Great experience here. No hard selling, or any feeling of pressure to purchase. In fact I came in tried out the mattresses and left to go see other brands the first time I went. Came back into the store at a later date to buy when I was sure it was the mattress I wanted. Charles was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses.

We decided to go with the Austin store last week. We have been sleeping better ever since! We are on the skinnier side so we got the soft mattress and its perfect for us unlike firmer mattresses. It has more of a plush feel, but still supportive enough. not a marshmallow.

The AS3 mattress is what I would best describe as a medium firm. Its not too hard, but its not too soft either. It has a very comfortable feel that makes it the perfect mattress for me as a side sleeper.

My husband wanted a little softer so we are being sent the comfort topper to see how well it helps him out. This has all been happening during our 100 night trial. 100 nights to try out a mattress and find the right one has been great for us.

I had read many good reviews about Amerisleep memory foam mattresses, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought one. Even though I dont live in Texas, I worked with Terrence extensively through email and phone calls. He was great to work with and answered any questions or concerns that I had in a timely manner. So far, Im enjoying my memory foam mattress as I adjust from a traditional spring mattress.

The pillows I normally buy are cheap, flimsy, and just something to decorate my bed but I realized what a different the RIGHT PILLOWS could do for my sleep. I tossed my old pillows out after buying the comfort classic pillow from amerisleep and getting their new body pillow too. These make all the difference when i lay down to Rest. I also got the best mattress in their lineup (the AS3) last year and everything from their collection is money well spent.

They even called me back after it was delivered to check in with me to see how i was sleeping. Their mattress store in Austin really knows how to care for its customers!

UPDATED: Phase 2: Delivery and InstallationThe mattresses and base for the split king are delivered separately. The pair of mattresses arrived both together in a surprisingly modest sized box - however, the box was definitely heavy enough to warrant caution while trying to move it, get somebody to help you. Don’t use a blade to open the box, because if you puncture the plastic wrapper that is around the mattresses things will get very out of control very quickly, as one or both mattresses will start to expand before you are ready. Put the rolled up plastic coated mattresses where you want them to unroll before cutting the plastic (I.e. on a bed). The mattresses going from flat to fat remarkably quickly. Importantly I did NOT experience any smell of chemicals from the mattresses at all.The split king bed bases arrived later. I opted to just have them delivered but not installed as I was putting them inside an oak sleigh-bed style frame which is “a right pain” to dismantle. After unpacking the bases did smell really quite badly, so they were left to air out for a while. Each base has its own power supply and remote control. I never worked out how to configure my remote so I could fold my wife up into a taco at 3am, but that’s probably for the best. There is Wi-Fi support, if you are a techie and have a 2.4MHz non-mesh network then you can configure everything so you can use an app on your phone to control the bed’s angle. If you have Alexa or the Google equivalent I believe you can set it up so you can use voice commands, but I have a 2.4+5MHz mesh network and Apple Siri smart home stuff, so I unplugged the Wi-Fi boxes under the bed bases (the box beeps if it isn’t configured - it also seems to lose it’s configuration if it is powered off for several days, so when power comes back on, it starts beeping again).Assembly is straight forward, however, once the legs have been installed you should lift the bed base up off the ground when turning it to be flat and not rocking it over pivoting on the legs - it’s a heavy base and the legs are only plastic.Phase 1: Buying ExperienceI went to the store in the Domain, and was distraught to discover that they were closed due to an Internet outage! However, after a bit of loitering outside the door Jesse opened up the store for me. The different bases and mattresses were all available in the store for testing in a no-pressure environment. Jesse answered all of my questions fully, without any added dressing up. After spending some time checking out the different mattress options available, I chose the adjustable base + and the AS2 mattress in a split king configuration. As the internet was down, I could not place my order in store right then, so I gave my details to Jesse.Once the internet had returned to the Domain Jesse emailed me the details of the order, with a full price breakdown. At the time I ordered there was a 30% discount offer and a free comfort set offer (the latter being mattress protectors and a pair of free fancy-dancy cooling pillows). The discounts made the price quite acceptable. I had given Jesse my phone number so he could call me to finalize the order and get credit card details, and I was expecting him to call me right at 12:30, the time I had said I would first be free, chomping at the bit trying to get my order, however, continuing in the no-pressure style I had experienced in the store, he wasnt all over me in that fashion.All in all the buying part of the experience has been very good - delivery is going to take a few weeks, and once the bed is installed Ill update tihs review with how the delivery and assembly process went.

After leaving our pillows in a hotel room, I went to the store to buy two more. The sales person was more than helpful in looking up our past purchases and helping up locate the right product. He was new, but still exception customer service. The products are amazing.

We bought this mattress as a gift for our daughter and she says it is VERY comfy and she sleeps soundly. The mattress arrived a day before the frame and she couldnt wait to try it out. Her comment I slept SO well on that mattress. When the frame arrived, it was easy to put together and the mattress opened up to be sleep-ready pretty quickly.

