My husband and I were in desire need of a new bed so we decided to give Mattress Warehouse a try. When we walked in we knew we came to the right place just by the way we were greeted upon entering the store. The salesman Lance had us lay on a bed that was operated by a computer to determine our comfort differences before shopping for the best bed for us. Before choosing the best bed that met our comfort desires Lance educated us on how to correctly choose a bed before you purchase one, which was something I thought was extremely helpful. We wound up buying a king size bed, a base where the head and feet can be adjusted using a remote, mattress protective cover and a pillow. We are extremely happy with our purchase!! Do to the help we received I would recommend Mattress Warehouse to anyone thats looking to purchase a nenew bed. We will be going back when our sons ready for a bigger bed. The store we went to was on Merrimon Ave.

I truly impressed with Mr. Lance at mattress Warehouse on Merrimon Ave. Asheville North Carolina. Me and my fiance were looking for a mattress to replace the the mattress that we were sleeping on and we met Lance. Not only did he get us a mattress that both me and my fiance would be very happy with for years to come he also took the extra time to make sure that we well be satisfied what I purchase. As a result I ended up spending twice the money that I had budgeted at the beginning of the day for bed for me and my loved one and left the store are very happy man not only did we purchase another mattress but we also purchased and adjustable bed frame to go with it because of the expertise help that we received while we were shopping. I can here right after I went to mattress firm looking for a bed. Mattress firm did not have the right deals that were in my budget and I decided to go to mattress warehouse where I was greeted by Lance. I explained my budget and he helped me try some beds that were in my price range. Since I had just moved to the area the faster I could get a bed the better. The earliest shipment truck had just filled up when i got there but once I picked the bed I wanted Lance jumped on the phone and was able to get my bed/boxspring/frame all on the truck which saved me a week of sleeping on an air mattress. After DREADING a search for a bed and box springs, I stopped at Mattress Warehouse where I purchased a set. Lance was the salesman. He first asked if the mattress was for me and I explained that it was for a second guest room, that I wanted comfortable but not expensive. In short order he took me to what I ultimately bought in a medium price range, a bed that were appropriate to what I had asked for. I was very happy with the physical store (all beds, lots of light); the person (pleasant in a real way); the variety from which to choose; I exited the store feeling good and have already recommended it to two people I knew were looking for a new bed!

I’ve never had to purchase a mattress before. I went around to a few mattress stores that felt like the sales people weren’t knowledgeable and were pushing mattresses on me that I didn’t like.Then I came to Mattress warehouse and felt much more comfortable. Lance helped me use the bed machine and to set me up with a mattress that I liked. Lance took me around and showed me many different types and sizes. I eventually settled on one of the first mattresses he showed me.I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. The delivery people were very quick and friendly. I had my mattress in my house set up in 2 minutes and they were on their way. Was clearly communicated when they would show up and they were on time!

The sales process was good, since I was taken care of by companies regional manager! But, we ordered a base that raises and lowers, and they were supposed to attach the base to our headboard. The delivery people couldnt! The sales manager came a week later to do it, but the base he sold me did not have a way to attach it. He then ordered a regular base and the parts to attach the base to the headboard. All this took almost a month, while we slept with a space between the matress and the headboard and I kept losing my pillow in the space. He finally brought the correct attachment and installed the bed base to the headboard, and gave me a refund on the difference. I expected something of a discount on the new base, since I was inconvenienced 3 times in clearing the bedroom so that they could do their jobs. But, overall, I went to many mattress stores, and they were the nicest!
