EDIT: They were just bought out by SpareBox Storage and I’m definitely pulling my stuff out. Everything is automated and no one is on site anymore and some reviews for the company are bad. My gut also says something is shady.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Used them for storage for about 2 years now. AMAZING customer service and very friendly! They’ve worked with me a lot and are just phenomenal.

The best storage Ive ever seen. Clean, nicely located, with very polite and friendly management. Overall the place feels very secure, the units are neat and make the impression of solidly guarded. Will recommend to friends and family.

They are wonderful, the two ladies running the office are extremely nice, and know me and I feel so safe not only with my stuff there but believe me they know all that comes and goes you are on camera and in safe, secure locked gates. Have had my stuff there going on a few years never once had a problem. I even have a few family members that have rental units and they are extremely happy with the service and how property is well kept and watched..would give a 10 plus star rating...

The management of Amarillo Lock & Storage keep the property nice and clean .They are very nice people and have gr8 local small businesses.

What can I say, Great location for my needs, a clean, sturdy and safe unit. The best thing is a Great Staff that is easy to work with and rely on to deliver exceptional service. Highly recommend!!!!

Very nice storage place. Management is very nice and what they promise they keep to it. Keep smiles on customers faces and overall just an amazing storage unit! Less than 10 minutes to get paper work done and the storage units are always clean and security is awesome.

This place is absolutely amazing. Jessica has been an amazing manger, and storage facility is always clean and picked up. Units are well maintained and whenever a problem pops up manger takes care of the problem quickly and efficiently. This is the best storage place around.

Great little storage place

Ive been using this facility for over 30 years. Ive never once had an issue. They have changed hands one time in the 30 years and I was at first very worried. I really enjoyed Helen (the onsite manager) and she was very fair, always! But, I have to say the new owners and management are ever bit as great.

Great property for storage. Dont have to worry about vandalism or anything because they have a great security camera system. The new management Crew are nice and have updated the property very well.
