Plus I was able to get a warranty with this one which is likely going to save me down the road when an expensive repair comes up. Definitely contact them about your concerns and they will help you out. They can’t help you if you aren’t letting them know what you need. Anyway my new car is operating great for a car of its age and mileage.

Ive been a customer of Lucky Motors since 2010 bought 3 car from them and they actually bought 2 cars from me giving me more money then other dealers.Chris the owner was always easy going and extremely respectful, working out good deals for me with the lowest monthly payments possible.If you are nice,direct and upfront with him he will treat you accordingly but if you are not a nice person Im sure he wouldnt be either.

I purchased my Land Rover LR4 from Lucky Motors last Summer. Mario and his team were fantastic! I not only got the vehicle I wanted, but they detailed it to the nth degree for me... and it’s awesome! One-of-a-kind! I’ve put a lot of miles on it since then, so it’s no surprise I recently experienced some mechanical issues.I made the mistake of taking it to my local dealership. One call to Lucky Motors - and the owner Chris answered the phone... that never happens elsewhere! - and they were on the case. Within 2 hours they had my LR4 in their garage, diagnosing the issues, and assured me it would cost a fraction of what the dealership quoted. I’m writing this review, because it’s a longitudinal perspective. I had a great experience during my initial purchase, but I continue to experience the same exceptional customer service nearly a year later. If you’re considering a car purchase, I highly recommend looking at the inventory at Lucky Motors first! You will not be disappointed!!

Very happy with my first car purchase and went here! Our salesperson was was great. He answered all of our questions about the car I got a 2016 equinox and love it! There was a scratch on the paint of the bumper and Ray was very nice and said he would get it done for me and fix it up since that was the only thing I didn’t like. This place is a scam. They sold us a vehicle that died on me as soon as I got home. They said they were gonna replace the battery before giving it to us. They knowingly knew they lied and didn’t change it out seeing as they said the porter was washing it up it would be 15-20 to bring the car to me but I see the porter driving the vehicle around down the street. I get it home the next morning the car doesn’t start nor does the engine even turn over. I open the hood and see the battery is from 2016. It’s now 2020. Than not even 50 miles driven on the car after taking it the check engine light comes on along with the vehicle stability assist light. My dashboard is lit up like a Christmas tree. This place sells overpriced lemons and I’d stay clear unless you have lots of money to fix an overpriced used lemon. Not worth the stress and frustration.

