Be careful when buying from these people. I ordered a part for my 993 and it came and wouldnt fit. When i tried to return it, i was charged a restock fee. Fortunately it was a low dollar item ( yes, they do exist on 993s but rare, lol), otherwise it could have been an expensive lesson on how some online people do business.

Avoid at all costs. Brandon Elliot, one of their managers, is a very dishonest and deceptive individual.

Do not recommend for any post warranty work. Always try to up sell you on unneeded work and the quality of the work is not near as good as local shops such as Stuttgart and Matrix. Good honest mechanics are hard to find and definitely not here.

Ordered parts from out of state. Staff was really helpful and was able to secure a difficult to find part. Price was very competitive and shipped in secure packaging. I have a few more projects lined up, so Im thankful to know Ill be able to secure OEM parts from a competent supplier.

I accompanied my son-in-law while looking for a used car in god condition. The parking lot was full of cars, mostly newer models. We chose a relatively new Audi for a test drive. The car looked fine; however, as soon as the speed got to 30 MPH the rear end began vibrating in a manner that is hard to ignore. The sales person tried to brush off the issue but we decided to turn around and look for other cars. The sales person seemed ignore our car specifications and was unable to find a car that was at a reasonable price. All of the offerings were 3 to 4 kilobucks above fair market prices. We left the place with a very bad taste. The next day, we bought a sporty MB coupe at a reasonable price, at another dealership. The sales people and their manager in that other dealership were very attentive to our requirements and willing to meet our last price offer. Used car purchase should be an exercise in futility.

Very brief experience at this dealership. Needed a notarized power of attorney for a mileage disclosure on a vehicle that passed through their lot. Very personable and accommodating, and there wasnt even a sale involved. Brad Russel was very helpful, front desk woman was awesome as well.

Never in my life have I given a car place a 5-star review. My new car had a significant problem and they went to bat with Audi and Audi replaced the car rather than leaving me concerned that the car would continue to have trouble. So while they are a car dealership so all caveats apply regarding figuring out what the car should cost before you go there (ofc) they do have integrity standing behind their sales.

I order a ECM from them Saturday 6.16.18 (6am eastern time) and paid almost $56 for it to be shipped fast. The website states please allow 2 business days to process to ship. I called Wednesday 6.20.18 in the morning to inquire about a tracking they stated that the item is getting shipped that day and a tracking will be provided. It is now Thursday 6.21.18 that my item is getting shipped and It says that I wont get my item until Tuesday 6.26.18. Over a week for an item that I paid almost $56 for shipping I think is crazy.

Friendly helpful staff. Biggest dealership parts department anywhere. Beautiful cars but I wouldnt own German. As a repair shop owner I know Germans love to make everything far more complicated than it needs to be! But very nice from the drivers seat. Not so nice if and when they need service or repair. Lease!

I was car shopping for an entire month, and had so many bad experiences with shady, pushy, dishonest, generally gross salespeople. From the moment I turned up in the fancy Audi showroom looking for a particular car (probably the cheapest one in their used lot at the time) I was treated with the utmost respect and fairness from everyone I encountered. Im read as a young woman, so its rare for car people to treat me as though I know what Im doing. But here, not a whiff of condescension or weaseling at any point in the process. I worked with Shane Randall, who was totally straightforward with me and admitted when he didnt know something about the car (and then found out.) I felt like he really had my back the whole time. The sales manager George Chung was incredibly professional and fair. The finance person was the most quick and organized Ive ever seen. I got a great car for a price Im happy with. I could not have had a better experience.My slightest nitpick is with the detail shop -- the car smells super strongly of some sort of citrusy solvent-type cleaner thats fading very slowly, (since I only looked at one car I couldnt say if thats a habit of the shop or if this car was in particularly bad shape when they started) and the plastic in the rear storage compartment (hatchback) leaves some kind of sticky residue on my hands, probably also a cleaning product.

Our experience there left much to be desired when it came to customer service. The salesman was nice but didnt deliver the customer service experience we would expect, bare minimum effort was made to build rapport. Although we didnt make a deal, it would have been nice to not have felt bad or not important as a potential customer as we were leaving. The sales person didnt even see us out, simply stayed at his computer to say bye. When we first wanted to see the vehicle he said go ahead and go out there, its unlocked. We later went to car max in Beaverton and had a top notch customer service experience and purchased a car from there.

Easy to find a very nice employees that were able to provide fast, detailed and friendly service. Our car was well cared for and we had it back in just 2 days.

We came with cash in hand to buy a car. We tried to get someone to help us for around 20 minutes but everyone we talked to said they were busy or ignored us. My wife and I dont look very old, so maybe they didnt think we were serious, but it really was a terrible experience. They do have a great car selection, so it was sad to have to go somewhere else.

DONT TRUST THIS DEALER!!! I bought a pre-owned car from Sunset used 1 1/2 years ago. While looking at the car, my salesman assured me that the tires on the car were run-flat as there was no jack and or tools or even a spare tire in the car to change a flat. As I was driving home to Central Oregon the very next day, I heard some noise from the rear-end of the car and pulled in at the Les Schwab in Sisters. They inspected the car and told me that not only were the tires NOT run flat (as my salesman promised) but the tires were separating at the tread and needed replaced. I paid for the tires, thinking the dealer would reimburse me since I was lied to AND the tires were not fit to drive on, went home and called my salesman. The conversation went like this our service department didnt recommend tires so we didnt put any on. He didnt even address the fact that I had no spare, no tools and no run flat tires! So I even called the sales manager and he just put me off too, if this is how this business takes care of their customers I want to get the word out. Thanks for reading!

Great Service, Friendly Staff!

I had inquired about a used Mini Clubman and spoke with Mitchell Stedman. He was great on the phone with information on the car, inviting us in for a test drive. We were able to come in last weekend and the whole experience was very positive. We purchased the car and were very pleased with the deal. I walked in here to sell my used car, there was literally no-one in the lobby to greet me... One dude saw me in the lobby, he was talking with other customers; I waited in the lobby for about five minutes but no-one greeted me or asked me what I was there for. This was ridiculous, I dont even know how this business is still running.
