Supply chains have hugely effected the car industry and our car’s arrival was pushed back 2-3 weeks. During this time- Nick was honest and provided us with timely updates. LOVE my experience at Beaverton Honda! I came to buy a car specifically from Belinda! I had came in a couple months ago but couldnt decide. The car I liked had been sold by the time I came back. I went to CarMax but remembered Belinda. She just happened to be in on Sunday. She was a perfect match for me when it came to buying a car. First car ever with a car payment and Belinda made the process simple with no hassles. To be honest she sold without selling! She served me and was very accommodating! I had an appointment for my fuel cold start emission and it went great. They fixed my car up in a timely manner, but more importantly what I was astounded by was the customer service. I have been there multiple time, but this time when I went in it felt different.The person I would like to mention is Alex, he was very communicative, direct, and made me feel important. I hope he can help me out next time I go there to get my oil change because I had a great experience. We had a wonderful experience with Chung. And left happy with a fair deal on a certified pre-owned crv. We shopped at 7 dealerships and Beaverton Honda was by far the best we found. (Beaverton Hyundai was by far the worst if readers also need to know who to avoid. They are not affiliated with Beaverton Honda.)The good:Chung, our sales rep, was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and patient with answering all of our questions. We felt like we were meeting with a new friend rather than doing the unpleasant business of car shopping.The dealership was spacious with high ceilings. Felt safe to be indoors during the pandemic with all that open room. Staff seemed happy and everyone was masked. They offered snacks and beverages which was helpful in keeping our comfort and sanity after being there for a few hours.We appreciated the dealership not utilizing traditional car sales methods. After researching pricing, I felt like the advertised price was too good to be true. (Turns out it kind of was - read more in the bad below.) When we sat down with Chung, he explained how their operation differed from many dealerships. They price cars fairly so that no negotiating is required. A breath of fresh air.The bad: only one reason why this review is not 5 stars comes down to a misleading policy. The only thing we took issue with was the policy for all certified pre-owned cars to have sealants applied but not listed within the online price. This brought up the cost of our vehicle approximately $900. Beaverton Honda prides itself on having transparency in pricing with no gimmicks. So it struck us as dishonest not to build in the cost of sealants on the listed price if they’re already applied. All in all, we took the car despite this trick. As far as car dealerships go, it was pretty benign when compared to our other experiences. Though I would urge management to post transparent pricing for real!At the end of the day, we had a great experience and felt good giving them our business. Next time we need a car, our first meeting will be with Chung at Beaverton Honda!

Our entire experience was refreshingly different from working with other dealers. Our salesperson Kyle was excellent at straightforward communication and trying to help us achieve what we wanted while also saving money. The store gave us a generous price for our trade and their fixed pricing for used vehicles also eliminated so much of the usual stress and games of car buying. We found the vehicle we wanted online, and live 2 hours away, but they held it for us on a busy weekend. Overall, highly recommended.

My husband and I came in last week to look at one of their SUVs and van’s (which they didn’t have the van model we were looking for, but that’s not the reason for the 1 star; we understand there’s a shortage going on), but the sales person we had to work with (also not the original person we scheduled the appointment with over the phone) was very sarcastic and could care less about our car shopping or experience. He didn’t take us seriously as potential customers and I was appalled that we received the treatment that we got. He did let us test drive the SUV we were looking into, but my husband and I did not appreciate the way he talked to us the whole ride with him. I am not mentioning any names because he might have been having a bad day and we were the unlucky ones to receive that treatment that day, but I expected a lot more from this Honda location given the amazing reviews it gets. This sales guy we had to work with lost us as potential customers and he really shouldn’t have treated us in the way he did.We ended up later going to the Hillsboro Honda location that same day and wow, what a difference of how we got treated! Everyone treated us so kindly there and took us serious as customers at the Hillsboro location. I don’t recommend coming to the Beaverton location (if it can be helped) given the customer service we received, but I’ll definitely recommend the Hillsboro location for existing/future Honda customers.

I brought my minivan in for several issues. Angel was efficient, responsive, and basically, a nice guy to have on your side at the mechanic’s. I discovered when I got home that something had not been fixed. I was immediately able to schedule a day that I was free. Angel took one look at it, got me a loaner within 10 minutes, and I was on my way. Angel is a memorably good person, and I am so pleased with the service, even with an extra repair day.

Great experience and staff, far less hassle and BS than other dealerships give you. They still push the warranties but it’s part of what every dealership does so I do not hold that against them. There were no surprises with price or added accessories to the vehicle that weren’t advertised (like every other Honda dealership I dealt with) overall I am giving them 5 stars. My vehicle arrives in a couple of weeks so I will update as soon as I pick it up and everything is 100% done.

Best customer service in Beaverton.All the members are nice and kind. Reasonable maintenance price compare to other private repair shops. Even if you change only engine oil, they are going to do the general inspections for free.Also there is no such a discrimination. If you live in US, and if you are foreigner, then you would feel some sort of discrimination feeling like you dont belong in this country. But there is nothing like that in this service center. Im surprised how good people they were.If you have Honda cars, and need a maintenance. Then do not waste time in other places and just visit here.