Great experience shopping for a mattress! My wife and I went to several other locations first to look at mattresses and found the entire process very overwhelming as prices and feel were all other. The best customer experience I have had in a long time! I purchased a Casper mattress not long ago and it was way too firm. Terrence helped us find the perfect fit. He listened to our needs and took the time to walk us through the mattresses he thought would be a fit. Let us lay for a while to settle in. Evaluated our postures in the bed we were trying to see if it would be a fit over time. We felt so comfortable taking our time and did not feel pressured to buy or rushed through the process. On toll free once I was told store should be open & no appointment needed. Second time call I finally found that store will only open on Apr 20. Quite put off

So fill free to try out all the beds.We tried many different big name brands sleep test in misery before researching and checking out Amerisleep.We also added the extra memory foam topper to get the soft comfort I needed to relieve pressure points and neck pain.. Now I can sleep comfortably again!!!It does take most of a week to get you new matress, but quick easy to set up including building the foundation boxes.

First I wanna say thank you Samuel for the great help and service you provided! He really helped me decide which mattress was right for me! I went to mattress firm before visiting Amerisleep just looking at my options, and with my back issues I was only comfortable with the medium firm temper pedic and that was way too out of my budget and still after explaining my situation with me just buying a new home I still have plenty of appliances to purchase, I felt like i was being pressured into taking it, but I didnt feel that way with Samuel at all. He gave us all the information we needed and with my 2 year old he was very patient as he kept wanting to touch everything. I loved the mattress as3 the most and that what he suggested since I sleep on my side. and also other than the 2 free pillows with the mattress he gave me another 2 free travel size pillows. on top of all that my card was giving me issues so he offered to call me back to try again later without me having to come in the store. i really appreciate all the help Samuel provided! Amerisleep has a very clean and elegant business model; straightforward product descriptions, easy to understand, and uncomplicated and attractive pricing. The mattresses themselves seem to be very well made; we are first time purchasers and do not have a history to report on. The return and guarantee policies seem to be very fair and reasonable, if anything biased to the consumer. The mattresses themselves are extremely comfortable and won, in our experience, against more expensive competitors.

We were specifically looking online for a mattress that was toward the environmentally friendly end of the spectrum and we came across Amerisleep. Furthermore, we live in Alaska. Its not always easy to get exactly what you want when you live in Alaska. We couldnt test out the mattress, but Roger helped talk us through our sleep habits and preferred sleep positions and gave his recommendation based upon our answers. Amerisleep then shipped us the mattress and its great! No more sore backs and we feel reasonably good about the process through which it was made. We are very pleased.

So I’m super into showrooms for direct-to-consumer companies, which means I had to check this place out when I walked by it.Carter, the rep that greeted me, was friendly and talked me through how their mattresses are built and how each design is tailored to a specific type of sleeper. My wife has been shopping online for over a month. We decided that what we wanted was an AS3. Just to make sure, we decided to drive two hours to Austin to visit a brick and mortar Amerisleep to try them out.Roger (manager) was very helpful, not pushy, but offering descriptions of all the features, of mattresses and frames. My wife and I are side-sleepers, 82 and 79 years old, and lay on the AS3 for about half an hour. I decided to try the AS4, and was much happier with it for hip comfort. My wife joined me and we both agreed that the AS4 was for us.We definitely recommend going by the store before ordering and just spend some time lying on theirs. We spent an hour and a half or two hours in the store. A very pleasant experience, knowledgeable employees, and nice atmosphere. No high pressure sales either.We are doing a little more checking on the bed frames, and are expecting Amerisleep to come out with a non-adjusting frame soon. I just ordered a AS2 yesterday! Obviously it hasn’t come in yet however I spoke with Sam the store manger, let me just say this the best customer service EVER! Seriously, you all his customer service was better than Chick-Fil-A customer service and we all know that’s tough to top! Nevertheless I’ll be back with another review after my mattress comes in!

Roger is very knowledgeable on his store products and was very helpful and guided us towards the right direction as far as a mattress that contours to our sleeping style. Any questions we may have, roger made it clear to not hesitate and ask! Would highly recommend this place.

I had a great nap at the Amerisleep store at the Domain in Austin. I had previously tried an A5 and was able to bring my husband over for a trial run of a nap. Renan was so attentive. We both fell asleep quickly and were able to sink right into the mattress. We are doing some good research before we make such a large purchase and really appreciate the fact that there is a quiet room to give this mattress a reasonable test. I highly recommend giving them a try.KM

I would have found it very hard to believe a mattress that expands out of a box could be as amazing as it is. My wife and I love our Amerisleep King mattress. I travel for work and spend over 100 nights in hotels per year. There is nothing like coming home and crashing out in my own bed. Love it!

