This shop must have had a managerial change since my last visit. I was charged a $40 check out fee after being told they couldnt do an alignment due to mismatched parts (some old, some new). Initially planned on replacing the old parts and returning for the alignment... but not after being charged for Not Doing The Alignment. The salt in the wound was taking it to a competitor for a second opinion... and guess what... the car is now aligned and driving great! No thanks to Greens. A real shame after going somewhere for years to be treated this way.

Greens automotive in my opinion is top notch when comes to service. They changed the brakes and struts on my 2014 Toyota avalon and I must say I was very pleased with the all around experience the prices was fair and the customer service was outstanding. Got my brakes and rotors changed. I supplied my own parts and was only charged for the service. Everything was fine until I was on the highway and my front right wheel ends up sounding like it’s about to fly off. I pull over and have to call a tow truck and paid $120. The caliper is running on the inside of my wheel causing it to not drive. I’ll be contacting them Monday morning for a solution.

Technician failed to reconnect hose clamp after radiator service. Fluid pumped on to the top of the engine and caused severe electrical damage. The owner committed to paying for the repairs, and backed out on the deal when he learned what the cost was.

Went to Greens tire and Auto center I had a pleasure of meeting Ashley and Emily they was amazing and honest. Did a great job on my alignment. Would definitely recommend them.

This was such a great place to have a car worked on. I could not believe there attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone far or near to have there car worked on. Very considerate for the customers needs and does not make you feel obligated to have the work done on your vehicle and will explain in detail what can or could happen. Front office staff is very friendly and will work with you directly to make sure all needs are met.

We were expecting to go in, replace bad shocks, spend a couple hundred bucks, tops, then be on our Merry way. Instead, we were. Told the shocks were great. The problem was the rack and pinion. With labor and everything, that $200 quickly went to well over $600! That wasnt something for which I was prepared, nor had I budgeted. But these guys arent out to screw anyone and they are fair. I had to divide the amount between two different banks, but when I checked later this evening, the total came to just barely over $500. They explained everything upfront to my partner and we will be back in tomorrow morning for an alignment. I dont know what wed done had we not been referred to them. We will be referring them to everyone we know and taking our business back to them! I banks so much, Guys!

I dont care for it as much as I use to. To much Spanish speaking going on. You work here you need to speak English. They dont listen either,came in for an oil change, told them twice synthetic oil and got regular oil. Loosing interest and been doing business there a long time. Looking elsewhere.

Saw a sign that says $60.00 for front end alignment, after they put my car on the stand they came back and said I have to replace all the parts and it is going to cost $ 1386.00. I told them that I do not have that type of money. They ended up charging me $25.00 for the diagnostics. I was suspicious of the price they quoted me and the parts to be replaced because I had just replaced most of the parts about six months ago. Anyway I took the car to Dallas and a very nice mechanic replaced a couple of bushings and the alignment for $170.00. The car now runs like brand new. Readers be the judge, I am only stating what happened.

Took my car there this morning to have an oil change only. Told I needed a new air filter and wipers. Tell me, what do wipers have to with an oil change.My wipers were just fine when car got inspected. I have had all work done there, both on my car and truck. After being ripped off today, we will be looking for someplace else.

Best place to get your car worked on!

Simply outstanding!I was moving across the country to Austin, Texas. And my clutch went completely out just outside of Terrell, Texas. While waiting for the tow truck, I did some research on what repair shop to go to. I picked out Greens and gave them a call. Adam, the front desk attendant, cheerfully answered the phone on the first ring. I explained my situation and he said he would clear out a bay so that he could check out my car as soon as the tow truck arrived. Right then I knew I chosen the right place.I didnt make it to the shop until mid afternoon and replacing the clutch was at least a seven hour hour job. I have a older uncommon car and parts werent easy to come by. Yet, Greens managed to locate the required parts and start the repair that day! Knowing that it was impossible for the job to be finished in a single day even if I had arrived in the early morning, Adam sat with me and helped me find a good hotel. Once I had booked a room he drove me the twenty minutes in his personal truck to the hotel. When Adam dropped me off, he gave me his personal phone number and said to call when I wanted picked up in the morning. I dont know if this is a Texas thing or what, but I havent ever heard of any repair shop being that hospitable!The repairs went off without a hitch and I was on the road by early afternoon the following day. Clutch replacements for my car are normally around $1300, Greens did it for under a $1000! Greens did an EXCELLENT job in less than a 24 hour turn around with superb service and a very reasonable price!If you are in or around Terrell, Texas and you need car repairs, this is THE place to go! I am so glad I found these wonderful people! Special shout out to Adam for be fantastic!

This place was great until Mr Green passed away. Recently we brought a car to them that was overheating. They replaced the radiator cap and sent us on our way. Not even 5 miles away and it overheated. Husband opened the hood and the radiator cap blew off and he got sprayed with hot transmission fluid. Took it back again. It was a week before they found the correct problem and fixed it right.

I only use this place for Inspections so I cant speak on other services but they will help you get your vehicle passed before charging you.

Went in for a inspection and one of the mechanic broke my upper glove box door on my car. I took it back and he wanted to glue it together i did not want this because i knew it would not hold. I went back a couple days later and was told i can buy it off of e bay for $51.00. But you have to buy the whole piece because its all in one and it cost 140.00 bucks and they seem to think its my problem.

Service is rapidly going downhill. Greens used to be an excellent repair shop when Fred the original owner was alive, but since he passed away and Jeremy was fired this shop has provided very poor service.The mechanics come and go and dont even seem to know what they are talking about and frequently use google or youtube to find the answer to an issue. Honestly I dont believe the mechanics are certified or are even actual mechanics.Everyone is very friendly but it is hard to support this business when the current owner doesnt care about hiring good mechanics, or even the simple things like pulling the customers vehicle out of the bays and to the front door.The current owner should really analyze if he wants to stay in business because without good quality mechanics that know how to repair vehicles, troubleshooting without using google and youtube, and going the extra mile to pull the customers vehicle out of the bay, or even add an air freshner to the car then this business is doomed; it will be very sad to see Greens close its doors but I cannot support a business that does not support its customers and provide excellent service. I got a oil change here Friday December 30 2017 around 4:30pm on the same day at 7:00pm i start having issue with my truck they were closed two days for new years but they open back on i called to let them lnow what happen the lady i spoke with was the manger she could not pull any information up on my vechial or under my name immediately the guy that help me with my oil change got on the phone and came out to my house as he chevk my truck he just kept saying i dont think a oil chage could cause these issue he left and was supposed to call me back on jan 4 2018 i spoke to the same lady before about the issue which is the manger just rude she said i call you back when i pull your info never called so i went up there to ask for a refund she said no i said ok when at least can i have document of what kind of oil you guys use she insisted if they had no document on file that i never came there i pulled out a receipt which they charger my card for with greens trieand auto on there she said this is your document and the oul change sticker on your dash i cant belive how you could bring a vechial in good shape to a auto place for a oil cange with no lights on what so ever and come out with your vechial leaking oil shaking and check engine light on i recommended you guys dont use they service that was my 1st and last i will by pass that place and go the extra mile for a oil change next time worst experience ever and rude people that want even help you
