Had a terrible experience there.Was sold a quality brand of hearing aids and received a much lesser quality brand. Nothing but trouble and too many return trips to fix issues unfixable.Bait and switch.

If youre looking for IEM mold, RUN AWAY. She will not listen to your requests (Dr Earle will promptly interrupt you every single time in the most rude way possible) She will tell you that she works with the best molds and she collect all the money from it (you dont actually just get the mold and get it done professionally, she wont let you have your molds back). She will also mention to you that IEM molds are all the same. SMHI needed molds for my Shure IEM, I was recommended by the company I wanted the molds to be done by. Dr Earle told me that she works with them and that the molds will be professionally done.Almost a month later I went back for a fitting and she showed me the most horrible, home-made looking molds Ive seen. There was not support in the ears and it looked like the ones you make it yourself with a $10 kit from Amazon. When I asked her again if they were from the company I as requesting it she confirmed. She just stopped trying to sell me something different when I pulled pictures of the molds the company makes and compared to the ones on the table.Worst part is that she told me that I was the 3rd fitting for Shure IEM she was doing it that week. So 2 other musicians that didnt know better paid way more than they should for a very poor quality mold.The only good thing about this experience is that I was able to get my money back.I went to another local audiologist, she was fantastic and friendly. Listed to all my requests and 30 - 40min later I was waking out WITH my molds in hands to ship to the company I chose. They even offered to ship it for me or let me have one of they shipping boxes FOR FREE.Asheville Audiology Services, never again.
