Great prices and clean storage rooms! I believe it her name was Monica at the location on Paramount, super sweet lady and great customer service! Never done this before and she made sure I was taken care of and in a timely manner!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It used to be great before it changed names and apparently management . The manager at this particular location was extremely condescending , rude , and unhelpful. She directly lied to me about cooperate policies and left her job in the middle of trying to rectify the situation . Ended up going to the competition directly next door where not only was it cheaper but the entire process was very hassle free . Im still waiting on refund from Metro but very happy they chased my business away to their competition. They did me a huge favor. And on top of everything else, I didnt get charged a ridiculous $25 administration fee at other place either.. That is a charge that is simply there to rip their customers off.

The lady in the office was great at understanding what we needed. She even Showed the unit before we rented it.

My most prized possession, a Baldwin baby grand piano, had to go into storage for an allotted amount of time. The time was back in June of 2011. Six years later I am moving my baby home. The staff was beyond fabulous and loving to deal with and my piano was in a climate controlled storage building. I appreciated everyone at Extra Space Storage, my piano is in good shape. Minimal dust and sounds better than Ever. I was beyond pleased and grateful to have a place and people to help me through the years. I would refer anyone to use Extra Space Storage for any short or long term storing needs.

I could not have asked for better service than I got from this location today. Not only did Celia work with me to accommodate my needs exactly and answer all my questions, but also went out of her way to answer others I didn’t think of. She foresaw my needs and offered me some boxes that they had discounted! (I bought all of those). You can tell when someone has your interest at heart, and Celia does. I saw very quickly her commitment to serving the customer’s (my) needs. I am very thankful to her and completely pleased with the service. Celia and her staff delivered the very high level of customer service that I had been accustomed to receiving in Amarillo. They worked with me on the uncertainties of my moving schedule and space requirements. The facility is immaculate and extremely convenient. They made the storage aspects of my move experience as pleasant as they could be. Wish I could have said the same with the Amarillo company that moved my household.

The facility itself is great, but ever since metro self storage took over I have had nothing but issues. The hours make it difficult for me to retrieve my nursery items (8 months pregnant currently, so I have to rely on others to move heavy objects), and if the bill is 3 days overdue they shut down your entry. When it was Extra Space Storage, I didnt have any issues.I will be looking for a different place with better hours asap.

Back in december my wallet got stolen and this was the one place I didnt get my card info changed on, being a week befor christmas I just didnt think about everything. Instead of calling me when my card declined they waited for 2 months until I was in auction period and charged me an extra $175 in addition to the normal $66 I pay a month. More than double what I pay was charged in fees cause they couldnt make a phone call. Then to top it when I finaly got the message about them about to auction my deceased fathers belongings they refused to take payment over the phone and set up my auto pay on my new card. Had to talk to a second person and beg them to cause of their hours I wasnt able to go up there they open after normal people go to work and close befor people get off. Then 3 days later i get my invoice for january. It says invoice date january 22nd due date january 12th and didnt send it to me till February 20th. Seriously. This is ridiculous. I am currently trying to find somewhere else I can store these things till I have a bigger house. Ive had this building for 2 years and never had these problems befor when i lost my card. The current staff is slacking and costing their tenants unnecessary money. Then making things difficult to get a payment in when those werent rules befor. I would have given them a good review up until this point. The current staff has ruined that.

I have had great experience with Another Attic Paramount/Blackburn, It is very clean and I feel comfortable keeping some of my most valued items in my unit. The staff is always friendly if I need anything. I enjoy how easy it is to pay my bill online and get email notifications to remind me of when my bill is due. My office as recently purchased their storage boxes for our files, they are cheaper than most office supply stores and have better quality. I have actually worked at this facility and know from the inside out how awesome this storage company is!! They take such pride in their cleanliness of their units and of the property it sits on. As a former employee, our days were filled with making sure all empty units were cleaned, the grounds litter free, and all weeds destroyed. I took great pride of being a member of the Extra Clean team, and still highly respect my former co-workers!!! The manager of the Paramount locations name is Celia Haskell, and I will tell you from first hand experience, that she goes above and beyond all expectations to make sure that you are provided with the unit that is the right one for you!!! Her caring and respect for existing and potential customers is beyond belief. She definitely goes the Extra Mile to deliver more than what is expected in the storage experience. Had a Very Outstanding experience with Extra Space Storage when I signed up. The size of the unit I needed was available, and Customer service helping show it to me was GREAT. I will continue to stay with them as long as my belongings need to be in storage. After I find a new home, I will most likely downsize my storage unit, and continue to stay with Extra Space Storage. Reasonably priced. Got a 10×10 out door for $57 bucks a month and they allow you to use one of two bumper-pull trailers for up to 24 hours free of charge to aid in moving.

