Went to look for a new mattress. Rachael greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She explained the different firmness levels for the mattresses and then had us try out multiple. She was extremely knowledgeable on the various models. Me and the wife didnt feel pressured to purchase anything at all. We did get a new mattress though. Cant wait for delivery of the new one. Important to note, you can pick up your own mattress from the warehouse, but paying for delivery also means youre paying for removal of the old mattress. It was an easy and excellent purchasing experience. Would recommend.

Rachel went above and beyond to help me find the mattress that was perfect for me! I also appreciated the covid safety measures in place to support public health and safety. Rachel asked me questions to get a better idea of my preferences and had me try several mattresses to determine which would be best for me. I visited this location in search of a new bed and was greeted by the salesperson,Will. He was great to work with and very patient as my 6 year old grandson explored each display mattress while I was making my decision on which bed to mattress to purchase. Will answered all of my questions and encouraged me to try out as many mattress I wanted. I didnt feel any pressure to but and settled on the new hybrid mattress.

This is my second time buying a mattress from this Mattress Firm store and I can say definitively that both the people and products are excellent. We just bought a king sized Serta Beautyrest Hybrid with the adjustable base and it is awesome. The best part of the experience was working with Q and Crystal who helped us--they were awesome. Both were so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Buying this mattress was a big purchase for us, but Q and Crystal made the process so easy and comforting. The salespeople here are a pack of fraternity bros despite the fact that none of them are likely to have gone to college. They are interested in making a sale as fast as is humanly possible regardless of whether your needs are met by the mattress. It is clear they are on commission and the salesman I interacted with would do/say ANYTHING to keep me in the store. I told him that if his prices were actually competitive then he shouldnt worry about me wanting to search elsewhere to compare pricing. He was not happy with that and grew confrontational near the end when I had to just walk out of the store. If you are ready to drop several hundred dollars on a purchase right away and dont expect any customer service, this is a great location for you!

I bought a twin mattress and box springs from this store for my 85 year old mother who is moving into assisted living. However, the box spring was much too high for her, she might fall out of bed and hurt herself.I tried too return it to this store, which is where I bought it from, I had it in the back of my SUV. The mattress was never used or slept in.They would not let me return it to the place I bought it from, I had to take the box springs back to my house so they can have a truck pick it up.Of course, they are charging me almost the same cost of the box spring itself just for the pickup.This company says they want to make you happy, but all they want to do is squeeze every last penny out of you that they can.They say money back guarantee but they will always charge you a hefty pick-up fee if you want to return somethingUn-Happy Customer