Literally one of the worst places I’ve ever been too When looking at a vehicle. The owner just gave me a bad vibe from the beginning, he wasn’t really trying to help us because he was so busy with other things and was acting like we didn’t have money for a car. After I left this place I was disappointed with the customer service, truly I couldn’t believe how I was treated, like never in my life would I ever think I’d get this kind of treatment. He couldn’t answer simple questions I had about the vehicle history and said he couldn’t lower the price of the car but when we were stepping out he said he could. I immediately knew he was playing games because I was serious on buying a vehicle, I’m happy to say I finally bought the car they had but in a better dealership, who really treated me with an experience I’ll never forget! And for a better price and with less miles and better condition! Future buyers please be careful shopping here because I also read other past customers reviews and I can truly say they weren’t lying. Unlucky Motors was the worst buying experience I have ever had in my life!!!! Mislead from the beginning of the sale to purchase a vehicle that was basically worthless to me. Needed a car to get me back and forth to work not part way. Had the same problem as Mike Z as reviewed previously with the misleading 30 days money back guarantee return policy which is a joke! Is a scame. Vin etching never performed on my car, but I was charged for it. Returned car and was treated rudely so I asked to talk to owner and was told good luck he is at auction? After I returned it I seen the car was listed as a 1 owner again? Meaning Car Fax have to be bogus as Well! Anything to make a sale! Avoid at all costs! Buyer Beware!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I bought my 2014 Audi S8 in August of 2014 with only 11K miles on it it was fully optioned out and priced at around $95,000 which was an amazing deal. They shipped it to my office in Dallas Texas and it was in amazing condition not a scratch to be seen. I never registered it and drove it for 4 years with no issues and I finally wanted a new car yet hadn’t registered the S8 so I couldn’t sell it locally. I called up Lucky Motors to see if they would take it, and sure enough they gave me a great offer and had the car shipped the next day. The best car buying and selling experience I have ever had. He came in personally to make sure that everything with my deal was exactly as we had discussed. I recently called Lucky Motors and spoke with Bill Taylor and explained we did not have the best credit. We went to 4 local dealerships and we got pretty much thrown out of every single place because we had bad credit. He told is to come in and he assures is he had a way to get us approved. He was patient and went through all of our documents and explained the other dealerships didn’t take into consideration that we had extra income that we could prove. We went from the other dealerships saying we made 2315 to proving over 3000. Capital one declined us at all 4 local dealerships. Bill Taylor called capital one and explained the situation and they overturned the previous rejections. We walked out with a 2014 BMW with a payment we could afford. The experience that I have had with Lucky Motors has been terrible and a reoccurring nightmare that has cost me over $2,000 and has left me without a vehicle for over 3 and a 1/2 months. Upon purchasing the vehicle I noticed it may have been leaking gas. We agreed that I would purchase the vehicle with a signed agreement that the vehicle would be fixed. The mechanic and sales associate assured me that I could drive the vehicle home and bring the vehicle back over the weekend to fix the small gas leak. Driving the vehicle home it stalled and needed to be towed back to the dealership. The dealership kept the vehicle for over 3 months with little communication of completing the repairs. The dealership did provide me a car during the time of the repair, but when the vehicle was returned to me it continued to have problems. When I asked for a repair log of all the work or parts the dealership used to fix the vehicle-they were not able to produce the logs or receipts of the parts they reported they purchased. The car continues to leak gas and it is not operable. I had the vehicle towed to the dealership but have not received a plan of how the they will remedy the issue of them knowingly selling me a bad car, tried to cover it up and now continues to ignore me. Avoid Avoid Avoid

It has been two years since we purchased our Toyota Venza from Lucky Motors and I still think about what a dishonest, shady, money hungry dealer they are. The owner claimed that he paid $1000 over retail bluebook for the car (which we didnt believe for a second), and didnt seem to understand that when my bank ran the value of the vehicle, they took into account all its options, mileage and condition. He tried to say this particular car was worth more because of those options. Also, he seemed pretty proud of the fact that hes been in business for a long time yet somehow forgot to add in the dock fee when we asked for the total amount out the door. They knew we were driving over two hours to purchase this car and tried to tack on an extra 300 some dollars once we got there. Seems odd that a dealer who is in business for as long as he claimed would conveniently forget such a thing. When we refused to pay that fee, he became noticably irritated and rude. When I wanted an additional sidebar with my husband after he reluctantly agreed to drop the dock fees he forgot to quote, he said to me Come on, Im giving you what you want. We still ended up paying well over the excellent condition retail price because we really liked the car, even though it had a huge dent in the front passenger fender. In fact, walking through their showroom, I noticed obvious similar condition issues with all the cars there. I do have to say that the car was beautiful once we fixed the fender and has been quite mechanically reliable. But I give credit to Toyota for that, not Lucky Motors. If you have money to throw away and want a flashy looking car with poor body gaps (wrecks?) dents, paint that doesnt match from panel to panel and windows that dont close, and if you have extra cash just floating around to remedy all these problems, then perhaps Lucky Motors is for you. We however will be steering clear of this place in the future and warning everyone we know to do the same. Based on the attitudes, lack of knowledge and incompetence of this dealer, its my opinion these guys are in the wrong business. Even the file they presented on our TOYOTA Venza read NISSAN Venza. All this being said, this is an absolutely unacceptable way to do business if you expect return customers. There are millions of cars out there being sold by much more competent people. 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.None of this applies to you, Meeka (who did our paperwork). You were great.

