The staff was wonderful. My doctor there cleared my problem up in 2 visits and I had suffered for a year after having sinus surgery from another doctor. I recommend this practice completely.

The visit itself was good, but the follow up is what I’m upset about. They told me that they were taking tests of sinus infections, but a week later I got a call from a different doctor’s office to get tested for allergies. Their doctor never followed up about my tests and blindly referred me. Then when I tried to call for more information, I had to wait since they are only opened in Asheville two days a week. I asked the nurse to have the doctor call me to explain the referral and never got a call. Also got prescribed strong antibiotics without the presence of an infection. Needless to say I still don’t know what wrong and haven’t had a follow up.

Good location, good waiting room. Office crew seem very professional, I didnt have to wait very long. The doctor and crew were also very professional and efficient.

I had the balloon sinus procedure performed by Dr. Benjamin Douglas in September 2018. After suffering with sinus headaches, infections, pressure. and post nasal drip for over twenty years, I finally have some relief! Its only been a few weeks and I can breathe. The procedure opened up my sinuses, relieved pressure and somehow even reduced my post nasal drip. The procedure itself was not painful at all. Afterwards, I didnt even need anything for pain and could notice an improvement almost immediately! Dr. Benjamin and his staff were so pleasant and helpful and I feel like I got excellent care. I couldnt be more pleased with the results or the care I received.

I recently had sinus surgery performed by Dr. Kosnik at the new Asheville office of Mountain Ear, Nose and Throat. It was easy and quick and solved a lifetime of problems with my sinuses! It was totally painless. Dr. Kosnik is so personable and easy to talk to, and he really seems to know his stuff. I read about his experience as a doctor, and it was impressive. The staff were all friendly and patiently answered my questions. A friend, who had the same surgery I did, told me about Mountain Ear, Nose and Throat. They have long had an office in Sylva, North Carolina, but luckily for me they just opened up their new Asheville office, on Hendersonville Road. It was such a wonderful surprise to find out that they could make it easier for me to breathe and smell, all in one quick procedure!
