Mrs Patty was AMAZING!! Extremely helpful with her knowledge of the products. She also helped me make my decision by asking about my apartment, lifestyle, etc. She even went above and beyond when I had trouble ordering my couch online, and had all of my information ready when I had to make another trio to the store to make everything as easy as possible. I will definitely be sending anyone I know who is looking for furniture to see her!

I cant even give this delivery team a 1 star.I will never buy a single thing from this store again, which is a shame because I love their furniture. I ordered a couch and ottoman over 35 days ago.My delivery day came and I took off work, have been sitting at home waiting. After receiving a text that they would be here sure I looked outside until I received a notification that they skipped me. If they couldnt find me, I did not receive a single call, text, email, they just left.Trying to get in contact with customer service has been a complete NIGHTMARE. No one has answers, they tried to tell me that I didnt answer the door???? NO ONE WAS HERE. I now will not be receiving my couch today.I called corporate office and all they do is put me on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever picks back up. Terrible terrible customer service and company. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DELIVERIES.

This is the 2nd time I have been to this store for furniture. It just so happened out of coincidence that I had the same employee helping me- Patty. Both times she was great- she was helpful but not pushy- available but not intrusive. She was knowledgeable and personable. I purchased furniture for the living room this time. I am excited and waiting to receive it. I previously purchased some love seats for a small front room. They have held up well and am happy with them which is why I went back to Rooms to go on Tunnel road to purchase my living room set. Walked in the store twice today. Not one person greeted us the first time, we were there for well over an hour, and the second time we walked in I told the sales person we were there to make a purchase. He started working with the next lady that walked in the store and completely ignored us. When we were visual upset and about to walk out no one person even tried to make it better. I will never give my money to this company. They treated us like second class citizens and we felt like we were not worth their time. Meanwhile we had about planned on spending another $4,000 there for a new couch and bedroom suite we have already picked up. Too bad. I have never written a review on Google because it usually isn’t worth my time to complain but we were so upset I felt like we had to do something. What has happened to good customer service?

We were excited to find the perfect sofas for our family, and Patty was very helpful throughout the process. She made the transaction and order process painless and was a delight. We cant wait to get our new sofas and relax as a family, for a much better price than what we had seen elsewhere.

We found stylish and comfortable living room furniture, the best part being the buttons to raise the recliner! Our sales person Dan was never hovering around us but always seem to be there when we needed him. Dan did an excellent job of helping us and we would recommend both him and Rooms To Go.

I took a friend to shop for a sofa and we picked the sofa she wanted. The salesperson came over and we explained what we wanted. After some discussion she informed us it was available and could be delivered Saturday the 3rd, this was Tuesday. My friend tried to complete the paper but, they told her the computer was down and she would call her. No call on Wed so she tried to call but was informed the saleslady was off until Friday and she was the only one that could help her. She called Friday, but the lady was not in yet. As of one 0clock still no call. I went with my friend because I had worked in a furniture store for over thirty years and had some knowledge of furniture. Never had I heard only one person in the store could answer about a sale. Sorry , I am telling my friend to cancel .

We were allowed to look, try out and make decisions to purchase on our own with her input when asked.Patty stayed in sight but at a distance, helpful but not intrusive. We would recommend Patty to anyone looking to make a furniture purchase and would ask for or seek her out her again.

Kelly was extremely helpful. She took into account my personal preferences and directed me to the sofa I immediately adored! She was extremely conscientious about the size of the room the sofa is going into and making sure the flow still was appropriate. You sold us a mattress set and we were told upon delivery the old mattress set would be removed and discarded for us. Well, that was not the case when ours was dropped off. First the delivery men said that they didn’t do that, just deliveries. Then after arguing with him, he took a couple pics and said it is soiled and they can’t take that. Well… why do you think people buy a new mattress set to begin with…??? After my wife spent many minutes on hold and finally reaching a support person they reiterated the same thing. What an absolute wrong way to sell a product and bail on your customer. Instead of offering a solution, you basically said, your on your own to figure it out. I will never buy from you again and on every social media sight I will reiterate how bad your service is.

My husband and I just bought a new Tempurpedic mattress and we LOVE it! John Cleveland was amazing!! He was extremely knowledgeable, kind and personable. Came in to look at furniture with my family on Saturday evening walked in at around 7.40 was greeted and told the store closed at 8pm which was no problem we would definitely respect there closing time. ( I work in retail and had just gotten off) We are remodeling our home and looking to replace all of our furniture, walked over to the kids bedroom area which took about 5 minutes was followed by the same person that greeted us and made to feel unwelcome. We then turned and walked out, the front doors where locked and had to be unlocked to let us out. Got in the car to see that it was 10 minutes until 8pm at this time. Will not be back

My wife and I had been shopping for furniture off and on for the last year and besides not finding exactly what my wife wanted we ran into a lot of incompetence and not knowing their product, we decided to to ROOMS TO GO on Tunnel Road in Asheville NC our sales person’s name is Andy he was very professional and knew his product and what he had in the store also he could tell us if it was available or we would have to wait indefinitely, he stuck with us and my wife found exactly what she wanted and we ended up purchasing a, sofa, ottoman, chair and pillows and to top it off everything was in stock which was a win win.Thanks AndyBob and Gena Esau

Visited the store in March 2021 for a living room set. Had an idea of what we wanted and an appt with Heather. She gave us space and allowed me to easily mix and match tables from one set to another couch/loveseat set. Prices are lower than competitors and still good quality for our needs.Was nervous for our May 2021 delivery day after seeing some reviews that were negative but we had a wonderful experience. Rooms to go stayed in touch via email/an online tracker and phone through the week before delivery. One side table was damaged upon arrival and they replaced it/delivered it for free a month later.The delivery guys were friendly, quick and careful. I love our new set! Thank you Rooms to Go! It was a bit of a wait but worth it.