As a woman shopping for a vehicle is very hard. I went to two different dealerships prior to coming to Lucky Motors where I was treated Ike a woman who needed her husband to buy a car and the salesman asked up front if I have a job ? Lol. Regardless I ended up coming to Lucky Motors because it was just right there in front of me. I walked inside and a man was sitting at the front desk and enthusiastically said welcome to Lucky Motors how may I assist you. That was a breath of fresh air. He met all goals price miles and color. Be careful of Chris, he’s a natural born scam artist. I went through a lawsuit with him after he sold me a car with a “clean” title that I came to find out wasn’t clean when the warranty I paid for denied my claim. As far as the lawsuit, Chris settled because he knew he couldn’t win. The car started having problems almost immediately and I’m nervous for anyone who does, or already has purchased a vehicle from them. They buy junk that nobody else wants at auction, mark the price up considerably, and tell you it’s “certified” which is really just a trick to get you to sign the paperwork to buy as-is. They’ve gotten very good at their craft so buyers beware. It’s better to just go buy a CPO vehicle from a real dealership.

Purchased a 2010 Audi S5 from Lucky Motors December, 2017. Initially I thought the car was a steal, but over the course of the next few months following, I ran into issues. I test drove the car for roughly 3-5 miles, no lights, no issues. After signing papers and pulling off the lot the low fuel light popped up. No biggie, the usual for purchasing a used vehicle. After fueling up, a low battery notification popped up along with a CEL on the drive home. I ended up needing a new battery ($400 battery and programming). The CEL - after a diagnostics test - informed me of a P2019 code (intake manifold).I purchased the car with 37k miles, it now has 54k. Highway miles to and from work. In just over a year, Ive replaced the battery, intake manifold flap, humidity sensor, power steering pump, brakes and wheel hubs. The car also has a noticeable tick when idling, I can only imagine the timing chain needs replaced.I rated 3 stars because most repairs are due to normal maintenance and I should have known the price point of this car would cost me considerable amounts of money in maintenance.

I bought a car (2011 Mini Cooper S) from Lucky Motors on Jan 2nd, 2020 for my daughter as a birthday gift. The salesman RJ and Mario were easy to deal with and addressed a couple of cosmetic issues by ordering some parts for the car. In the time that I got the car home it seemed everything was O.K. until a few days after my daughter started driving it...it was intermittently not starting. I brought the car to my trusted mechanic (Ive dealt with them for over 10 years) and was told that it needed a new high pressure fuel pump. They contacted Mini and found out that it could be repaired under warranty so I had them send it to the Mini dealer to have it done. I was informed that the pump they pulled out was a junk part and that the engine had been pulled at least once in its past and the work was sub-standard. I was also told there were multiple engine oil leaks, the spark plugs needed to be replaced and the coolant system needed to be flushed and filled with the proper coolant. Easy enough, I had them do the work. To find the sources of the oil leaks they de-greased the engine, added dye to the oil, and had us drive it for a hundred miles or so. I brought it back and was told that the oil pan gasket was leaking and someone applied RTV to it in an attempt to stop/hide the leak. Other leaks were from the oil filter housing/oil coolant pump and the lines to and from the turbocharger. Per Minis tech bulletin on the matter the oil filter housing/oil coolant pump and the lines had to be replaced. Bottom line, in less than 2 months Ive had to spend over $4000.00 in repairs. While they do have some nice vehicles and are easy to deal with, they do buy cars from auctions and flip them. Sometimes, like in a case like mine you get a bad one. While Im sure they would have been willing to have me bring the car into them to see if they could fix it, I just dont have faith in their abilities to do so properly, and since it is my daughters car, Im not willing to take that chance versus having someone I know for myself to be competent to get it repaired properly to the manufacturers specifications with new OEM parts. So, all I can say is do your due diligence if you decide to buy a car from Lucky Motors, I didnt and it has cost me BIG TIME.

