I got a unit before spare box bought this place out. There is a touch screen at the main entrance for you to get yourself a unit. No in person is ever there. You have to call if you are no longer wanting a unit. The facility is clean, well maintained, proper HVAC. Personally, I prefer a person there to talk to but getting a unit and cancelling the unit was easy.

The ENTRANCE and EXIT doors have been OPEN for the last 48 hours. Have called repeatedly to report this issue and has not been fixed. The EXIT door has been OPEN for the last week for 24hours everyday. NOT SECURE.!!! This company has gone downhill from when it was I 40 Bell Storage. You can not talk to a person locally. All tenants should complain! NOT SAFE OR SECURE!!! Very upset!!!Fix the doors for heavens sake!!!

As today was my first time there my experience was a little confusing at first as when you first enter the indoor storage area its huge! Way bigger than it looks from the outside. It took me a minute to navigate through the complex and find my unit. Which happened to be on one of the upper levels but conveniently they have a freight elevator for moving your belongings up stairs. After I got my belongings in my new unit and secured it Im more than satisfied with the cleanliness and security of the place.

Super clean facility. Would suggest making sure of unit and location. Wanted a drive up unit but have to walk, carry to get to mine. Because it is so clean, I am ok with it.

Since it’s been taken over by sparebox there’s no one there to help you. The lighting inside some of the units is poor some you you can’t see at all unless you bring a light. No electric plug ins. Kind of turned into a dump over the years. I’m only still there because you can bring your car inside and drive right up to your unit. There no more customer service in this world anymore. I’m sure the pandemic is a major reason why this facility has gone downhill.

Since this thing has sold the payment system is junk and price increases are terrible.

My unit was broken into an upstairs unit where there were no cameras facing my unit at all almost everything was taken from my unit and getting them to help with the video for the police is becoming hard to do.I am going to move my what wasnt stolen somewhere else....

Susan was AWESOME!!! She got me signed up for the perfect unit for my needs seriously with 10 minutes flat!!! That was the fastest I have ever signed up for a storage unit with the utmost efficiency at the same time couldnt be more pleased with my location, professionalism and speedy service anywhere else! Im glad we made this our stop and our choice for storage

Susan and April were wonderful to work with.......explained everything well, suggested options, follow up was great! As I sat in the office signing up for my own storage unit I got to hear them interact with other customers and I was quite impressed with their teamwork, their level of service service, and their willingness to come up with solutions! A rare but much appreciated combination these days!!

Went to All Storage in Keller, TX. They did not have what I needed but, the employee, John, offered to look for availability at their other sites. Found one on Watauga and rented a unit there. The employee at both sites were so nice and accommodating, it was a pleasure doing business at All Storage. Very happy with the unit and price.Great experience!

Had a unit with this location. Notified them as to when we moved out -- which they confirmed when I called after receiving notices that my payment was past due. They gave me some song and dance about their process. They confirmed the space was empty, but showed my move out date over a month after I gave them actual notice. Complete incompetence. The spot we paid for fit our needs, but was in a very poor location.

All Storage has been amazing and very helpful during our move. April gave us all the information we needed and made it very easy to make this our top choice. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

April was a great help! Very attentive and kind. Took me to the elevator and staircase that I would be using to move my things.

I had a indoor climate control unit with them for years... friendly office workers ...payment can be made over the phone and they send you out reminders so you dont have to pay late fees if you are forgetful like me!!

We had a great experience with All Storage! After a stressful weekend of packing and moving, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The storage facility is very clean. I feel safe leaving my belongings at All Storage on Plains rd.

We are closing on our house and ended up needing a 2nd storage building a month after buying our first one. We like this place and location so much we decided to stick with All Storage. April again was very nice and professional. Always like working with April!

I recently picked my boat up from All Storage Amarillo, as I store it there during the cold months when Im not using it. I am always happy to know that when I pick it up, its in the same condition it was when I stored it there. It gives me great peace of mind to know that this storage facility looks after my boat, and I dont have to worry about there being any damage, being stolen, or being left out in the weather.

Very nice place and clean. The ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly.

I havent used these storage units personally. But their parking lot is always clean. Theres wide driving space between buildings for trailers. And there are cameras everywhere so you know your stuff is being well guarded.
