have receptionists and sales staff physically go and find my service rep in order to speak to her. After days of being told they where working on it I then find out the car was not even pulled into the shop to begin the service until 4 days after the date they agreed to have the whole process done by which meant the car missed the carrier it was scheduled to be shipped on which cost me another chunk. Even better was they gave an all clear on the paint and body, an area I wanted them to look at closely since I was purchasing sight unseen. While not obvious in photos, there was clearly damage on the driver side lower rear quarter that was obvious in person and they completely missed it. They also did not notice the aftermarket exhaust until I brought it up over the phone. To this day Im convinced no one actually looked at the car and they just charged me $1k anyways. And as if the experience hadnt been bad enough the people at Grand Prix told me the car came back disgustingly dirty and needed to be detailed again before shipping because they apparently left this $180k car to the elements outside while they took 8 days to do what shouldve taken one. The dropoff day was specifically coordinated so it did not have to sit at the dealer to avoid anything like this happening. Needless to say I am beyond disappointed to have had such a brutal experience with a brand I love so much.

My experience with my salesman,, Nick, was great. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and was super-willing to help and answer any questions even after purchasing the car, when I called trying to find out about aspects of the car I didnt understand or wasnt aware of. As far as the dealership goes, I wanted to cancel the GAP insurance after purchasing it, and realizing I really didnt need it with the size of downpayment I put down, as well as trying to get my plates. I have called multiple times, still dont have the plates and the GAP insurance that I cancelled, has still not been processed as a return to my account. I feel like I shouldnt have to call multiple times to follow up on these things; it should be taken care of in a timely fashion.

This Porsche dealership is fast, efficient and honest. I felt my GTS got the best of service here. I had excellent experiences in online scheduling, ease of entering facility, and loaner car were all above expectations. My service advisor Nate was polite and professional. He took the time to carefully listen to all concerns, make necessary phone calls and return my car back to me same day which was impressive! I live down near Corvallis so same day service was nice with not having to make a second trip to Portland. Kudos to this dealership with its beautiful facility, spotless service garage and stunning showroom. 5-Stars!

I recently purchased a CPO 2017 718 Cayman from Porsche Beaverton. Tan Tran is the gentleman that assisted me with this transaction. He was very patient with my questions and made the process as easy as possible. There was an issue regarding a strong odor after the car had been detailed prior to sale. Drew McGovern , the sales manager, and Tan Tran referred me to Amy Remsing, the Porsche service consultant. She made arrangements to have the dealership perform an ozone treatment on the interior. The result? An absolutely odorless Cayman cabin and a very happy customer. I could not be more pleased with the excellent service provided by Porsche Beaverton.

Went in yesterday to get my car serviced, I actually have never been to this new showroom since they moved here from the older one and I happened to have my camera with me so I seized the opportunity and took some photos.The open space and the decorations are something out of a dream to say the least, if I were a billionaire I probably design my living room just like this. Second floor conference rooms and lounging area with glasses overlooking the show floor is just fantastic and they have some really cool cars to show off too.One place I would recommend you to visit when you come here is the 918 Spyder lounge, custom upholstered chairs with the matching leather and stitching just like the 918. Also a massive model for the 918 Spyder for your viewing pleasures.Their inventory is impressive and the Porsche culture is strong here in this dealership, I will definitely visit more often and bring a tripod to do some more shoots here.