Celia and Connie are the best! They really worked with us to help make a very difficult move much easier. We will definitely tell friends and family in the Amarillo area to use this specific location for their storage needs!

Another Attic is a great place to store your stuff, they are very friendly and welcoming. I had to be out of my old rent house before 8am in the morning. Another Attic was the only place that I could find was still open and could accommodate me with everything I needed to move. I defiantly would recommend this place!

The ladies were very helpful in assisting with all my storage needs. The prices are reasonable the facility is clean and well maintained. The only mishap I experienced was using the dollies/ rollers to load my belonging into the unit- They are old and dont steer straight.But overall, I would recommend the company to friends and family!

Currently I am in the process of moving and due to downsizing needed some place to store my some of my stuff I just cant part with. I was helped by Brettany who was super sweet and took the time to find out what I was going to be storing and was actually able to get me into a smaller space than I thought I needed.In general the property is clean, the people are helpful and I would recommend using them.

I have been a 4 year 120 a month paying customer. I have not said anything as rates have slowly gone up for insurance or other assorted fees. I became sideways with them after being just over a month late. While they waived the bogus 85 dollar lien fee, they made me pay not only for my last month but current. So they win again. And despite assurances I would pay them, I received two emails and a call from the place the next day reminding me what a favor they were doing and when can they expect payment as agreed. If they are that compulsive and anal about their units, I feel sorry for the people who have to work for this manager. Oh yeah, I tried to go to a location here in Fort Worth the day before to pay and it was never open. Only notes of be back soon met me. My recommendation to you: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They stack it so the fees keep you from getting your stuff back once you are upside down and they bank that you will abandon it so they can make money off the storage hunters. LOL. they claim anything made goes to pay their fees and whats left goes to the owners. I sure would like to see how many checks they write to former owners. I can say probably very few. So in review, STAY AWAY from this place, they are obsessive and will badger you 24/7 until they get what they want. There are too many storage places out there that want your business and will treat the customer like a king.

Was recently notified I was late on my monthly payment. Besides racking up the daily late fees, Extra Space also slapped on an 85-dollar fine which the counter folks could not explain how it was used only to say standard industry fee. I offered to pay a partial payment on a Friday and the remaining a few days later on a Monday. Was told no partial payments accepted, all the while the fines kept mounting. Finally ended up paying $279.00 dollars on a unit that I normally pay 80 dollars on.Spoke to a MGR in Kansas City who explained the 85 dollar fee went for auction fees and advertising but Extra Space was not allowed by law to make a profit on these auctions and therefore did not send the owner of the unit a check if the locker made more than thier trumped up fees and fines.Sure you are making a profit off hard working folk but you disguise it as fees. As I explained to the Kansas MGR if you charge each person who goes late 85 dollars+assorted late fees, that is quite a price you must pay the auctioneer and you must advertise in the NY Times.Extra Space does make a profit off these foreclosed units, otherwise they would not slap on so many charges and fines to cover their tracks. If you rent here BEWARE the day you go late, its game on , you against the house and the house wins as most people dont have the money to get out of the tailspin and just walk away..and that is what Extra Space Storage banks on.You are better off finding a Mom and Pop storage rental place in Amarillo instead of these Sharks.I explained to the Kansas Mgr, Ill be posting all over the internet and filing complaints with the BBB, and Texas Attorney Generals Office...and he didnt seem to care, so read and learn folks!

Another Attic on Parmount in Amarillo Texas is also clean and smells good. The customer service the employees give is kind and thoughtful. The staff is has always given 30 days notice of any changes that are going to occur. I would love to see more discounts for vauled customers!
