Worst financing experience I have ever dealt with. I made a payment the day I got my vehicle which was perfectly fine. Then I find out the paperwork wasnt done correctly so we had to fill in a couple of other spots they forgot to have me initial. Also, totally fine. Then they call me to come back in because not all the paperwork was printed correctly. Annoying, but not the end of the word. They Then said I had to make another payment, keep in mind a made one a couple weeks prior because they could get the paperwork done correctly and sent to the bank on time. So I made another payment. I then start receiving phone calls from the bank saying that only one payment was made. Where did my other payment go? They dont know. Its been over a month and they say they cant refund my money back to me. They literally stole $550 dollars from me. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I wish I would have.

I only give one star because I was able to schedule service online. However when I showed up for my appointment I was told there was a 3-hour wait. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation a month ahead of time preceding a trip across country. Drove 30 minutes to get to the dealership. No one seemed concerned or interested in my name or appointment time. Rude and dismissive.

I signed a 3 yr lease for a new Jeep Wrangler from here. Loved it the first 2 years, then with about 6 months left on the lease, my wrangler over heated. Not a huge deal, or so I thought…When I called the dealership about having it towed there for repairs, they told me I should have it towed somewhere else because the earliest they’d be able to take a look was in about 3 weeks and they wouldn’t be able to give me a loaner vehicle.I called around to other dealerships in the area and they all told me similar things, no loaner vehicles available, and the earliest they could take a look was in a little over 2 weeks (one dealership said it’d be a month and a half!)Only lease from here if you’re willing to be stuck at home for weeks at a time if your Jeep has any issues.

I recently got into a bad car accident which left my car totaled. I was terrified and have been dealing with so much emotional and physical stress since the accident that it was really important that my car-buying experience allowed me to feel safe and comfy.They did a great job of working with me and showing me all the features of the car. I feel really proud of myself for being able to own a truck like this. My family called after I signed the paperwork and said theyve never had a car that was so nice.

A Ram Truck leased new in 2019 was my first Ram experience. I have 20k miles on the truck and the radiator overheats. I am on vacation in Central Oregon on a Saturday PM. I call Beaverton Ram for assistance on simply how to deal with…instead of trying to assist me, they tell me I didn’t buy the extended warranty so they can not even talk with me…actually my lease only goes to 30k and I need to turn it in……only looking for assistance in a time of need and they turn their back. I can excuse the call malfunction but not the lack of caring. This dealership is dead to me. Good luck with these Money grabbers

The customer service and this place is absolutely atrocious. Drop my wife’s vehicle off the day before her appointment now they told me they would get a hold of me the next morning and let me know what I could expect for turnaround time. Completely understand that no problem. Come the next day trying to get in touch with somebody six hours after they’ve opened to get an update on my vehicle. I was hung up on twice I was threaten to be hung up on if I didn’t tell them what my issue was when I asked for a manager or owner. When I didn’t ask for a manager it just went straight to voicemail and never got a response from The manager at all. The lady in the service department was absolutely rude and told me it was my problem that they are too busy to be able to go out in the shop and just advise me at what’s going on with my vehicle. Remind you now I have a wife sitting at home with a child and no vehicle to transport my child around. I would never recommend anybody buy a vehicle or take the vehicle to this dealership to have anything done on it. They are extremely rude people I am very poor customer service.

Had an incredible experience working with David and Ben! David treated me the the utmost respect, he made sure the entire car buying experience was in my hands and didnt push me once. I spent hours browsing the lot and test driving cars. David was always standing by to answer questions, pulling up new SUVs for me to test drive knowing I had my eye on them, and even offering to look into what was available in your other lot. He made multiple trips to the gas station to get the SUVs I took out gassed up and ready to go. Despite having my parents along while car shopping, David always directed his attention and responses to me knowing I was the buyer. I was extremely appreciative of that. I stopped in to look at a Dodge Challenger with my mother while we were in Beaverton to kill time before an appointment at another dealership to look at a car. Jamie was very helpful in showing us the vehicle we came to see as well as when we liked a different one on the lot as well as letting us test drive the car. Overall everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional and made the buying process very simple. They met the terms we wanted without a lot of back and forth nonsense. The manager even helped make sure that some scuff marks from the delivery stickers was cleaned up before we drove off with it. At no time was there any high pressure tactics, everyone was respectful to both my mother and I, and everything was pretty transparent and open. The finance guy even misquoted us on an add on and honored the price he gave us since it was his error on the quote.