I have had my Porsche serviced at Beaverton Porsche over the last several years. The service has always been great. My last visit was a leaking radiator at 5 pm. I called Nate the service manager and he gave me advise and said he would stay until I arrived. He had a loaner car waiting for me. This was way above and beyond service!!! Nick Roseta helped me out when I purchased a 2017 CPO Macan S from Porsche Beaverton this past weekend, and it was one of the simplest and easiest buying experiences of my life. I live more than 2 hours away from Oregon, but I really couldn’t find another dealer with such a good price on a CPO Macan. I reached out to see if they’d be willing to work with me remotely due to the distance, and Nick was incredibly helpful. Everything from valuing my trade in vehicle to the financing was done beforehand, and after a couple days of talking over text and calls I finally drove out to actually pick up the car.When I got there everything was already set. I went on a quick test drive and then filled out the paperwork they already had prepared. Overall I think the process took less than an hour. Everyone was incredibly nice, there were no pushy sales tactics and no unexpected changes from the deal we’d already talked about on the phone. All in all the experience was incredibly simple and easy. I feel like it’s worth mentioning that I’m completely aware I was buying one of the least expensive cars they offer. Not just Porsche’s cheapest model, but a used one at that. I feel like I was treated just as warmly as if I was ordering a new 911.After I bought the car Nick spent probably a solid half hour sitting with me going over every single button and feature, explaining how everything in the car worked. I can’t recommend a dealer more highly than Porsche Beaverton, or a sales person as professional and easy to work with as Nick. Thanks so much to everyone there, and I genuinely hope I have the chance to purchase another car from them in the future.

The sales price was wrong. The contract was wrong. The sales pitch was perfect. The sale was to an out-of-state purchaser and we were somehow convinced that we needed to pay the sales tax through the contract. We also had to pay extra to have a national service do us the convenience of registering our vehicle. Well, our vehicle now sits in the garage while we must wait weeks for this national service to register our car in Nevada. I would highly recommend finding someone else who can deliver what they promise. We drove over a thousand miles for service that truly sucked.

I just bought a Cayenne from Dean last week and my experience at Sunset Imports couldn’t have been better. Dean let me test drive as many cars as I needed to in order to make an informed decision and explained the features of each car. I love my new Cayenne and it runs beautifully. It is fully loaded and Dean went through all the extras with me before I left. He even said I could come back in a few weeks if I was unsure how some of them work. I have been dealing with Sunset Imports for over 15 years and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend Dean if you’re looking to buy a new car. He is great!

Kyle Mclean was most patient and informative. Questions were answered without hesitation and the entire process was completely transparent. I am a slow mover (multiple test drives on different days spread out over two months) when it comes to pulling the trigger on what I consider a major purchase. Kyle was in no way overbearing with his follow up. They went above and beyond answering ANY question that I posed and if the answer was not readily available it was researched by Kyle and Ian Prater to ensure my comfort in the decision I was making. Kyle went as far as putting the 911 up on a service rack to provide additional visual understanding. Wow! What a refreshing and enjoyable experience I have had at Porsche Beaverton. The environment is upscale but casual, friendly, and relaxed. I was welcomed with such a warm reception. We came in today looking to purchase a Macan. Waited wandering around in the lobby for 20 minutes. Not a single person approached us to ask if we needed help, or even to acknowledge our presence. We walked outside to look at some cars on our own for about 15 minutes, still no one approached us. Came back inside and tried to find someone to help. Nothing. We’ll go up to Seattle to purchase a car now. This was a waste of our time.

Amazing sales experience. I bought a low mile Cayenne from them with a warranty from Liberty. They fought for me when something wasnt covered and made it happen. The service is fantastic. Rachel is so on top of it - patient, upbeat, super helpful. She has even helped fix things over the phone. I get a free loaner that is actually available (imagine that!) They are friendly, knowledgeable and even though I bought a used Cayenne from them for a great deal, they make me feel like Im a rich guy every time Im in the store. And the car...well, it a Porsche! The cars they make now are just amazing. Couldnt be happier. Cant wait to buy a 4S!

I wish we had read the reviews before taking my car in. The level of service has declined drastically over the last few years.This is our 9th Porsche 3rd Cayenne and 4th vehicle to be serviced at this dealership. My husband is absolutely fanatical about our Porsches. Porsche cars are a passion to our family.If it was possible I would not even give it one star, I don’t know who has given them 4.5 star rating? Lucky them!The car had grease on the door panels and on the seats we had to wait another hour to sort that out. And to make matters worse they put almost 100 miles on the car claiming it was from road test post repair.My husband thought it was a one off incident but after reading all these reviews I beg to differ.I invite the owner to call us regarding this experience.