Dishonest ! and Horrible! is how I would describe mike and Chris and the dealership! I would do zero stars if that was an option! Very bad experience! Car started having trouble two hrs after purchase. I contacted them right away and they told me car is as is, they sold me warranty then to cover repairs. Come to find out the repairs were not covered because they sold the car with wrong tires for an xdrive that caused damage to the car. Which in turn warranty company they sold me on wouldn’t cover repairs, because of wrong equipment on the car. Not to mention I received title after the temp plate expired. Stay away from this dealer. Your “lucky” to leave there with the shirt on your back! ( mike and Chris be cautious of ).

Chris and his team are super helpful and will do anything they can to make any situation right.I had the car sent to me on a truck. I filled the gas tank incorrectly but thought it was cracked. Chris called me multiple times to ensure I was ok, guided me through safety and was genuinely concerned for me and my new purchase. He called me several times at midnight his time just to check on me.He is a family man with an amazing fiancé and prides himself on his word. I sent him a certified check made out to his name that could have easily been cashed and gone. It was a significant amount of $ as well. He did everything he said he was going to do and sent me what was owed promptly to ensure I was happy. He even went on vacation right after receiving the check but checked in with me his entire trip to ensure my comfort.If you want a unicorn of a vehicle, a family style purchasing experience and someone who does what they say they will do then choose Chris and Lucky Motors.He is transparent and upfront. We bought a 56 chevy 2 door hardtop. It was in terrible shape. Someone had done a bunch of cheap fiberglass work on it to cover rust so the rust was coming back put bubbling under the paint. The wiring is all shot. No blinkers, no brakelights, no wipers, and no headlights or parklights. We bought it over the internet from salesman named Chris . Every time we drove it which has been only about three times its broke down on us. The last time was the thing that leads me to give a 1 star which i wouldnt even give it if it was possible because the lower arm control broke and my husband had no steering and came within a foot of hitting a house. If he had been on the highway, he would have been killed! They are not supposed to sell a car that isnt roadworthy. That is illegal! We will never buy from them again. That for sure, and Id advise anyone else to not trust them. Go and look at what they are trying to sell you because Chris was a lier. He said they went over it with a fine tooth comb before they sent it to us and it broke down on the way home after it was unloaded. Although I think that was because somebody must have left it on and ran the battery down but they still are not trustworthy.

Drove 180 miles to look at a Tesla model s when i got there the one guy didnt even know how to turn it on or reset it it wasnt plugged in witch tells me they know nothing about EVs. but what really upset me was they treated me like i couldnt afford the car. found a nicer one the next day and bought it and im happy i did.

It was my fault for trusting them. Made me sign papers for insurance for seats and glass and a lot more. Ended up spending about $6000 more. So they said clean carfax and i trusted them after i went home i read the report and it had an accident never told me. After i walked out to drive my car i found out the parking light is not working. They took it back in and checked it and they said the module for the light is not working it costs $750 to get a new one. I just bought the car minutes ago and they said they cant help me. He said to pay $750 and we calk you when its here. They called me after 5 days they installed it and it didnt work. They said they will fix the problem and its been over a year when i call they say the manger doesnt work for us anymore and that they cant help me this and that. Long story short took it to a place they charged me $25 to replace the parking kight bulb. Not module no program needed. They just lied to make more money. Im screwed with the price of the car. The interest. And the other things they made me sign plus the money for the headlight parking light module. It was my first car from them and my first car financed so i learned a lesson. Dont go there i promise they are rip offs. After 3 months a CEL came on they charged me 125 just to check it. Wow.After a while i took it to replace the tires. I FOUND OUT THEY TOOK MY CAR TO A REGULAR SMALL CAR TIRE PLACE DOWN THE STREET. just because their machine doesnt work they said. This place is like a flea market you have to follow up with them of they forget about you. Paid $46,000 STAY AWAY.