Sometimes you may think you have figured out Life sometimes you may think you figured out people and sometimes you might give up and say to heck with it. Then you meet someone that is so wonderful at what they do it changes your way of thinking and your life. When I called Northwest Jeep on a weekend I was expecting someone who would give me the run around. What I got was a young lady who made me feel good about buying a vehicle and also made me feel good about being myself. I recently bought a 2019 BMW 330i Sedan from NWJCD and the overall experience was very smooth and straightforward. I am very thankful for Mike Morgan who made sure to have the vehicle ready for the test drive and helped with finding the best financing plan for the vehicle.

I bought my two cars there and never had any issue. In December 2020 I brought my car there because some noise. It took a while to the to discover what was wrong what i was ok with. I didnt like because they already charged me a lot just to find what was wrong. I had to buy new parts and wait to the advisor to call me what never happened. For my surprise, after call them 3 times, i went there around February and the parts were there. They said they called me in December what didnt happen because I even call them several times after that. In the end i HAD to keep the parts because they didnt accept it back because I didnt want to perform the service any more after 3 months waiting from them. Its really disappointing.

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude in March of 2021. It has had recurring fuel rich issues that NW Jeep failed to fix the first two times. They held it for nearly two months on the third fix, and I had to cancel my summer road trip. Awful experience to be paying for. And not one person from NW Jeep responded to my concerns. My appointment was for 11:45. For ½ hour work. The Jeep didnt get in til 2pm. When I called last week it was only going to take a hour. Today I was told two. Huh? Only had contact with 2 people. The gentleman was wonderful. The lady just seemed like she just was there cuz it was work. (Maybe mask time, but please smile. I just paid you guys honey, very good to reason to smile.)

This is the second time I come here in about a year. Definitely going to change where I bring my car to be serviced at.I bought my Cherokee here about 3 yrs ago and been bringing it back here for maintenance.They are always very hard to get a hold of over the phone. Never call back when you leave a message, you just have to keep trying.The last time I came they never told me that their waiting room was closed because of COVID. Understandable, but please warn ppl so they can make plans. All they could say was hang outside (it was raining) or get an Uber (VERY expensive!). So I had to have my wife come pick me up and drop me back while she was at work (great!).This time, I call them for the appointment, after the 5th time they pick up. I tell the lady I need them to do oil change, general maintenance, tire rotation and alignment. She says no problem, will take about 1.5hrs. I come this morning and Im told the alignment will take the whole day. That i can leave the car and get it in the evening. Really!? I tell them I had requested asked for it on the phone and was told it was not in the notes and that they cannot do it any time soon because they only have one rig to do the alignment in the garage. So again, communication is definitely not their strong suit. They give no warning ahead of time for anything and I dont know about you but I cannot leave my car the entire day without a heads up beforehand.Oh and the best? The guy who dealt with me had an attitude about the whole thing. Like i dont care, sure it would be nice to have the note there that you wanted to do the alignment or last time was sure, bring your car somewhere else. My mistake? bringing it back there...In summary they are BAD at communicating. I strongly recommend you DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THEM FOR MAINTENANCE related stuff. I will definitely look for another garage.

Bought my 2018 Ram here in 2018. Had a radio update forced through Uconnect. The update failed and now the radio doesnt work and drains the battery. Called the service department to get it resolved and told Id have to wait 3-4 weeks to get it in. So they force an update that disables my truck and then wont address it for 3-4 weeks. In what world is that acceptable??