I’ve been a repeat costumer here for over a year now and I’m 100% satisfied. I’ve never had any issues with work quality. They’re very accommodating with last minute reschedules and issues like finding a set of tires. Every time they’re very direct with what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Maybe cheaper prices could be found outside of the dealership, but I can get everything done in one place. Plus, multiple times I’ve come and customer service people like Alex will look up a warranty or coupon that saves some money.I always just hang out in the lobby. Clean and quiet with good WiFi and free snacks.

Our sales representative, Travis Jimenez, was Great! He was able to set us up with monthly payments that fit our budget. The closing deal took less than an hour. Travis answered all our questions and showed us most of the functions of our new 2021 CR V Honda. The next morning, a Service Staff member helped me set up an application from my I Phone to the dashboard computer system. My husband & and were well pleased with buying this car. We love our new car!

Overall my experience during the buying process was good. The vehicle I purchased had an A/C issue and I understood that when I purchased the vehicle however because it was certified I was promised the vehicle’s A/C would be fixed early the following week. That was fine for me however now I’m being told they’re completely booked and cannot fix the A/C until next week. In the future please set proper expectations with customers. Best way to avoid problems in the first place is to prevent them from happening.

I had been looking around to find the perfect vehicle to replace my 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and found not only the perfect vehicle but the perfect car buying experience with Kyle at Beaverton Honda! I ended up finding a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition in white plus they gave me more than I anticipated for my trade. I was so glad I didn’t have to deal with the dreaded “manager in the back office”, Kyle had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was in and out in less than an hour!I also had an amazing experience with the Honda parts department. I wanted all-terrain tires and a lift put on before I took the car home and Ron, Parts Manager, went out of his way to get the tires and parts here by the next day! Everyone at Beaverton Honda is so amazing from the Sales department to the Service department and made the entire experience a great one. I will recommend Beaverton Honda to anyone who is shopping for a new or used vehicle!

No more bait and switch or spending 10 hours going through financing.I had a cosigner out of state and was worried about the delays and process for sending docs across country. Angel has done a great job with helping me get the service I need for my Honda Civic! He works so hard and is a very friendly, kind person to work with.The only reason I docked a star was because of my general experience at this dealership (with nothing to do with Angel). I brought my Honda in the fix the AC a couple months ago, but then it broke again this month. Unfortunately, the part to fix it is backordered until further notice. It’s a pain to drive in the recent heat waves without AC. The service team also left my car in pretty significant disarray (large plastic electrical panels were not re-attached after servicing, leaving the internal mechanisms exposed). My car is not only a PITA to drive this summer, it also looks like someone tore it apart on the inside. Huge bummer.I am really hoping Honda Beaverton can make it right.I love Angel though! He’s amazing!

All I have to say is that this place is amazing! An employee there by the name of Ty Adams helped me finance my first car yesterday. He didn’t haggle me, he didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t wanna do, he got me the best deals possible, he was intersectional which is comforting, and on top of all that he was super funny. He genuinely laughed at all of the jokes both my lesbian moms made. He also offered us cookies a million times. He was absolutely great!

My wife and I were looking for a particular model and trim (and color.) I feel bad for the guy manning the internet sales phone as I called him probably 3 times in one day asking if he still had the HR-V in stock. We were working with another Honda dealer and they said they couldn’t find the car we were looking for anywhere, yet Beaverton Honda claimed to have had the exact model.Long story short; Kyle the salesperson was able to get me from inquiring about the car on the phone to driving the car home in about 3 hours..and we’re about a 30 minute drive to the dealership! I was impressed at the efficiency of the operation and the price was reasonable (and also hundreds of $’s less than the other dealership was asking for the same make and model.) Kyle was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all questions I had about the features and the various costs associated with the transaction.I would highly recommend Beaverton Honda and Kyle if you’re looking for a new car.

Absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. Mellow, the guy who helped us out, was incredibly nice and walked us through all our options. Super great personality and not pushy at all. I’ve been taking my Hondas to this location for service since 2012. Earlier this month, a distracted driver totaled my beloved 2008 Civic and I knew I’d buy a new car at Beaverton Honda. I didn’t even shop around. Ty Adams helped me with the purchase of my new 2021 Civic Hatchback. He was patient and answered all my questions. (I’d never purchased a brand new car before so I had a lot…). I never felt pressured at any stage in the purchase. A few days later, I went to drop off my down payment. My car insurance wasn’t helpful with my rental reimbursement, and I asked John (Ty had the day off) if there was any chance I could rent a car from the service department while I waited for my car to arrive. It was an unusual request, but John and Don set me up with a rental anyway. I’ve had such a crummy month and I wanted to give John a hug when he told me they’d help me out! It was a huge relief. When my car arrived (5 days earlier than anticipated!), Ty showed me all the features and helped me adjust a few settings. Can’t recommend this location enough. They have a wonderful team. I’ve always felt well taken care of at Beaverton Honda.

