Even though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle from Audi Beaverton, I had exceptional service and care shown to me by Shane and his manager Drew. I contacted Shane through AutoTrader regarding a used vehicle, and he had it pulled into a dry showroom and ready when I arrived so that I could look at it on a rainy day without getting drenched. He was very personable and pleasant to deal with, and his demeanor did not include any sales pressure tactics whatsoever. Drew generously allowed me to test drive the vehicle nearby to my home to show it to my husband during a break in his busy schedule. My experience was 100% positive thanks to these two gentlemen, and I would recommend the dealership to anyone curious about a vehicle in their inventory.

Having worked in sales my whole career, I definitely have a high standard for good customer service but also an immense appreciation when it’s a job well done. I’m the type of person who will dress down before walking into a nice store just to see if I get the same level of service.About 6 months ago, I called Shane because we fell in love with the new RS7. Our local dealer wouldn’t place the order though the way that we wanted it. In fact they basically insulted us saying they wouldn’t be able to sell it if we backed out. I offered a bigger deposit and still got a no. I told Shane what we were looking for and he said that you guys would take the order, no problem.I’m NOT a patient person but this was what my husband wanted. It HAD to be perfect. I bugged him with questions regularly and he always responded (even on his days off when I didn’t expect him to). He also gave me a status update regularly.When it arrived, they did the full clear mask and even added a couple of sections at our request. The look on my husbands face was definitely worth the wait. The beautiful silver accented with carbon trim and cognac interior which is a nod to classic Ferraris, it came out beautiful.Just know you’ve earned a customer for life. I had what could have been a minor or major leak and was able to get my car looked at on a Saturday morning as soon as I called in. By the time I arrived 10-minutes later they were ready to check me in and get me into a loaner until they could find and resolve the issue. Service was amazingly quick and professional.

I had a very pleasant experience test driving and purchasing a car at Audi Beaverton. Shane Randall was my sales rep throughout the process and was extremely helpful. He explained the features of the cars I tested and even provided me with a good route to drive as I was unfamiliar with the area. During the purchase process he was also upfront with options for cars I was interested in and guided me through the decision-making process. I am new to the area and was very pleased by the attentiveness, proactiveness and excellent communication by my service rep, Dustin. He was great! The part for my vehicle had to be shipped in and there was a delay. However, Dustin made sure I had a loaner vehicle to use until the part came and was installed which was incredibly helpful. I will definitely be back here for my regular maintenance and look forward to more great experiences.

My wife and I had been researching and test driving many compact SUVs for several weeks. From first contact on the phone with Shane, my wife found him very informative about an Audi Q5. We made the trip to Beaverton where Shane gave us a very detailed instruction about the Q5’s features. We actually test drove another SUV and while the other vehicle, was out of his expertise, Shane was still helpful and added no pressure to lean one way or the other. We ended up settling on the Q5, but it was because we trusted Shane’s knowledge and knew we’d get a reliable vehicle. Shane proxied our financing as well and at the end, took the time to setup the power options on the Q5. If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, Shane is your man! Made car buying a pleasure! Kudos to Jeff Blackwood and Tan Tran on a perfect car buying process. I connected with Tan Tran via email, he was extremely patient and helpful over a few days of questions. I was able to test drive the car one day - very simple process. The manger Jeff, and Tan gave me very open and honest quotes. Both of them genuinely wanted to help me and made sure I was comfortable with the process. I hadnt made a decision so I didnt purchase the car that day. I never felt pressured. When I decided to buy the car Tan coordinated everything electronically. From the time I arrived to pick up the car to when I was driving off the lot was less than 30 minutes. I love my new car, thank you for making the process easy!

Sunset Audi Portland (Eastside Service) has been taking care of all my Audi’s, since they opened. I finally traded my 2006 A4 with 305,000 miles on it and I loved driving it the whole time. The team at Sunset really makes you feel like family and takes care of you and your car. I purchased the factory service manual for my newer A4 and it is about 2000 pages long, so I appreciate how complex some of the systems are. It’s nice that the team takes care of what they are asked and always checks to see if there is something else that needs attention. The people have changed over time but the management, service writers and mechanics have maintained a consistently high level of excellence. Thanks to the Sunset team.