10/10 recommend NW Jeep! We came in unsure of what we wanted, and Joe helped us compare vehicles to find a perfect match! We were recently forced to replace our old Ford pick-up, and thus began looking for a vehicle that would tow a 42 foot 16,000 pound fifth wheel. After a relentless search we stumbled across the Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge website where we located a suitable truck; a 2021 Ram 3500 long bed with the Cummins diesel. This was happening in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and all vehicles, (trucks especially), were extremely difficult to locate. When we got to the lot we were greeted by David who took us through the first half of the process, but it was late in the day, so we had to return the following afternoon. David was off work, but his colleague, Gilbert, was able to complete the purchase, and we drove off three hours later in our new tow vehicle. These two sales people, the management, the parts team, and the crew in finance made it a very positive experience. If ever we needed a new car, I would definitely return to do business with them again.

Made an appointment to get an oil change…drove here from NH and my new Dodge Ram Promaster needed it’s first oil change. Got a call the morning of my appointment saying they decided to close early and wanted to cancel my appointment. I explained I was only in town for the day. Too bad. Even when I called back, texted them and emailed them, when I couldn’t find another dealership to do the oil change. Terrible service..and they didn’t see to care

The service is super poor. The phone fee is $2000 to repair the car. It took a week to repair the leaking door. The rain leaked again within a week after the repair, and the repair did not start three days after the scheduled repair date.I sent emails for two consecutive days and no one responded at all. I was very disappointed.

I had an AMAZING experience at Jeep NW. I found the vehicle I had a interest in and drove form WA state to look at it. I had spoke with Victoria before hand and she was an AMAZING help from the time I talked to her on the phone to the time i purchased my vehicle! Every single time they have my car, I have to call them for updates. Not once have they called to say hey just wanted to let you know the status of your repairs. You would think if something is going to take more than a day to fix that they would at least call and let you know. They wont help you get a loaner or rental car if needed unless they have one available, even though the repairs are warranty work. Maybe buy more cars?? I mean you are a dealership! They told us we can deal with Chrylser if we want to rent a car and be reimbursed, what a joke. How about you deal with Chrysler since you have contacts there that the general public does not. How about a simple call to update people when you plan to take more than a couple of days to fix their car. How about stop using excuses that you are buried in work due to other dealerships being under repair. There are many many dealerships in the region, not just you. Dont try to make people think you are the only ones around and that is why it takes you forever to fix their cars. Wont be back

Bought a used car from them 1 year ago, and theyve done nothing to make right all the problems it had when they sold it to me. Cheap brake pads, nearly bald tires, low oil, and it still needs about $300 worth of basic maintenance that was long overdue. The salesman was nice, but everything after has just been a runaround.

From start to finish everyone was super helpful and friendly. I didnt experience any high pressure salesmanship vibes and my primary contact, Victoria, made me feel comfortable and at ease with the entire experience.

The Sales Manager Ben was fun to deal with and took his time diligently finding me a great interest rate for the amount I financed. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. This place is a money hungry joke. Warranty work on my girlfriends jeep and the small recall has taken over 2 weeks to get sorted. As a small automobile shop business owner I am appalled. This dealership has absolutely no reliable customer service when it comes to letting their customers know how the progress is going. They have also not responded to 2 phone calls in regards.Terrible dealership. Buy at your own risk.

Spent a lot of time detailing what I wanted to order and my trade, and unfortunately for them I had done some research prior to trying to work out a deal. They offered me below the lowest value on KBB, and then tried to explain to me how KBB was what they used. Really offensive, frankly, go somewhere else, anywhere else. I regret that I had even taken my prior jeep there for service several years ago.

