We worked with Stacy and she was great! Was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to over sell us. We went through the mattress matcher questionnaire with her and tried several over about 20-30 min. When we said we liked a lesser priced model better she didn’t keep pushing the higher model. When we asked to have some time to think and get back to her she didn’t use scare tactics to make us buy sooner. Because of the pleasant experience I made sure to go back in to order instead of just buying the mattress I knew I wanted online. Plus they were able to offer better discounts in store than online and they worked to find discounts and save us some money which is always a plus.

I really can’t thank the fellas at mattress firm on tunnel road in Asheville enough. I was desperate for 2 mattresses that I needed for a short term rental property. I went to the tunnel road location looking for a good quality mattress and I spoke with Stacy the manager. She helped me throughout the entire process. They had pillow shields they used on all pillows and mattresses to protect the spread of covid! Very clean place and exceptional customer service. I was shopping for a king mattress, but without much background knowledge on how to shop for one. I went to Mattress Firm on Black Friday, and was worried about the crowds and being mixed in with all of the other customers. However that was not the case. I was helped by a sales associate named Stacy, who despite the crowds took her time with me and walked me through all of the mattresses within my budget. I left there having purchased a great hybrid mattress and am looking forward to receiving it via free delivery very soon.

Well I picked out the one that I felt was good for my back problems , two new pillows and a new mattress cover.