I never felt that Belinda was trying to sell me on anything I didnt need or want, only listening to what I wanted in a car and offering me gentle suggestions or helpful information to make the best decision for my purchase. The sails team was amazing and was willing to work with me to find the car I wanted. Nick did everything he could to get me into the newest civic that had a 6 speed manual that wasnt a type R. When I went to purchase the car the next day Nick wasnt there at that time, so Melvin help with all the paperwork and explained the warranty options that where available. Over all the entire process was quick, efficient and very well explained when I had any questions. I would highly recommend Beaverton Honda to anyone looking for a new/newer car.

So my bad experience was changed there was a ghost problem with a wire harness the dealership cant put in for a fix if the problem isnt always present or present when you bring it to them with no code. People at Beaverton Honda advocated for us to Honda to be able to have the repair done without an extreme cost to us they listen to the issues that we had and where able to take care of things even tho when the problem finally presented itself it was after after warranty! They care about people and making things right! Extremely helpful to accommodate families and made things super easy for a wife with three kids just trying to take care of life. Belinda is amazing to work I wont say sales person because at no time did I ever feel manipulated.When we arrived at the dealership, it was not my plan to purchase another Honda (although my Accord was 13 years old and running as if it just rolled off the showroom floor). My son is ready for a car - so it is his.I wanted something with a bit of jazz, speed and curb appeal.Belinda knew I had no intention of buying but was so patient and showed me the cars I wanted to see - explaining the features which she both loved on her own Honda as well as those which are newer in the lineup that she thought were impressive.Working with Belinda is kind of like shopping for a car with your best friend. She is kind, thoughtful and really wants you to be happy with your purchase. I LOVE my new Accord (because it is jazzy, speedy (with 253 horse, and has significant curb appeal). Melvin is hands down the best person I’ve ever worked with to purchase a car! The experience was exactly the way a car buying experience should be. No pressure and complete transparency. Melvin spent time going over features of the car, taking me on a good test drive and above all, treated me with kindness through the sales process. Misleading information about trade-in values and poor customer service quality.The KBB estimate trade-in value of my car is around $28.8-29.1k.But the sales person came back and told me theyd give me $27k.I told him I cant do that.If they were to offer me a fair amount on my vehicle I would have walked away with a brand new vehicle today. Instead they just let me walk. Not a very good shopping experience at all despite the fact that I was looking for a purchase of 3rd new vehicle from them within the last year.

Worked with Dave Kroll. A true professional. I was choosing between the LX and EX trim levels and Dave had two perfect cars pulled right up front when I got there so there was no wasted time. He was knowledgeable about the car overall as well as the differences between trim levels, and the features that set them apart. He was upfront about not making more commission from selling a more expensive car so he didnt push or pressure at all to buy the more expensive one.Dave got me an incredible offer on my trade-in and it was ultimately what allowed the deal to happen. Beaverton Honda was able to get outstanding financing. Even beating the employee rates of the bank that I work at!Dave made all the numbers work and was thorough in explaining what each of the additional warranties were and was understanding when I chose to decline all but a select few based on the features of the car.I choose Honda because theyre great cars. I choose Beaverton Honda because the service is top-tier and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I choose to work with Dave specifically because hes warm, quick when he needs to be, patient when he needs to be, not pushy, easy to talk with, helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and honestly, is just a great guy overall from everything Ive seen.

Easy experience, limited inventory (thanks microchip shortages). I went in, told Adam what I wanted and what I could afford, walked out later with what I wanted for what I could afford. I must say, it was nice to go to a dealership and have them actually help me instead of trying to up-sell me into something I can’t even afford. I would go back again and would recommend Beaverton Honda to friends or family based on my experience with Adam.

In 40 years of car ownership (most of them Hondas) I have never had such a bad experience with the service department at a car dealership. I live out of state and specifically scheduled the service appointment for my daughters car at the dealership so that I could trust the work that was done, even if it was more expensive. They had they vehicle for 3 days running diagnostics. Communication was terrible. There was never any clear explanation as to why they were keeping the vehicle for so long or when it would be ready. My daughter would call and get put on indefinite hold. I would call and talk to the appointment schedulers who were nice but really didnt know anything. We were expecting them to have the car for one day and were very fortunate to have other means of transportation when they had it for 3. When my daughter picked it up they had done an oil change (as requested) and that was it. She was told they were trying to replicate the weird sounds and couldnt but there is no reason they would have needed the vehicle for long to do that. Very needlessly stressful experience.

Bought a used vehicle from them, fairly easy process with Eric.But what really stood out was their service department. I had a component in my window break less than two weeks of owning the car, and I was able to bring it in and they just replaced the part. Andrews service was superb, they even washed my car afterwards. Would recommend.