Jesse and the entire service department were great to work with. Took the 991.1 GT3 in for tires, corner balance, and alignment. I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Jesse truly went above and beyond in regards to customer service, even resolving a few other issues while the car was in his care. The tires were ~100-150 more for a set of four compared to tire rack and there is a charge for center locks, but its a small price to pay to ensure its done right and for the degree of service provided. Yes you will pay more at the dealership, but the important thing to consider is what you are getting for that extra money. In this case its a loaner car, efficient service/communication, quality of work, and Jesse who is like your Porsche service concierge; he will definitely take care of you and make sure everything is done right.Unfortunately, I was not able to the the GT2RS loaner car i requested, but I was provided a 2018 Macan. Maybe next time...Overall, it was a wonderful experience and will be taking my car to Porsche Beaverton and requesting Jesse for any and all services in the future despite having a very reputable Porsche mechanic 2 blocks away from my location.

He sent paint color samples, leather samples, all the stuff we needed to make a good decision and feel comfortable with the purchase. There are many dealerships one can do business with, especially in this technology age, but there is only one that really stands out from the others and that is Sunset Porsche. Their service is excellent, in particular in my dealings with Luke Rogers. He always responds quickly with my requests and their prices are hard to beat. As a seasoned automotive professional it is easy for me to recognize other professionals in my industry, and the people in the Sunset parts department are the real deal. Answers are quick and precise, prices are great and service is second to none. I was once looking for a unique part that had been discontinued for years. On a hunch they contacted a non dealer who was known to stock a lot of vintage Porsche items and in a matter of days I was holding the last available one on the planet. I have been to Sunset Porsche a few times now and if you have not been in the last three years, the place has been remodeled and it looks amazing. I posted a few pictures from a party held for the unveiling of the 2018 Porsche Exclusive 911 Turbo S. The pictures of the rims do no justice unfortunately, they are definitely fabricated in the latest cutting edge machine (sorry for the pun), the design and flow is unreal.

When I received the car from the workshop and reviewed the worksheet (where they write what all has been done to the car) I saw that it says the car has been washed and cleaned (inside and out) but when I inspected the car it was not - so I ask a person in charge of this to look into that and they again took the car and just washed it. Washing means wiping as well but they handed me the wet car… really??? now that wet spots are there on the car since it got dried. Who will is responsible for this?Secondly, a person who worked in the car used his wet and muddy shoe and stepped on the entrance (where there is a Macan written)of the car to get into the car and some mud was there. Seriously !!! is this the level of care you show to a car. This is not just a car it is a PORSCHE. Come on… show some respect to the car and customer.I strongly recommend the management to give proper training to staff. At least use a paper sheet when a technician works in the car. Even a Toyota and Nissan also put the paper sheet and plastic sheet on the seat when they take the car to the workshop.Please pass my msg to the management or give me the email ID to share my feedback. I’m highly disappointed with my dirty and wet car.May be for you it is just another car but for me it is my dream car PORSCHE. I read a review where they say do not let the car dealer wash your car since they dont car about the car. Now im realizing it is right. I will never allow dealership folks to wash my car.

I have used Sunset Porsche for a couple of years without any issues. When I want factory Porsche parts I call Luke Rogers at Sunset. He has ALWAYS been helpful and courteous with all my requests -- no matter if its a $1 part or a $900 order. Parts are shipped promptly and the pricing is excellent. If I order the wrong part returns are not an issue. If you want factory original parts for your Porsche with big savings and great service call Luke. Youll be glad you did!!

