I had a cracked windshield on my 2019 Envision. I called Pedro at Haggerty Buick for help. As with most things today, the windshield was not available and had to be special ordered. Pedro called me the day it arrived and scheduled the repair immediately. Then it came to payment with my insurance company, which included several hoops to jump through. Pedro managed the arrangements with ease and I drove the car home while he dealt with the insurance. I’d call that above and beyond the call of duty. But , that’s what I have become used to at Haggerty Buick. They bend over backwards to make my experience with them positive. Great dealership.

My husband and I have bought our last 3 cars from Haggerty Buick GMC. Overall I have a deep level of trust with this dealership - from Sales through Service. I recently purchased an Enclave Avenir, which was an in and out experience. There was zero sales pressure... and when I decided to buy, they gave me the best price possible on the vehicle and a great deal on my trade-in. They also found the best available financing rate. Im very happy with this dealership.

They are no no none sense, don’t try to up sell you services / products you don’t need - like family; honest hardworking and do the service/ repair like your father or brother would do for you!!!Honestly - I don’t bring any of my cars anywhere else!

Pedro, service manager, is wonderful. Extremely helpful in everything. We had to have the car towed, leaving us with no car. He made sure the car was fixed in a timely manner and returned back to us in just a few hours. We were delighted with the service at Haggerty Buick/GMC in Villa Park.

Great experience. Bill was my salesman. I seen my used acadia on line, entered my info and bill called me within minutes. I told him , over the phone , my car had been totaled in an accident and i really was not in the mood to go to a bunch if dealers. I told bill what i wanted to pay for the acadia, no big deal if he couldnt do it. Next morning bill called and told me he could make it happen. When i got there bill had the truck ready for my test drive and was super personal. Yes, i got the deal i wanted and took it home that day. He understood my situation and got me in a great vehicle that i was able to afford. Its been a week and a half and bill has called twice to see how i like it. Ive never had a salesman call me after leaving with a used car. I would reccomend bill and haggerty to anyone. Keep up the good job guys ! Fyi , ive been a hyundai guy for 15 years. I love my gmc

I made an appointment for an oil change on line. My appointment time and date was confirmed within minutes. A reminder email 48 hours before my appointment was sent. I arrived on time. The service agent was waiting for me when I arrived. I was instructed to fill out some forms and was escorted to the waiting area. Within 20 minutes my car was ready to be driven home with a special perk - a car wash! Great, friendly, competent service from start to finish. Thank you for taking care of me.

Experience at dealership was fine. However i am not happy that my brand new Enclave Avenir had to be brought in to have the front brake pads replaced because the wrong type of material was supposedly used which caused terrible noise whenever the brakes were applied. This started within two months of taking delivery of a brand new car. So my experience with this Buick is not good so far. I have owned 7 Buicks, including a 1961 LeSabre which I have had for many years, so this lapse in Quality Control is very disappointing.

I would be very ill-advised for anyone to purchase a used vehicle from this particular location. Its been a while but I think I need to put this out there. About five years ago I purchased a 2006 Buick Rendezvous from these people. The seller told me it was the best used car on the lot. I ended up spending almost $8,000 on this vehicle just within 48 hours to have the transmission starts slipping and them telling me that theres nothing wrong with the car. I myself will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Please be careful people

This was the best experience weve had! After having a negative experience with a different dealer, we reached out to Paul at Haggerty and met 2 days later. We were in and out in less than 3 hours, and we got the exact car we wanted. There were no additional pressures to take on packages we did not want; now we did get the ones we wanted. Took car in because of engine light staying on and tire pressure light showing no pressure on one tire. Job was completed within 24 hours. I always complain about the price being to high but they were able to use a coupon to reduce my costs. I have recommended a neighbor to the dealership to purchase a new Buick because of the service afterward. Hopefully they will receive a great price so they will buy their new Buick at Haggerty

Id been searching for a particular vehicle when I came across Haggerty Buick GMC. I found what I wanted on their website and was immediately connected with Andrew Allen. He went above and beyond to help with everything I needed to know as I was 3 hours away from this dealership. Awful experience. Salesman doesnt care to return calls and has the nerve to ask the customer to call him back because hes too busy. Wasted hours in dealership with the promise of a preapproval only to find out that the salesman didnt care to take the time to look at the paperwork indicating that finance rate was substantially increased. Attempted to sell a car as new that had several thousands of miles on it.