Overall experience. We purchased our jeep cherokee from them in June of 2020. I sat outside waiting for over an hour just to sign the paperwork and give them the check. Ask about some areas that needed repairs before we picked it up and signed. Alignment and cleaning the interior. Neither of these were done. Fast-forward to 2-1-21 we have a major issue with our 28k mile jeep. Transmission or transfer case. Called several times and left messages for service department. Nothing! I dont normally write reviews but after spending 25k, waiting for over an hour just to sign a few pieces of paper, which we had an appointment for, and no call back for service work. I opted to take my business elsewhere. People were very nice and when buying parts for my business and personal vehicles they were helpful. Unfortunate circumstance...

Ask for Gil as your Salesman. Very trustworthy and friendly guy👍 10/10 would buy from him and Stephen again.

We bought a new Ram 2500 from Mike Morgan yesterday, what a pleasant experience. We have bought over a dozen new cars during 40 years of marriage and it was never fun.After shopping the internet, out of town mega dealers and local sales, we ran into the we just sold that or that sale price expired last week even with the tags still in the window and still advertised on their web site.When we made it across town to NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge it was a whole new experience. Mike was more like a personal shoppers assistant than an old fashioned high pressure salesman.After checking out the sales on their computer and touring the main lot Mike drove us to their storage lot where they had so many trucks with features and prices that fit our needs we spent more time picking out the one we wanted than the whole rest of the deal.Even signing all the paperwork was enjoyable with Michael Rolls helping us. I bought my used 2017Jeep Renegade from these guys back in May. I can’t even express what great customer service I have received. My salesman David found me just what I wanted without being pushy and he made sure I got a great deal. A couple of days ago my sliding roof malfunctioned and it started pouring rain into the vehicle. The service manager Rick told me to come straight over. Despite them being extremely busy Rick got my vehicle in right away. Best of all he is replacing my roof without charge. Thanks so much guys! This is my second car purchase from NW Jeep. They have hands down the best prices on their vehicles, which is what brought us here in the first place. But the second time around, we had the best customer service experience with Victoria. Over a period of 3 weeks, she worked hard to find the perfect car for me and the monthly rate I wanted. Her service was above and beyond, and she worked tirelessly until I was happy. I ended up leaving so happy with the prettiest white Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. My experience was great, OC, my salesman was awesome and not pushy at all, he was well informed about the features of the car I was interested in and made sure we were we happy with the car and understood the the features and terms of the sale. I would buy another vehicle from both OC and Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge.

I love my new car. Victoria was a great help. I knew there would be obstacles with how young I am and this being the first time financing my own car, but she helped me with everything. I came here to look at a car and discuss a trade in. I tried to negotiate a price and they would not budge a penny on it. It was a nice car but a base model with 100k miles.After the appraisal of my trade in, they came back with an insulting offer as my car was a piece of junk. I felt humiliated as other customers heard and watched.I believe it may be a racial matter, because the manager was acting real rough. Only looking after for his own.Clearly this is a dealer for the upper class privileged folk not for the working folk.No culture in this establishment, didnt feel comfortable or welcomed. Especially since i was the only minority in the building.

Dont buy a used car here unless you can get it inspected beforehand by an independent mechanic. We were buying from out of town so we decided to trust their inspection. Two days after taking the car home, the engine light comes on and we learn were in for $3000 in repairs. Better yet, the warranty we purchased though NW Jeep didnt cover any of it. Were extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service we received when we brought this to their attention.Update: The manager contacted us and, after waiting a month to respond to our query, decided to do nothing about it. Poor response time, poor customer service.

NO STARS! Worst dealership. Bad employees. All employees were discriminating my interest on looking at a vehicle to simply just test drive. All were currently dealing with other customers and showed poor leadership to help out on a test drive. I knew of the price of the vehicle I was wanting to look at but all of them showed that they can’t handle helping with one simple task. As a young future buyer I won’t be purchasing or recommending this dealership to anyone. Take a leadership class or two and show that you guys are a open to any sort of sale in your dealership.