Having one of the most stressful experience of my life. I went to trade in and get a vehicle from their dealership and due to co-signer issues I wasn’t able to finish the transaction. We signed paperwork and I was given my car back and things seemed fine. But a couple months later when I went to renew my registration it popped up that my car was still apart of their dealership stock so I wasn’t able to renew it. I’ve been on the phone every week with the sales team and nothing has been done so I’m driving around a vehicle with expired tags and registration. It’s been over a month since I’ve been trying to get things switched and I’m not being taken seriously. Being pulled over and trying to explain the reason why I’m driving a unregistered vehicle is incredible stressful and I don’t have any end in sight. I just want this fixed.

Other luxury dealerships and salespeople we dealt with while comparison shopping spoke directly to my husband even though I was making the purchase — that’s a lousy move IMO. I came, focused on one used car in particular. They were accommodating; let me drive it (bring it back when youre ready), and I did. It was a simple event. I drove it, I liked it, and when it was time to deal, we did go through the dumb I have to take it (my offer) to management. I said, lets not do the back-and-forth mess. This is where I need to be (price). If your management cant do that, then just say so; I have other options. They worked with me and we found a good price that met everyones needs. It was an easy process of find, drive, deal, and finalize. Id work with them again, for sure.

Had the yearly/10,000 mile service on my 2019 Audi e-tron, as well as three service campaigns that were primarily software updates. Excellent work, completed on-time, contact-free, nice loaner car. No glitches. Web searches show that many Audi dealers dont have a well-qualified e-tron service department, but Audi Beaverton has an excellent one.

I have Beaverton Audi perform all the routine maintenance on my A4. I could take it to my local mechanic (who is awesome) but the piece of mind I get by having the dealer service is worth it. Working with Devin Gorsage at Audi Beaverton was one of the best parts of this 2018 A5 Sportback purchase; well, other than actually driving my new-to-me car home. I started car shopping months before I needed to make a purchase because I really didnt know what kind of car I wanted. I drove my previous car for 10 years and handed it down in the family so I wanted to be sure I found the right sized car with the right fuel economy, features and functionality. Setting up the first appointment to test drive the car was simple and efficient through the dealerships website and Devin contacted me by phone and email to confirm the test drive appointment. I test drove a car and then spent about 3-4 weeks considering other cars at other dealerships. During that time, Devin touched base by text but not obtrusively, which I appreciated greatly. Other dealers were calling every day after a test drive, which was a big turn off. Devin also notified me by email when new inventory came in but otherwise, he let me go through my process. I ended up doing two long test drives in the car I finally bought. Thought about it more for about a day and then came back in to negotiate a price. Devin was the only person I dealt with for price, financing, extra options, service plans. If he didnt know something, he also showed a lot of respect by not making something up. He went and found the definitive answer and would present it to me in writing. He took care of me from start to finish with the right level of attention, and more importantly, the right respect for the time it took me to make a decision. Responsive. Attentive. Enjoyable to work with. I 100% recommend that if you need an Audi, you talk to Devin Gorsage at Audi Beaverton.

Frustrated!!! I sold my Audi back to the dealership. I had a 2014 Audi A4 that was in great condition. They bought it on a Sunday and told me they would have a check ready for me to pick up on Wednesday. My husband text and we called the salesman that we dealt with, but didnt hear anything back until 530 pm. Only after my husband got a text saying the check would be mailed to the house and to expect it on Friday. Evidently, the salesman or the sales manager didnt pay attention to our instructions. Did a repair with Audi on my Q5 under a CAL and then within 30K miles they want another 4K to fix something that should have been fixed when they had the engine apart (the parts are $400). Don’t use their service department unless you absolutely have to.