The service at this Amerisleep location is EXCELLENT! Carter was very knowledgeable regarding all of the Amerisleep products and was very patient as we perused the selections and asked numerous questions. We are very excited to try our new king-size mattress for 100 days! If we aren’t completely satisfied, we can exchange it for a different one and the 100 day trial starts all over again! How could you go wrong?! We had a wonderful experience at this Amerisleep, especially thanks to Carter. We would highly recommend Amerisleep for your sleep needs! I don’t think that we will ever buy a mattress anywhere else again!

I visited in November and was greeted immediately in the store. The people working there were very informative and didnt rush us out. I spent about 2-3 hours in the store and tried the different mattresses. Due to my back and neck issues, I went with a firm mattress for myself. My husband went with a softer one since hes a side sleeper. I was informed of the trial period and was very pleased. I am still in my trial period and am very happy with my purchase as is my husband. The delivery of all the items too a while since we order during holidays to take advantage of their savings. It seems a lot of others did the same. The people who performed the installation of the split king bases were fast and picked up all the trash from the packaging. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience.

We traveled into Austin today to check out the store in person. Best decision I made. Carter greeted us at the door and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and helped me select the mattress that was perfect for me. Carter and Renan were very kind and pleasant the entire time. I truly enjoyed my experience here and I am so excited about my new purchase. I will definitely recommend this store and Amerisleep to anyone interested in a high quality product and experience. Very reliable. Roger and Renan are the store managers and definitely know their stuff. They gave us advice on sleep and how to maintain a better schedule. They introduced us to their mattresses and gave us a shot at trying them. The movements of the mattresses are crazy! I can definitely feel a difference in my back after my experience at Amerisleep.

Pretty cool showroom experience- you can tell everything with the design was very thoughtful. Renan helped guide us through the showroom and what to try. The nap room was a cool experience too! TV started playing on the ceiling as soon as you hit the mattress.

I was shopping around for a new mattress for a few months. I tried a few of the other new mattress brands/stores and was not impressed with any of the mattresses until I stumbled upon Amerisleep. It was a great day when I spotted the store; the employees were great and the product line is so easy to understand. The salesman was able to suggest a great mattress, and I could easily choose the right mattress for me (though all of them were so comfortable). Ive been sleeping on my Amerisleep mattress for about four months and each day the mattress gets better! My pains have gone away, and I fall asleep instantly. Its an absolutely wonderful mattress. I cannot imagine using anything other than Amerisleep every again!

I bought the AS3 mattress from Amerisleep a couple of months ago and I can honestly say I have been having the best sleep of my life! The mattress is perfectly soft and comfortable for a side sleeper. The website has great descriptions of mattress softness levels and great customer reviews which really helped me decide which mattress would work best for me! I am so impressed with the mattress quality and the overall customer service from Amerisleep. I will certainly continue to recommend Amerisleep mattresses to all of my friends and family!

I ordered my first AS2 mattress over the Labor Day weekend in 2018 and had a great night’s sleep the first night I tried it. However, I did notice that the middle of the mattress was sagging. I called customer service and they scheduled for a new mattress to be delivered the next week. Customer service also recommended using a slatted base, which I tried. However, this still didn’t correct the sagging problem. I followed the recommendations described in the warranty information online but could not resolve the sagging issue.The second mattress I received was still visibly sagging in the middle AND in addition, the thickness was incorrect—about 2 inches less than what it was supposed to be. Again, customer service was very accommodating and they scheduled for my 3rd AS2 mattress to be delivered. However, this time it took about 2 months for me to receive it because they had to communicate with the manufacturer to correct the sagging problem. I finally received my 3rd AS2 in January 2, 2019.I still see the sagging in the middle but at this point, I am tired of getting new AS2 mattresses (I have all 3 in my home right now). I have tried asking for a discount instead of replacements. Amerisleep will not give you any pricing discounts and will only agree to keep delivering new mattresses for you to try until you are satisfied.Overall, not sure if the price is worth it, but the mattress has helped alleviate some of my back pain/stiffness.

I was having a lot of pain in my lower back. Thought it was my mattress and I started looking around. I found Amerisleep online and started looking into independent studies on the best rated mattresses. Amerisleep was at the top of the list on several of the top rated studies. I decided to go with them. Boy am I glad I did! I bought the AS3 mattress. Right out of the box I was impressed! Absolutely no odors at all like most foam mattresses have. A great deal of support yet soft enough to be comfortable. It does take a little bit to get used to if you are accustomed to sleeping on a traditional coil spring mattress, but don’t give up on it! I love it now and all my lower back pain is gone! I actually look forward to going to bed at night again. Thanks Amerisleep!

We couldnt be more pleased with our Amerisleep purchase! It is by far the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned, and the shipping was very convenient. We recommend ordering a bed frame that does not require a box spring as the mattress doesnt need a box spring. Well be upgrading our childrens mattresses to Amerisleep ones shortly!
