WORST EXPERIENCE of our lives!!! DO NOT BUY a mattress from Mattress Firm EVER! Can’t believe I didn’t research customer reviews first! 😌 Purchased a mattress and adjustable remote frame for our 81 year old mother to be waiting for her the day we moved her from South Georgia up to a senior living community in Sandy Springs! First they delivered the wrong size bed with the correct size frame! Then we were told the bed was out of stock, then we got a text our order was cancelled, and we paid for VIP service to have the bed put together but that was a lie-we had to put it together ourselves, then they wouldn’t release a new bed until the wrong bed was picked up! 60 texts later and over 24 hours from when we were supposed to have the bed we finally got it along w all kinds of monetary charges!! I have NEVER experienced such disorganization and unprofessionalism in my life! You should be ashamed Mattress Firm!!!! No stars at all

Great service and sales people. We purchased a medium hybrid temperpedic and we’ve been sleeping through the night. It’s absolutely wonderful. Just wish the delivery process was better! The store and sales people have nothing to do with this, but you aren’t able to choose your delivery time. You’re given a time a day before and you are not allowed to change it. Had to rush home from work just to get there within the 15 minute window just so me and my husband didn’t have to go through another night on our old mattress that was causing us a lot of trouble. While they were delivering our mattress products they tried putting together two bed frames and both were defective and unable to be assembled. I called the store and scheduled a redelivery of a frame but missed the delivery window because it was in the morning and both me and my husband were at work. The delivery is my only complaint, the company as a whole needs to improve on the process so the customer can decide when they can get their products delivered at their convenience.

Ryan was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! Let us try everything and was extremely patient. Midway through the process his manager Jordan arrived and helped everything along. Everyone was really friendly and made the whole experience super easy and our backs couldn’t be more thankful! :)

I had a great experience at mattress firm, the store associate Ryan was awesome. He was knowledgeable and patient , he also listened and I could tell he knew a lot about mattresses and he was eager to really help me find the perfect fit for my needs. The store was clean and they have a good selection of quality mattresses for everybody .

Jordan was my salesperson at the perimeter point location in Atlanta.  I ordered a headboard along with a mattress, box spring and frame.  I received the headboard within two days but I did not receive my other items as scheduled.  Jordan addressed my issue right away when I brought it to his attention regarding the missed delivery date, which I was very appreciative.  The delivery team was professional and organized.  I rated my experience a three because I thought the frames were standard across the board and compatible with all headboards.  My frame did not match up with the headboard purchased and now my bed is shaky and not centered.

PLEASE READ: My sales associate was Joseph Shirer. He was not only polite and friendly but you could tell he likes what he does. Joseph knew exactly what he was talking about and was happy to spend time with me. He was completely transparent and made sure I knew all of the tax and delivery fees before the payment. In summary he was perfect for his job. The store was also very nice. It was clean, well organized, and ornate for the holidays. I wouldn’t go to any other store. Make sure you go to the Mattress Firm on Perimeter Point.

I had a great experience at this location, largely because of Nick. He helped me pick out the perfect mattress and very patiently talked me through my entire decision making process. I needed my mattress delivered out of state next week and he made sure I could get it on the specific day I needed it which took calls to the warehouse and to other stores. Today we went into Mattress Firm to pick out a new mattress for our son. We also wanted a new mattress for ourselves. 12 years ago we purchased one from this store and was time to retire it as it was 2 years past its lifespan. Dentavious Moss, or “Moss” as he prefers, was amazing. He was patient, answered all our questions, found our old mattress in their database, and helped us find the right new mode for our needs. We wanted adjustability for everyone in the family because of a history of back issues. There was ZERO pressure to purchase and every effort to help make the purchase affordable. Great experience shopping here. Went to this location with my wife to buy a box spring and ended up taking advantage of the sale and bought a new king mattress. Ola was extremely helpful, but also just as knowledgeable of the products. We did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase, but after having every product we inquired about explained in such detail, we felt like it would be a good time to make a purchase.Now, the mattress was delivered the next day, but my only reason for a 4 and not 5 star review is that the delivery time was way too late. Did not arrive at my residence until 10pm, which can turn many people with families off. Id suggest making the next day deliveries earlier and not after 8pm. Other than that, the delivery men were very respectful and put on booties when they entered the residence. They even took our old mattress as a part of the purchase.Will definitely shop mattress firm again.