Shopping for a new Audi vehicle. The local dealers in the Greater Seattle-Tacoma area were unwilling to negotiate price. So I said goodbye to all of them. When I inquired out of state (first time in my life) I ventured to Beaverton OR, where I exchanged emails, texts and chats with one of their awesome Audi Brand Specialists (Kharmin). The experience was not only amazing, but they were also willing to negotiate with me on price. If not, I would have held off purchasing a new vehicle until next year. So once we negotiated price and a couple of accessories, just had to wait for the car to arrive, took the Flixbus down to Portland where I was picked up by a prepaid Uber to the Audi Beaverton dealership. Kharmin also served as the finance manager as the manager systems were down, but all systems were go in their handheld iPads they had available. The experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I never felt so comfortable at any dealership ever. Also, their facilities are first class as they went through some renovations several years ago. It is very inviting. I would not hesitate to do your car shopping at Audi Beaverton for all your Audi needs. By the way, if you’re in the market for a Porsche they’re next door and part of the same ownership, which is Sunset. I highly recommend them!

After my initial review, I received a call from Manager Brad Russell. He offered to have the small leather damage repaired at a convenient time for us and at our home! Talk about great customer service!! He was so easy to communicate with and responded to emails quickly. We are completely impressed with the purchase experience and with the follow-up care. I am from the Seattle area but found my car (2017 BMW 230i) online at Audi Beaverton. I quickly was contacted by David Smith who personally inspected the car for me and assured me the car was in exceptional condition. I decided to drive down and see it for myself and told David if it checked out I would buy it. I also asked that we do the deal as quickly as possible so I could turn around and drive home. When I arrived the car was ready and was as advertised, even better, really. David got the process going right away and at my request, spared me the sales pitch for extended warranties and the like, and in short order I was on the road back to Seattle in my new BMW. All in all, a great experience and I asked David to let me know when a slightly used A6 Allroad comes in as I want to buy one for my wife. Look forward to making another road trip to Beaverton!

There was a squeak/rattle combo gradually becoming louder along with 2 warnings that needed attention. The warnings were somewhat minor. Overfilled oil from last the oil change could have been bad had I ignored it. Both were taken care of quickly. The noise however took a a delivered loaner car and several days to pin down. I was very impressed by the tenacity and patience of the tech who actually texted me recordings of what he was hearing until I recognized it and confirmed it. What a relief. There is nothing worse than a new car with a squeak. OK. Theres Covid but you get my meaning if you love your Audi. A loose heatshield. Days to find. Minutes to fix. No charge. Excellent service.

Things that make me happy for any business, # 1 - customer service. Audi Beaverton excels and for the first time ever I dont mind dropping my car off at a dealer for an oil change or any other service related item, I almost enjoy it. Every time Im connected with the *same member of the service department, Brian Bement, who does a fantastic job taking care of me and my car even in the few minutes were together. I bought my Audi Q5 in Feb of 2019 and Im still thrilled about it 20k miles later (yes, I drive a ton)!! I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile. We LOVE Audi of Beaverton! My husband and I purchased our Q5 here 2 years ago and we LOVE the service we’ve gotten for the past 2 years. James did an amazing job with the sale of our car. Anytime we need anything big or small Aimee takes such great care of us in the service department. We LOVE Aimee!!! She always treats us promptly and professionally! What I really value is the partnership I feel with Aimee in making sure we get the most out of our purchase. She takes any recommendations very seriously and explains everything to make sure we fully understand. You can tell she really cares about you and your car! Brought my car in for some much needed service on some recalls. My license expired right when I needed a service. Due to the pandemic I havent been able to renew it since the DMV has been closed. When I brought out my car for service I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get it serviced since they didnt keep certain parts on hand due to the fact that they had to be special orders. I drove home since I couldnt snag a loaner car. Dustin did some research for me and we were able to figure out how to get a loner to our family legally. They even picked up my car and dropped a loner at my house since I initially came all the way out there.Long story short- I was very impressed with the amount of detail that went into their customer service. Dustin was very informative even though he had just returned to work due to the pandemic. The information was easy to understand and I would highly recommend service to anyone interested in servicing their vehicle here.Side note.. If you are just getting general service done on your vehicle here they do a great job, but it isnt cheap. It makes sense. Theyre using state of the art equipment and certified techs.

Craig Fleishman at Audi Beaverton is a joy to work with and that is really saying something when leasing/buying a car. This is the second time I have worked with Craig leasing an Audi All Road. He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, honest and never pushy. He also has a great personality and sense of humor. My car was in transit to the dealership and he was kind enough to keep me posted on its whereabouts over several weeks. He is clearly enthusiastic about helping you with your lease/purchase.