Bought a car there 3 months ago. 2 weeks after getting it the car leaked gas. Then it took 2 weeks to get the car back to me. Then a month and half after they fixed it the same problem occurred. Then once I contacted them about because the dodge here in salem told me it didnt look like anything was done. I was givin a number to call. They are basically giving me the run a around. This feels like a shady car lot thing to do. Not what I expected from a dealership. More then happy to take your money and thats about it.

AFTER SECOND SERVICE VISIT THEY TOOK MY VAN FOR A PARTS RUN!!! PARTS AND PICS FOR EVIDENCE!!!Want more details...Earlier this summer I purchased a 2017 Pacifica from a sales manager at this location. This purchase took place 2 days before we welcomed our twin boys to this world. I have to say the purchase was a little quicker than I do with a higher price item. Well, I purchased the van at standard price with two promises; complete an exterior detail and fix the cracked wind shield. So a few weeks later I scheduled some time to bring the van in and have the work completed.1st visit for additional work - no work was done, they moved the vehicle to a different parking spot . I was frustrated by this and it was a complete waste of my time. In reality though, it was not my priority and have more important things to deal with so I scheduled another visit2nd visit - They detailed the car but did not fix the windshield. Also after I picked the van up I found a few parts from a different car dealer in my van. Please see attached for pictures of the parts. I have to assume they DROVE MY VAN ON A PARTS RUN AND DID NOT FINISH WORK ON MY VAN.Follow up - I have called multiple times and spoken with the manager that sold me the vehicle. They have not called me back or schedule to fix the wind shield.Please note, I am a very patient and busy person. This is my first partial day off (Labor Day) and I am writing this because people need to be careful. It doesnt matter what state you are in, companies/people will try and take short cuts with poor service. This poor service directly may greatly affect your personal budget...In this situation I feel that I was taken advantage of as I did not have time to work for services that were promised. Some other issues that have arouse with the van are, that is shakes sometimes around 60 mph and the change oil light came on a week after purchase. I feel both of these issues should have been resolved before selling.

WOW, Im so impressed by the service I just received here. My battery was on its last leg and I decided to take it in and get it looked at. My advisor Edward said it would be about a 24 hour turn around time, which I expected. I asked him how to turn off my change oil alert and that is when Bill a mechanic walked by and said let me show you Bill also checked my battery and offered to replace it real quick. He also topped off my oil. I know this isnt normal protocol but they went the extra mile for me and Im so grateful for the service I just received.

Best experience at a dealership ever. They had the car ready for me when we got there, Victoria was awesome, I didnt feel pressured, I didnt feel undercut or like I had to haggle. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in. It was just an awesome experience overall and I would absolutely give them my business again. I had all the paperwork and keys in my hands in about 3 hours which is quite good compared to my other experiences. Great job and thank you.

So just got email for huge “LABOR DAY” sale offer. Consumer who are interested in those vehicles will definitely purchase and take advantage of the sales. However, I don’t see the particular vehicle that has attractive offer at all. Fully aware in order to gotta pay to play. Yet, I feel like a fish who is lure by stinky bait that no other want.

We went to look at Durango to potentially buy and found that they had another we ended up liking better. Victoria was amazing to work with and listened to our wants with purchasing this car. We had a positive experience which we have not always had when buying a car. We appreciate how accommodating Victoria and the rest of the folks were that helped us on our journey!

We live in WA and could not find a dealership that had used Minis for a decent price and had not issues with their vehicles. It was either the brakes or rotors was going out, cracks on their windshields, or an oil leak. We decided to drive down to OR and the third place we hit was Beaverton. When we first drove up, unlike the other dealerships we visited, no vultures/salespersons came hovering. Instead we were greeted by Mr. John Raptor. He was friendly and we told him that we saw a car we were interested in on their website; unlike the dealerships we went to visit he didnt try to push us towards another vehicle that we did not want! He was awesome. We got the Mini Cooper and we are happy with what we got. They even threw in a warranty for a really low price that was good for one year. Also, John filled up our tank AND they changed the oil all while we were signing our papers!!! I highly recommend coming to this place. We live in Graham, and it was well worth the long drive!
