This was by far the easiest furniture purchase I’ve made in my life. It was at a time of great personal stress and during Covid pandemic... so greatly appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with our section and the price was amazing. Thank you so much for being so professional, friendly and getting us exactly what we needed at a price we wanted.

Overall the experience was GREAT. Very helpful staff, but NOT pushy which is always nice. Met the manager who was on duty, and had too many great looking living room combinations to choose from. We did finally chose a sofa and loveseat combo, and were treated to a sweet discount. We will be back in the store soon, to look at oversize chair or a recliner to finish out our new look. Addendum to previous rating. I was extremely disheartened to find out there was an in store deal going on for when you purchase a Sealy mattress the adjustable base is free. I purchased a Sealy base and Beauty Rest mattress and at no time was the deal mentioned although we tried and liked the Beauty Rest mattress on the same type of base I purchased. It would have been nice for the salesman to mention the deal and gave me the option. Buyer regret...

Tim was an absolute savior! I had ordered the same mattress from amazon which had complications and never got delivered. TimWas sooo helpful and was able to secure a next day delivery including pillows! It was a lifesaver because I had family coming into town and I didn’t think I would have a bed for them! A mattress is a big purchase so I wanted to make sure I got the right one. I thought I wanted a firm mattress but ended up selecting a medium mattress. Mariana patiently walked me through the process and even showed me how to release the pressure on my lower back by using an adjustable base to sit up and raise my legs in bed. We bought a mattress from another place that was supposed to be delivered on Monday. On Wednesday, we still didn’t have the new mattress. We called up Mattress Firm, and the young man there went above and beyond to get us our mattress by Thursday night, in time for the arrival of our daughter and son in law.

Leslie sold me the mattress before selling me the mattress. She was the most patient and knowledgeable person. I had gone to two other Mattress Firms and did not receive customer service like she provided. It didnt feel gimmicky. She wasnt looking to make a quick sale. I explained the parts of my body that were in pain, how I sleep hot, etc etc, and she had me try out a couple of different mattresses. She didnt rush me. She let me lay on the mattress and just shut my eyes and try to relax. While doing this, she was able to notice how my body and mattress were conforming together, and the mattress was taking pressure off certain parts of my body. I am so thankful for this experience, and so happy with my purchase.

Woke up today realizing I needed a new mattress. I had been to 4 different mattress stores. Finally I was greeted by Mac at mattress firm South Park meadows. He did an amazing job explaining purple to us,and presented me with a deal I couldn’t pass up.

I have to admit after spending a few years in sales and hating it, I dread buying things from stores. However, Leslie was awesome to work with. The worst customer service Ive EVER experienced. I had to walk out of there before I was just as rude as the lady who was helping us. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could warn everyone. I dont know if it was the fact that we walked in 20min before closing, but she had such an attitude and told us she doesnt do well with kids as I had my 10 month old im my arms. And if we asked a question, she would say like I said before when you all walked in!... seriously?! Mattress firm they lost out on a $2000 sell. Look into this store and their employees please. Super disappointed. Will try a different store tomorrow and give it a second try.

Went here a few months back and although the experience wasnt bad, what happened afterwards was due to the salesmen lying to me. I asked Fabio Mendonca if large payments could be made so that I wouldnt have to pay monthly payments. Mr. Mendonca told me yes, and so I purchased an expensive mattress. Next month I find out that it wasnt the case when I made a payment totaling several hundred dollars only to find out I still had to pay my very next monthly payment. Although Id like to believe he didnt get what I was asking, I truly think I was lied to in order to make the sale. After all, I went in there specifying several times that I didnt want to spend over $1,000, yet he avoided showing me anything in that range after I repeated myself several times. Im okay with someone trying to sell me something by convincing me, but NOT deceiving or lying to me. This place will never have my business again.

Great Service from Taylor StarnesMy fiance Allyssa and I decided to check out some mattresses today and went to the South Park Meadows Location to do so. Prior to arriving we were honestly dreading the typical sales person approaching, lingering, and pushing products on us -- This was not the case at all.On arrival we were immediately greeted by Taylor and we expressed our interest in the Purple brand mattress. Taylor kindly showed us over to the 3 models they had and gave us a good in depth description of them. Taylor gave us space to lay down, feel it out, and see how we liked each model. Taylor re-approached and asked if we have ever tried out the adjustable bed base. We had not and were interested to see how it worked. Taylor walked us through all the different features and was able to provide great information on how this product reduces pressure points, improves circulation, is good for respiratory issues, and acid reflux. Allyssa and I laid there for a few minutes until he brought the bed back to the horizontal position stating, you never know what you have until it gets taken away.. and boy was he right! The adjustable base is the bees knees for sure (we ended up getting one).After we finished with the Purple products I asked to see what other mattresses were on the floor. Taylor happily showed us around and again provided great knowledge about each product we were interested in.At this point it was time for Allyssa and I to make a decision. Taylor dismissed himself at this time and allowed Allyssa and I to walk around the show room, try out all the products, and have discussion about what we wanted to do. Taylor remained to be attentive from a far, ensuring no questions went unanswered.Taylor came back and said he could offer us the adjustable base at half price if we wanted to choose a mattress today. Again, not being pushy, just a kind offer to sweeten the deal that we were already sold on.Allyssa and I grabbed his business card and told him we would go get some lunch and have further discussion. Taylor fully supported this decision, walked us out and held the door for us on exiting.-----Later that evening I went back by myself to make the purchase. Again Taylor greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Taylor walked me through each part of the buying process and was very transparent on all the fees and how everything would unfold from delivery to warranty. When the process was all said and done we received half off the adjustable bed frame, free delivery, a free fit bit (promotional offer), and free bed sheets (promotional offer) for a total savings of over $1,000.00. Taylor was uncertain about how to redeem the bed sheets as this was a promotional offer made by Purple offered on their website. Taylor promised he would call his manager as soon as I left to find out how to redeem this offer. Not but 5 minutes later my phone rings and its Taylor telling me he sent me an email with the link to claim the free sheets.Needless to say Taylor Starnes did an outstanding job from start to finish. This is the worst experience I ever had.I spend over $4000 on a mattress thats totally a problem, the show room just tell you half truths, the mattress is separating and store they dont take care of the problem they send you to warranty department, warranty department send you to manufacturer and finally manufacturer charge you $40 dollars to stop by at your house and tell you well you can get a support sheet from THE STORE!!!!!!!Definitely not worth the money you spend on this place..........
