Ive been going to see Dr. Pencek for two years now. She is wonderful. Always pleasant and she always knows the answers to my complicated questions. She has helped me make good choices for not only the type of hearing aids, but also accessories that help me to hear better when Im on the phone, watching TV, out to hear live music, driving or in a crowded restaurant. She really knows her stuff. You cant go wrong with Dr. Pencek!

First of all, Dr. Pencek was very accommodating. I could not walk up the steps to her office, so she came out of her office and down the steps, got my hearing aids and took them to her office to check them. She checked my ears by my car. Dr. Pencek has a warm, friendly personality and is very likable. We enjoyed hearing about her parents new home. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Casey Pencek is a valuable source of information about the many and varied ways in which significant hearing loss can have really profound effects on memory, stress levels, relationships and of course communication. She helped me to overcome a hearing problem that Id had for years but that was worsening, with technology in hearing aids that I didnt know existed, and brought me great relief. Im a big fan!

Jenna and Beth were both very friendly and made the whole experience a very warm and welcoming. They both went above and beyond what I had expected in making sure I was happy and fully answered any questions that i had. I recommend speaking to these ladies if you ever have any questions about hearing aids.

Beth was so unprofessional during our brief phone conversation. She was argumentative and aggressive. I had to ask her to stop interrupting me so I could explain something.. she yelled “EXCUSE ME?’ I hung up immediately because I knew she thought she was right and there was no talking to her.I called back later and asked for her supervisor’s contact information. She gave me his name but would not give me a number. She said she’d pass on my information. I’m fairly certain that WON’T happen.