Went in to the store on Memorial Day 2021, we kinda knew what we were wanting and were allowed to look all through the store without pressure or presence from a salesperson. When we were ready to begin the buying process, we had no problem locating a salesperson. Our salesman was Dave Jaber, he was most helpful and patient as my wife and I had both our small children with us while shopping for a new living room suite. We took a throw pillow with the same color fabric as the sectional we liked with us as we searched the store for the perfect rug. Dave assisted us in finding the right rug to complement our sectional. He was very knowledgeable about the products, prices, warranty and payment options. The buying process took place while sitting on the sectional we liked in an open floor but private feel without being called to some back office. We are very pleased with our buying experience at Rooms To Go on Tunnel Road in Asheville, NC and would recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture.

I have purchased furniture at this location for over 10 years but i will never spend my money at this Asheville, NC location again. Horrible customer service!!!! We went into this store in December of 2020 to purchase furniture for my daughters first apartment. We purchased multiple items most were in stock but they had a server that was back ordered until February 26, 2021. We decided we would get the server and wait for it. It was delivered on 2/26 and it was damaged in several places. They took photos of the piece and told us they would send a replacement and someone would call shortly to rearrange a new shipment. The rep called and said it was now back ordered now until July. She said that we should go to the store to pick something else out to order so the next day we went to the Asheville Store and we couldnt find anything we liked in its place. I then spoke to the Manager of the store Lonnie and she said that we wouldnt be charged for the server and gave me a receipt showing a credit for no charge. When i got home and logged into my account i saw that i was in fact charged for the server on 2/26 when it was first delivered. I have called the store numerous times and spoke to Elizabeth and she keeps telling me that she will look into it and call me back the next day and she never does. This has happened at least on 4 different occasions. I have still yet to get a call back and i call daily. Todays date is 3/20 and the charge is still on my account for an item that they came and picked up on 3/10 that i should have never been charged for in the first place!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I came in on 4/10/2021 and was greeted by Heather who asked to assist me. I asked for bedrooms to check out. I picked out one set and she did all the paperwork so politely and friendly. She answered all my concerns and questions. We then went to process the sale and on the way I found a set I liked better. She said no problem and wrote that one up. She was so nice and professional and I felt bad she had to change the first process. She stated she wanted me to have what I wanted. In this day and time a salesperson who actually help the customer is a rarity. I will definitely come back and ask for Heather again. Outstanding job Heather. Thank you.

Dont bother buying the warranty. Less that a year after purchase our ottoman collapsed and they did not offer to replace, even though we had a warranty. Furniture is low quality, which is why I thought the warranty would be a good idea.

I bought a sectional from rooms to go . What a joke . Delivery was today March 23, 2021. Only part of it came. The delivery man said the right hand love seat was placed on another truck by accident. I call the store that doesn’t work . You have to go through customer care. I call and stay on the phone for over an hour including getting hung up on. He says there is nothing he can do about it, it’s on back order. What a joke. So after it’s scheduled to be delivered a total of 4 pieces the piece missing is on back order. Needed to purchase a mattress and worked with Dan Wickham at the Asheville store who gave us the information we needed and then left us alone which was perfect. He checked back in with us periodically but did not stalk us like other furniture stores I have visited. Worst experience of my life. Bought furniture new for the first time and had to wait a over a month for a couch to come which is fine but the truck broke down one stop ahead of us and they put it back into inventory for us to wait ANOTHER month even though we had got rid of our current couch... So thats already frustrating but dealing with the manager at the store was even worse, so rude. I would look elsewhere for furniture if I were you.

Dont waste your time or money!!!! If I could give zero stars (or negative 5) I would. We purchased two reclining sofas in January 2021. When we received them both had problems. One was able to be repaired, but we had to have the other replaced. We received the first replacement (2nd sofa) fairly quickly. This was damaged worse than the first one. We stayed with the first sofa, and had to wait until today (April 10) to receive the second replacement (3rd sofa) and this one is damaged too. One recliner makes a terrible noise when you recline it; neither recliner reclines all the way; the armrest is broken on one side; and the cap for the wireless charging is missing. Rooms to Go is sending us yet another sofa, but we have to wait until June 5. RIDICULOUS!!!! Sorry products and very poor customer service!!!!!!!

My granddaughter was establishing her first line of credit. She didn’t qualify for credit with rooms to go but Acceptance Now was willing to finance. She made a $1500 deposit on a bedroom suit. The rest was to be paid off in 90 days same as cash. Payments were set up around $320 a month. She was actually going to pay it off a month early. Since my granddaughter was in hospital I called in to make her final payment. I was then told she owed over$800. I was extremely angry she dropped it to $600. So instead of making final payment in December she said she will owe $350 in January. We never received any paperwork or digital information on contract. Plan to report them to the better business bureau
