Got a good deal on a good truck with really low milage, Morgan and his sales man (i forgot his name) were really helpful and open with looking over the vehicle and all questions i had, i got concerned about something with my credit provider, but Morgan took the time to understand my concern and broke everything down on what was what. Hands down great salesmen at this place. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time nor money here. The salesman, specifically Morgan, is rude. I was having issues due to work they had performed on my car, and he refused to let me speak to the manager. After driving up there and speaking to the manager I understand why Morgan spoke to me so rudely. His manager, John, was even worse. He didn’t take me or my issue seriously. He proceeded to smirk in my face and ask me “Do you even know what a lug nut is?” Because I am a woman I obviously know nothing about cars, right? Spend your money elsewhere. If you don’t want your mom, daughter, wife, or sister disrespected please refer them elsewhere because John obviously doesn’t take women seriously. Spend your hard earned money with someone who values you and doesn’t smirk in your face once you’ve signed your papers.

Salesmen and all other staff were very polite. The complaint I have is when I would call and left messages for someone they actually never got taken or I would be put on hold for 5-10 minutes and nobody ever answer

My mom purchased a Honda civic from Greensboro location they was so rude they lied and told her it was a recall on the car then when we get there they tell us something totally different the manager then tells us that my mom had a free month and the car finance place sends her money back. This is one place I would never go back to cause their all a bunch of crooks after the month my mom makes her first payment two weeks later they comes repossessed the car saying for none payment were looking confuse shows the man the paper and he told us to call the dealership we call so many times to where they wouldnt answer the calls no more. Money thrown away for nothing and wouldnt give us our money back

The co-owner of this place who said his name was Jimmy(not sure if I believe that), sits in Twin Peaks bragging about dating women half his age because of how much money he makes off of what he calls boges, which he explained was people with bad credit and told my friend that he didnt even care if she was employed, as long as she knew what to say when she talked to the person lending money to her. Seems too shady to me, Id rather not go to jail over a vehicle purchase!I literally had no idea that this same co-owner commented below posing a customer. This is exactly what terrifies me about used car purchases. He is posing as a customer with poor credit! Unbelievable!
