The place is horrible, they have no customer service skills. I went in for a simple oil change and they stripped my drain plug, told me that they could cut it out and replace it so I said fine. In doing so they cut a big gash in my oil pan and tried telling me the plug would not work and that I need a new oil pan and that they can replace it for $400...what a joke. They cut thru my oil pan they should have to replace it. They pushed my car out of the garage and told me to figure it out on my own. I would not take my car up to them.

Went in for State inspection so I can renew my auto registration. They started the inspection within minutes of my arrival, and only took about 15 minutes. I now have the information I need to get my state registration. While there I talked with the manager about an oil/lube for my car; he quoted me a guesstimate for it that lines up with what I was paying in San Antonio at a Ford dealer so I was quite happy with that, too. Overall, I rate the experience an A+.

My 72 year old mother took her car here for a tune up. They picked her car up and did the work without letting her know how much it was going to be or that they were changing the coil pack. She went to pick up her car and it was $615!!! She had no problems with her car before taking it and after taking it the car starts idling bad and shaking. She tells them and they say oh you must have gotten bad gas! They didn’t look at it again just said bad gas. She did gas treatments, didn’t work! Turns out after having someone else look at it one of the coils were bad! They charge her so much money and wouldn’t even take the time to listen to her when she kept telling them something was wrong!

Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the service was fast, but the high pressure upsell wasnt appreciated, I was asked if I needed a new fuel filter and water seperator... And I said No... Because I know my truck and I know when I did maintenance on it. Well my answer was not good enough for the guy, he opened my driver side door, while I was still in it to push the buttons on my steering wheel to get to the fuel filter life.. Of course it said I had 50% left on it... He should have just taken my word for it... If I said gee I dont know, can you check it for me, Then he could go look... But not when I told him no.Also, while I did need a new air filter, I could have replaced it myself for 1/3 the price they charged me.. I thought it was high so I immediately went to an auto parts store and the same exact filter same brand was less than 1/3 the price.I had them do a hand wash on my dually truck and they did not get all the bug residue off the hood, and they completely missed an area on the side and didnt do a very good job vacuuming.They may make more money on an individual sale with these methods, but they are missing out on repeat customers. No one wants to deal with high pressure upsale on synthetic oil (which I was going to buy anyway) or fuel filters they dont need yet, and after charging $50 for a hand wash, I expect to be clean.... Not a rush job. I also feel the air filter should have been retail plus maybe $5 tops, not 3 times retail.. That was way out of line.

Love this place and the employees. They have my complete trust. Oil change, filters, mechanics for repairs both gas and diesel, car wash, vacuums for your own use or for a small price they will vacuum, or a special to clean interiors. You can also pay a small price monthly to use the car wash as many times a month as you want. They also do inspections.Try it for yourself.

WHAT A JOKE!!!!!This has usually been my go to place. Taken several vehicles here and never had any issues. A little higher prices but I didnt mind because I was always treated well.... UNTIL TODAY.I got a $120 quote on synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I get all the work done and Im charged $167. I realize its not an outrageous difference but the fact that the manager ARGUED with me when I confronted him about the price difference. When I got there he said he remembered talking to me, then all of a sudden he DOESNT remember talking to me after the work was done. Kept blaming me saying I didnt tell him things (4x4, lift, big tires, etc.) but after having lifted trucks for 10 years I know to make sure they have ALL the info up front.Then he goes on to say I was just looking for a hand out! Seriously?!?! I do not believe in handouts!! I believe in earning your own way.I even tried to compromise with him about the issue and he just tells me that if Im not happy I can go somewhere else.He basically bullied me over $40. I hated making such a big stink over $40 and in the end it wasnt about the $40, it was about staying true to your word, telling the truth and taking pride in your work and your business. All in all, he was wishy-washy on what he remembered, and kept trying to make it all my fault. After reading the other reviews, made it clear that as long as he gets his money hes not letting go of it.Very poor management style. Ive never been treated that way as a customer. And trust me I WILL NOT be back.

Go there every day to get my trucks washed, andrew is amazing, cory is wonderful as well, need to have all your car services there.

Overcharging for installing air filters. Robbery

Went for an Inspection.. turn my car quickly on and off until all the engine lights came on... I went in with no Engine fault lights on, I have owned the car since new and all maintenance has been done car runs great, and now no Inspection and he wants money....no way in ???? take your car elsewhere I will never go there again.

Got my inspection done needed a new light on the back of my cab, I had them to replace it which was fine. They got me in and out so I could get my new tags.

Their new car wash is incredible. Completely refurbished and way better than the previous. Can tell that theyre still trying to build the customer base backup and work the bugs out on their new menu. But with the new equipment can tell that the future is bright. But as always and has always been. The mechanic shop is on point. Ran by one of the best shop managers Ive ever known. Jordan Peck. Hes always busy. But as always will do whatever he can to help. If he gives you his opinion. I would take it. Ive been wrong he was always right. LOL OnPoint! Chris Simpson is the owner and understands people. Never thinks hes bigger than the next man. LOL and is a good person to spend your money with.

My antenna got broken off during the car wash. The manager said he would replace it, but has been giving me the run-around for over two weeks now. Very pushy about trying to upsell unnecessary service also. Kwik Kar in Forney is better.

Corie the lady at the front desk is sooo helpful. I would even recommend a promotion for her. I just moved here from out of town and definitely will be a repeat customer. The guys there are great too. Andrew the man who changed my oil was very kind and informative. He checked all my gages and was very honest with his service. As a women i can actually go and get my oil changed with the worry of someone telling me that there is a part on my car that needs to be repaired. But they will honestly tell you if something is wrong! I have gotten my oil changed at NTB and yes the price is 19.99 but the oil itself is not as good as Kwik Kar. Yes you pay a little more but hey you do get what you pay for!! So. I gove Kwik Kar a 10 🌟. Awesome service! Friendly Honest Staff. Keep up the good work!!!