I have owned several Porsches and currently own three 968s. Andraya Hayward is always so helpful. I seem to place an order every couple of months, and she is so patient as I ask her to find the most obscure parts for me. Sunset Porsche pricing is amazing as well. Husbands birthday today thought I’d take him in and check out Cayenne suv he’s been talking about- I’d give 0 stars if I could. We walked the lot, no one greeted us, after 10 mins of walking around outside we went inside.. No one greeted us or said hello, and there was NO ONE in the store aside from employee’s. I was ready to leave then, but my husband wanted to look at their SUV still, finally a guy who had been sitting at his desk, yelled from his desk chair “have you been helped” seriously ? Can’t even get out of your chair and greet someone ? I said NO we haven’t. Then another couple walked in, and another sales rep jumped up greeted the other couple shook their hand and asked how he could help. UNBELIEVABLE. We will stick with Mercedes. Where we are headed now.

I have bought way more Porsche parts from Sunset than a sane person should, in part because of the unbeatable combination of excellent prices and consistent 5-star service from Andraya Hayward. I have tortured her with lists of obscure restoration parts that Im sure are not worth her time and she has dutifully checked price and availability on them in a timely fashion. She has always provided great communication and prompt service. Im a huge fan!

I have been doing a 993 project for the past 2 1/2 years that has required a lot of special attention to my parts orders and Sunset Parts Department has been great.In particular, Andraya Hayward in the parts department has been extraordinarily helpful in helping me source and cross reference many parts that required special ordering from Germany. I tend to make a lot of typos in my orders and she always seems to catch them - even though the typo was a working part number she knew it wrong because it didnt make sense in the assembly diagram and corrected it after checking with me.

The parts team at Sunset does an exceptional job. I have worked with Andraya Hayward, Luke Rogers, Bob & Phil and they have all provided quick and accurate service. Even with many of the parts I need requiring special orders from Germany, they are able to get these to me in a timely manner. The Sunset Porsche Swap Meet is a great annual gathering and I look forward to future events at Sunset.

Excellent parts prices and great customer service... Andraya Hayward is always extremely helpful and quick to reply to my inquiries. Parts prices are as good or better than any online vendors Ive found. I live close so I often order parts during the week and its great to be able to pick them up on Saturday (parts dept. is open until 2pm). Everyone is always very friendly in person as well. If Im ever in a position to buy a new Porsche, I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Good luck getting refunds on core charges. I had to pay a core charge for a part that was more than the part itself. I was told The charge would be refund when the part I was replacing was returned. I returned the part within days of receiving the replacement part, but the refund has not been processed in over six weeks. My emails go unanswered half the time and there has been no follow through. I have purchased parts from Sunset Porsche for years without any problems. I guess everything comes to an end. Too bad.

I can write only about the parts dept and Andraya who consistently provides superb service. I have ordered many times to restore/refinish my 97 911 and the response time and prices can not be beat, even including shipping costs to Boston, MA. They were also great about dealing with the very rare situation of a factory defect part. I would not even consider ordering from another dealer!

Very quick purchase and a wonderful staff.I went in one morning after noticing a particular vehicle that matched essentially every specification I could have dreamed up.The purchase was very quick and easy -- all told, I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 hours.Lance, my Porsche Brand Ambassador, was exceptionally knowledgeable about not only this particular 911, but all Porsches in the lineup.They offered me on the high-end of the Blue Book value for my trade (which never happens at any dealer), and even though I ended up keeping it, the gesture wasnt lost on me.Furthermore, I overpaid on DMV fees, and they sent me a check back in remuneration. They could have pocketed the money and Id have been none the wiser, but they didnt. Im sure less ethical dealers would have.Overall, I found the entire process to be very transparent, the entire crew from sales to financing to service to be exceptionally professional and courteous, and... well... its a Porsche, so the car is as good as any you might hope to drive.If youre in the market, and you understand that these are highly sought after vehicles (be ready to pounce), then you should absolutely feel comfortable giving Porsche Beaverton your business.

My wife and I decided on a Cayenne but we were undecided on what options we wanted. Christian Manz helped us find the perfect car. He spent several hours showing us many different Cayennes from Sunset Porsches huge inventory. Then he spent about an hour showing us all the features of our new Porsche before we left the dealership.
