I purchased a 2011 Jeep from here. Very friendly salesman and assistant. Fell in love with the way the Jeep looked immediately! Listing on it stated it had remote start, soft and hard top, new suspension parts but no remote start, no soft top, and that new suspension wasnt new unless rusty parts come new. Test drove in town where the side seat salesman directed me to go staying well under 40mph. On my way home (400 mile trip one way) when I was finally able to speed up to highway speed the vehicle got a death shake. The tires were worn something I over looked but didnt notice because I stayed in town for the test drive and visibly they looked ok. I purchase the extended warranty because I said that I was learning to drive a manual and I was told by salesman the clutch would be covered in the extended warranty so I purchased the highest dollar extended warranty they offered only to find out it was NOT covered. So I request to cancel but only got back 70% of what I paid for it. According to the extended warranty company it is up to the dealership on how much you get refunded. I cancelled within 1 month and it cost 30% with no repairs being claimed a complete scam by them in my opinion but who knows. When I got back to my hometown I took the top off and on my ride home it was cold so I went to turn on the heat but no heat. I overlooked these things but again I fell in love with the appearance. Suspension struts, shock absorber, temp blend doors, a heater core flush, and new tires were not cheap fixes. Avoid mistakes like I made by really looking over the vehicle!!

I had a great experience overall when working with Danish in this car buying process. This was an out of state purchase, which is pretty nerve wrecking, but everything came out smoothly. The car was delivered just as the pictures show. I would definitely recommend them and would do business again. The BMW M3 Comp I purchased is amazing!

About half the people that have seen the 2008 BMW M6 that I purchased from Midwest Car Connect have asked me if it was new. I purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37x from Midwest Car Connect in late August 2019. Quite frankly, I had grown to loathe the search for a good used car, as we had been looking for a car like this for MONTHS, and quite honestly I wasnt expecting much from this visit based on the other experiences we had from dealerships claiming excellent condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the car was exactly how it was shown in the pics, and Danish was very open an honest about minor items he knew about during the walk around and offered to fix most of them. They were flexible on the forms of payment, and went the extra mile to make a reasonable deal. Additionally, the previous owner had all the service records, which is nearly impossible to find nowadays, and speaks to the quality of cars that the staff seek out and stock. Buying vehicles from out of state sellers carries many risks least being the unknown character of the salesman or dealership. I found that there are no risks when buying from Midwest Car Connect. The 2019 Tundra that I bought was actually better looking in person (once delivered) than even the online pictures. These guys have a process that caters to the out of state buyers and protects everyones interests. Over the last 40 years of car buying my 3 previous cars were bought from out of state dealers and Midwest ranks right up at the top for trust, integrity and ease of buying, plus, they were able to ship the car cheaper than any deal I could work out on my own. I will be calling on them again for future vehicles.

I purchased a 2015 Audi S8 with awesome miles in March 14, 2021 and man ....it was and IS clean! Nahkil worked throughly with me for a week to make the deal happen! I’m a little late on this review but by far was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had ! Never did i feel pressured to get into something I wasn’t 100% sure on. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and couldn’t have been happier with my purchase! I’ve had the car for over 6 months now with absolutely no issues. Above and beyondMy husband and my in-laws have all had a tremendous experience with MCC. The last car we got was a BMW for my husband, and Saad and Danish literally went above and beyond and got him an amazing deal.Saad got us a Porsche Cayenne (my dream car). I told them white on black with pano roof, and gave him my price range. He spend a month presenting me multiple vehicles available. Finally, he found me the perfect deal, which he was able to broker from another dealership, and with my price range, he was able to get me into a 2016 Porsche Cayenne, (i was looking at 2014s) and saved me tons of money and even got it Porsche Certified!!!! Not only did I get exactly what I wanted, I got better than what I wanted.These are totally different, they look out for their clients. I always hated sales people trying to sell you whatever they have and rip you off and are so pushy and sleezy. These guys are genuine, and truly represent you and will not stop until the deliver the best deal for you, and they made this experience so comfortable and smooth. If you want to do business with a car dealer who operates with a high degree of Integrity, then look no further. Because I was an out of state car buyer, I had to negotiate with the co-owner, Danish, over the phone to buy my 2009 Toyota Corolla. He seemed extremely honest and upfront throughout the entire negotiation. There was never any B.S., any tricky sales tactics, or any upselling. And, there was never any pressure. Dont expect to have to do much price negotiating because their cars seemed to be priced MUCH better than the other cars I was considering. Plus, all of the cars in their lineup seemed to be higher end used cars rather than overpriced junkers. Anyway, Danish picked me up from the airport on time. During the car ride from the airport to the dealership, we talked about our approaches toward business (i.e., Im also an entrepreneur), about our family lives, and about how we grew up. He was very open about everything. So, I always felt like I was buying a car from an old friend as opposed to a pushy salesman. At the dealership, the test drive went well and the Corolla seemed to be in excellent condition for a used car. Filling out the paperwork to close the deal went pretty smooth, and Shawn (Danishs office assistant) was very friendly and helpful. In fact, she caught a mistake that my local DMV made which prevented me from registering my car at first. All in all, the was the best car buying experience that Ive ever had hands down! :-)

However with Midwest Car Connect I was pleasantly surprised by the way that we were treated, which was very friendly and easy to talk to.
