Ive had mixed experiences with service departments at various Subaru dealerships. My recent experience with Carr Subaru was excellent. The service reps were knowledgeable and efficient. They explained procedures, costs and time frame. They called me with an update when they said they would and clearly explained what was happening. I was impressed with how thorough the tech who worked on my car was. I will return to this dealership next time I need service.

White glove service. Brought my Subaru in for its for oil change. They were fast, courteous and thorough.

The service department made getting the maintenance scheduled very easy. When I expressed a concern about how long my car would be needed, they offered a loner car for no cost. There was a mix-up on when my car would be done and more work was required to fix an issue identified during the maintenance so they allowed me to keep the car another day.

Oil change service was not great last time. I understand dealships charge a lot more but then they need to be transparent about it. Anyway, I go to this one because I bought my car here and that experience was awesome.

Always great service when I go in for an oil change. Got an oil change yesterday and today one headlight wasn’t working. When I called to double check that the tech checked my headlights during the oil change, Shelby in the service department told me to swing by and she’d have the bulb replaced free of charge. I wasn’t sure if it was a fluke or if they just didn’t get thoroughly checked. Really appreciate that gesture, definitely did not expect that. Thank you!

I brought my 2014 BRZ for replacing the cam carrier. It cost 2800 dollars for the whole replacement because my car was just out of warranty. Luckily I met one of the staffs Shelby, she told me to call Subaru of America see if they can cover the payment instead I pay out of my own pocket. So I called and they covered 2500 and I only needed to pay 250 because Shelby also gave me discount for the service. She saved my day and the service was just amazing. I’d def recommend to this place if you need your Subaru fixed or checked.

I just dropped my car off for service and they were very helpful and very nice. They also were able to squeeze me in last minute because of the severity of the issues my car is having and Im very grateful for that. Not having to drive an unsafe vehicle while waiting to get it in for repair is relieving. I havent had the work done on it yet so a review for that will come later.

System set up for social distancing and efficient service. With an appointment I was in and out within 40 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and filter change.

I wish I could give these guys six stars. They went above and beyond. My appointment was for 8 am, I arrived 20 min late (little one in tow and traffic). I was there for 24,000 maintenance service. I was done and out the door by 9am. I really appreciated the speediness. These guys are always super nice and check in with me often on updates. Total cost $169 for maintenance and air filter replacement. Didnt need the tires rotated so they left that out. A little pricey but Id rather go here and get it done right and fast.

Pretty decent waiting area when you want to wait. I still have issues when you bring your car in, you walk in and everyones just standing at their podium looking at you. Where am I supposed to go? They ask me who my adviser is. What is this, grad school? Just check me in whoever is free. Its a bit of a put off.

Free multipoint inspection helped me get old Forester checked out and safe to drive. Super quick and friendly service. They even topped off fluids and everything. Tea and coffee available with WiFi to wait. They are a busy location so schedule the service if you can to get you in and out quicker.