I pulled in with no appointment and was greeted by a friendly and very polite service writer. I explained my situation and Bill promptly got my Acadia in and took care of my service needs. My GMC was returned to me serviced, washed and all my personal settings were untouched. Within an hour of arriving at Haggerty Buick GMC in Villa Park Illinois I was back on the road and headed to my destination. Everyone in the dealership is extremely nice from the cashier lady, to the finance guy and Paul is simply AMAZING. Even though it was after hours, Paul took his time and made sure that I was comfortable with my new car before I left. He even called me on his day off just to make sure everything was ok. I purchased a car from Hagerty and had no issues until I started to use their service department regularly. My car started to have issue with a harness in the shifter. I took it into be replaced and then had dont tell me my cooling fan was bad. This is without having any prior warning of a cooling issue. I got the cooling fan fixed elsewhere and have had no problems. However the harness which Hagerty replaced seemed to have an error again. I took it into Haggerty thinking it was a harness and I was told it was the shifter. I have them replace the shifter only to have my door locks stop working within one week of getting the car back. Maybe I have a lemon but this seems awfully suspicious that everything Ive replaced through Haggerty seems to be whats failing

I recently brought my Truck in for repairs that I thought were covered under my warranty. My truck is only 2 years old and I have paid for an extended warranty. When the service mgr told me the repairs were not covered and would cost $800, I was shocked. I went with my gut feeling and took my vehicle to another GMC dealership. Thank God I did. Turns out all my repairs were indeed covered and Haggerty was just trying to take advantage of a consumer. Do better Haggerty. This are very difficult times for all of us.

I have been using Haggerty Buick for 20 years, due to you have great people in the service dept. and body shop. I never have a problem with work that is done. I have been to other dealer for other brand of cars, and have never been respected as well as at Haggerty Buick or Haggerty Chevrolet. I have been treated rudely by some other dealers right form the start working with them, that has never happened at the Haggerty Dealerships. I will keep have service done by these great individuals at Haggerty.I also have any brand of car fixed or painted with the body shop here, nowhere else has ever done as quality work as Joe and his team.

Very disappointing to witness the way my father was treated. First off I would like to state this review has no reflection on Steve the service manager and his advisors who were all very pleasant. However my father and myself unfortunately did not receive the same customer service picking up his car from service. While checking in at the reception station to pick up the car the receptionist was cold and unwelcoming she had difficulty finding my fathers paper work and told him “Go talk to someone in service I can’t help”. I should mention my father is older and has walker. I politely asked the receptionist if she could call someone in service she didn’t take kindly to my request rolled her eyes and repeated herself “Go talk to someone in service I can’t help”. Thankfully I was there so my father didn’t have to go back and forth. Unfortunately I don’t remember the young mans name in the service department who helped me but he was very patient and kind. Turns out the paperwork for my fathers car was at the reception station the whole time. No apology from the receptionist it was as if we were interrupting her phone time. While running my fathers credit card the receptionist told him it was declined he asked her to run the card once more and she made the statement “If it’s declined it declined that not me it’s the machine”. I should also mention she was raising her voice. The second time his card was accepted and no apology from the receptionist. I asked the receptionist for her name and she reluctantly told me Mary. However I later called the store to ask for a supervisor and the lady who answered the phone her name was Rosemary same voice. Apparently there’s not a administrative supervisor or that’s what I was told. I hope this review reaches the correct supervisor to better train your administrative staff.

I had a truck i loved. Exact same truck at two different dealerships. Dealership 1 (not Haggerty) - was terrible, never called back, I spent 4 hours just trying to get someone to help me and they couldnt be bothered to call back, when i did finally get help he couldnt give final prices unless you were present (total bs by the way), they added fees that were already part of the price (destination...), added extras that you would never need, did the whole funny math sheets business, brought in the manager to help. It didnt.Haggerty - I dealt with Paul, never met Paul in person. Talked to him on the phone and told him the truck I liked he got back to me 10 minutes later with a price that was exactly what i would have to write the check for (taxes, tags, fees) all included. No BS, no you have to be present. I show up the truck is great, he actually knows what all the features are and what they do. I actually changed my mind after seeing the truck i loved at dealership 1 and called paul (from dealership 1) because they had the EXACT same car and dealership 1 was running funny numbers. He gave me same price as he gave me earlier for more expensive car. I test drove and bought a car from them in under 2 hours (from time i arrived on the lot to leaving with my new truck). And to top it off Paul was able to get me another $1000 off, I didnt even ask for it. He just did it.
