Good service - greeted by Michael as soon as I walked in the door. He was friendly, listened to what I wanted, explained everything about the bed I was purchasing and the cost, the return policy and the delivery and set up process. This will be my second sleep number bed. They are great.

The store was nice and clean. The salesman was knowledgeable and nice. I honestly went in there expecting a high pressure sale pitch and them trying to upsale. It did not happen they let us know what we could get but no pressure I would recommend this store 100%. Clean nice store, fantastic staff.

My mothers bed was ordered the beginning of February.Shipment date was scheduled for March 1st. On March 1st she received a phone call that the bed had been lost and the process was started over with a new shipment date of April 9th. 5 weeks later the bed comes and the air bladder will not hold air. So at 75 yrs old my mother is on her back on the floor under the bed trying to fix it with the help of phone support. Didnt work. She schedules someone to come out to fix it and the soonest date available is the 22nd., today. This morning she gets a message that her appointment has been rescheduled for May 3rd. No reason given. This is the worst customer service I have ever been in contact with. I would love to speak with someone from corporate.

Customer service was wonderful and on top of everything we needed. I did the research between Sleep Number, Temperpedic, and the Purple mattresses, neither the purple or Temperpedic had the same features that the Sleep Numbers did. The SleepIQ technology was the icing on the cake for the wife and I, with that we purchased a C5 sleep number bed with a tier 2 adjustable base, along with a pair of sheets and a mattress protector for about $4500 and some change, will be delivered April 28th....

Very dissatisfied with the sleep number bed i bought havent had it a month and its already tore 3 times!! and i was told at the store if i wasnt 100% satisfied with the bed, i could get my money back, wich was a lie. i wouldnt reccomend buying one of these beds.

We had a very pleasant experience in the store. Chathrine is the lady who helped us, and she was knowledgeable about the product. We did end up purchasing a bed, cant wait until we get it.

Friendly, helpful staff. They provided general information and answered our questions, but did not hover over us as we tried out different models. They use paper pillow covers for sanitation.

Stopped by to glance and found a bed that was perfect for us! Mark was absolutely wonderful, knowledable and kind! He made sure we knew what to expect and had all the pieces we’d need for bedding! Excellent Customer Service!

Read the fine print. The flexible base we purchased was not returnable nor subject the the 100 day in home trial. To add insult to injury we have since found the exact same flexible base available from Tempurpedic for $2000 less.... a third the price.We gave the bed a try and returned it. The motion transfer between me and my wife woke us up after sleeping on tempurpedics the last few years. The largest issue was the hole in the center. My wife likes to sleep in the center and theres a hole. We couldnt overlook these two items.The bed was returned (minus another $200 delivery fee). None of the accessories were returned. Our flexible base is decent, but its a nightly reminder we WAY overpaid.The sales guys were nice enough. Our son kept us up all night the night before we happened across this store but we should not have purchased all the non-returnable stuff knowing we were long-time tempurpedic sleepers and I blame the staff for not helping to make that clear.Need a new bed? You can get one from Tempurpedic with a flexible base for the price youll pay for just a flexible base at a SleepNumber store. Support was not helpful after the purchase. Its been a nightmare and a mistake that has put us back multiple thousands of dollars.
