What can I add that hasn’t already been said about Ashley and Jennifer, who are to me The Elite Hearing Center! Knowledge, skill, respect, attention, convenience all in one location. I had visited three other hearing companies before Elite: one was very poor, one was good but only had the highest priced units, one was very good but once again insisted I needed the highest priced units. Jennifer found the right hearing aids for me and saved me $2,500 vs the highest priced ones. My hearing aids work very well and I am very happy with them. I’m not sure that my stars show up as Five (had difficulty getting them to register) but this is definitely a Five Star review.

My experience has been extraordinary even though we mutually decided that I needed to seek ENT help. Ashley is a professional, caring woman whose communication skills are excellent. From my very first visit with my husband, who is hyper-critical, we were impressed and continued to be pleased throughout my time there. I will not hesitate to return in the future, and I will highly recommend Ashley and her team to as many people as I can. I can corroborate that their promise to refund ALL costs if they cannot satisfy your needs is legitimate. Outstanding customer service in a day and age where that is all too rare.

I have the stiletto hearing aids. Elite Hearing (Ashley and Jennifer) has done a fantastic job from start to finish with testing, set up and follow up care. They have accommodated my late night work schedule allowing me to come in the evening for my appointments. The staff is patient, nice and will take the time to make sure your satisfied with your hearing needs. Honestly without their help, I’d have lost my job as hearing is required for my responsibilities so a big thanks! P.S. most people don’t even know I’m wearing them!😁

I wanted to replace my old Phonak hearing aids (9 years working) and I shopped around 6 different hearing aid specialists. Elite was the only one to take a serious interest in me as a potential customer. Ashley Travers answered all my questions, followed up later that day and two days later to see if I had more questions. She gave me a hearing test, recommended the new Phonak aids, ordered them and helped me through the process to get 20% paid by my health insurance. Since receiving the hearing aids I have seen Ashley 2 more times for fine tuning and installing different domes (now C-shells) and each time she has been very helpful, taking time to explain the different functions of the aids and it’s app.I can’t speak highly enough of Ashley and Elite.

Ashley is the best hearing aide specialist I have seen. She helped me find the right hearing aides for my type of loss and to work well in the busy noisy and sometimes damp environment that I work in. I also received hearing aides with Bluetooth that enable me to clearly hear and understand people on the mobile phone, for the first time ever! It feels like a miracle. Ashley listens to your needs and fits you with hearing aides that “Suit You”! Jennifer is her assistant and super helpful as well with any thing you need. I popped in there many times when I first got my new hearing aides to receive minor adjustments to my settings. I never felt like I was a bother. They always took care of me. 🥰

I have had my ears checked by several different specialists but Ashley really explains your hearing loss and the problems that needs to be addressed. Great experience. Ashley Travers diagnosed my hearing problem and explained what I would need. She recommended her.top three manufacturers and the differences between them. Since this would be my first hearing aid, I later had more questions and spoke with Kevin Riser in the corporate office who answered all of them. Ashley’s office is clean and neat and they follow all COVID-19 practices. Jennifer, the receptionist, was very helpful in coordinating appointments. I am very happy to be working with them.

Hurray for Ashley Travers…her skill and care changed my relationship with my hearing aids. I’ve had my hearing aids for over 2 years (purchased elsewhere) and didn’t like wearing them. They were uncomfortable and didn’t perform well. I thought my hearing had gotten worse…the local company that I bought them from said they had done all they could.I went for the free hearing test offered by Elite. It wasn’t my ears, it was my aids! A bit of research and adjustment, and I was transformed. Now I wear my aids all day… don’t even notice I’m wearing them. The sound is clear, no feedback or echo. And Ashley showed me how to use the Bluetooth feature which I hadn’t been shown before. Guess you can tell, I’m thrilled. My husband bought his new aids there and has had the same experience. Ashley and Mary are the best! Service is the name of the game with them and I actually look forward to my visits-- and the price is comparable to those sold at Costco. Hearing aid comfort and clarity have improved since my first (and only) pair back in 2013. So if you are still using hearing aids that you have had for a while, you owe it to yourself to make that appointment and HEAR the difference. Ashley worked very hard to make sure that I got the proper pair of aids for my problem. I will be visiting them regularly for routine care and adjustments. The team at Elite Hearing Center of Asheville, are incredibly helpful and so nice. I have a friend that needed hearing aids programmed and some parts from Phonak. I fully expected to have them picked up and find that I owed at least a hundred dollars. Nope! My wife picked them up and they said there was no charge!Most places charge 300 dollars to do programming like that. Seriously, call around, you’ll find they are the only place that does that, plus they do so with kind faces and smiles. Great genuine people. My friend can now hear again and she is super happy with her perfect fitting hearing aids. The staff are so nice that I’m going to look into hearing aids at their location for my tinnitus. I’m looking forward to seeing them soon.

Very satisfied! It started with an extensive hearing test. Ashley explained the difference between hearing aids and hearing amplifiers. After one week of “getting used to them”, Ashley calibrated them to my specific RX. They are very comfortable, you don’t even know their in. The phone App lets you adjust them to suit your needs. I tried one other hearing aid prior and had to return them... Awful!!! A tad pricy, but I believe “You get what you pay for”. Overall Very Satisfied! And to top it all off...She’s good lookin too!!!

We were having the darndest time navigating through our insurance. Between Mary and Ashley they were able to figure it out and get our hearing aids for about half the price we paid as last time and better equipment. If you need hearing aids I cannot reccomend them highly enough. Id give them 12 stars out of 10. And during this stupid pandemic, the wore PPE and social distanced.

I look forward to coming to my appointments so much! The office is so warm and welcoming, and my hearing aids help so much!

I was visiting from Florida and head problems with my new hearing aides. They made an appointment with me spent over one half hours . They keep them to repair. A week after they called me , made another appointment and spent another half hour adjusting the aides. When I ask how much did I owe them the said Nothing This is a very professionally operated office .
