Great first experience getting my oil changed! When I purchased my vehicle it came with several free oil changes. Super easy process setting up my appointment. They changed my oil, topped off all fluids, rotated my tires and washed my car! Definitely recommend!

Wow! I am so impressed with this company! They went above and beyond in every way! The work was done quickly and everyone I came in contact with was so nice and professional. When I picked up my car I wasnt sure I was getting the right car because it had been cleaned inside and out and was so shiny! I will definitely return here again and again! Mike was very professional and honest while it took a bit longer then expected. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was in stock and did everything correctly didn’t try to up sale anything or rude and they even washed the car which is nice I recommend them with repairs and maintenance!

Phillip and the Platinum service team do a very good job. I brought in a 2011 Charger with a ton of issues I had let pile up for a while. Thorough inspections to diagnose issues, then prompt repairs to follow, resulting in a 10 year old car that’s running like new again. Only complaint is I didn’t get my free car wash! 🤬 next time I drop a stack with y’all you better wash it twice.

I have a service contract that I purchased the last time I visited for an oil change and tire rotation on my Jeep that provides me a certain number of tire rotations and oil changes for one price. One this visit I was due for another oil change and tire rotation; I noticed I was in & out relatively fast & the service advisor mentioned oh yes we have 4 guys working on the vehicles back there and had me sign my paperwork with no other explanation. On my way home I noticed that my tire PSI was the same as before and I look at my paperwork- no rotation performed, tires were where they needed to be??!! I’ve never heard of such a thing. It has been over 8700 miles since my last rotation, needless to say I will be making a call today. Not sure what my service package I paid for really is for.

Went for a oil change and tire rotation. Asked to have some things checked out on previous work on my vehicle. Told me they can do the oil change and tire rotation only and that I’d have to make a separate appointment to have other issues checked out. This was on a Tuesday and not the weekend. I marked the drivers side tires to make sure they rotated them and guess what, they didn’t. Every time I come here I feel that they can’t take care of anything. I will not be using this dealership or service any longer.

Great facility, good service but not enough signage to find your way around. I was uncertain regarding where to enter for an inspection sticker however an employee quickly provided guidance. After my truck was handed over it was unclear where the waiting area was located (no signage) and specific direction. Once I found the proper place to wait it was very clean, well appointed and comfortable.

I like taking my Dodge SUV to Platinum for service. My service advisor always takes time to explain necessary service needed for my vehicle so that I can understand it. The work is always done correctly the first time. This last time was extraordinary, above and beyond my expectations, when my vehicle was washed clean of the dirt from the roadwork being done close to home.

MI took my Jeep in for a recall on the clutch assembly and it sat for 2 weeks waiting on parts, then another 4 days without them starting the repair. Once I got the manager involved it only took a day to complete. Communication was non-existent until I talked to the manager, then was 100% better. I drove home and a new issue arose that is a result of what they fixed. Not satisfied at all.

We waited on part #1 for 2 years. Jeep was sold to us with out it. Got the wrong part 3 times. (Yes some of this time was covid, that was taken Into consideration.Waited on part #2 for 4 months. Parts were not ordered at the original service, like I was told they would be. I called to ask if parts were in and that is when I found out they had never been ordered.Was never called that the parts were in. I had to call every week to see if in yet.Today when I went in to have both parts replaced was told it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. After two hours I checked in my car and was told “oh it is done we forgot to tell you”The Jeep was not brought to me, I was pointed toward a Jeep an in a parking lot and told there it is. That was not my Jeep. Had to walk around and find my Jeep in their parking lot.We will never go back. Will find a different dealership to get service at.

Had some problems with the electronics in my truck, they fixed the problem within 24 hours of me dropping the truck off for it’s scheduled service. Service was expedient and transparent.Lots of dealerships have bad reputations..... not this one! They are the “one in a million” that is there to support the client. Bought the truck from them in august of 19, will continue to bring it to them for further services as needed.

I sent my wife to have my truck serviced. The appointment was set the day before containing the services that were needed. Upon arrive she is greeted by a man who went by Benny who conveniently had no card or identification. Benny attempted many times to upsale my wife on multiple service claiming they were necessary to keep our warranty including a transmission service on a sealed unit. After searching multiple sources I could find no details of his claim. After the denial of recommended services he then informs her they dont have the parts to finish the service and to come back monday to conclude. I need not say we wont be back. Be sure to know the details of your warranty prior to arrival as this place will lie to you in order to turn a profit.

Took my Dodge Ram in on Monday for several things. Radio/computer was malfunctioning, needed a new windshield, asked them to change my oil and rotate tires, and take care of all the recalls. If they did rotate tires, Im surprised they didnt check air pressure in all of them. I had check tire indicator on when i picked it. NONE of the tires were at the recommended 39 level. They didnt wash it. We had the snowstorm last week so it was pretty dirty. The other Dealership i typically use for oil changes always gives me back a cleaned vehicle.

They were supposed to replace a fuel filler neck assembly per a technical service bulletin and only replaced the evaporator tank, I’m still having a problem with filling up my tank. I have another appointment to drop it off and hope that they will fix it, I’m really surprised that the technician didn’t check the repair to make sure that the problem was fixed.

My brand new Durango has an electrical issue. When I took it for its first oil change they told me they would get me a loaner car but there would be a wait I made sure to tell them I need third row because I have 5 kids. Fast forward two weeks and I call them and they say it’s almost ready but started getting rude. My husband called and Benny the worlds worst service manager said they’ve tried to call four times. Which was an outright lie. He was extremely rude to both my husband and I. A week later we were told a car is finally ready I ask if it’s third row they said no that wasn’t an option. So now I have a brand new car with issue and using the loaner is not an option since there isn’t enough room for my children. They don’t care they don’t try to help you at all. They have the worst customer service. That pretty new building doesn’t mean much when you can’t keep customers.

Second time in a row the oil change tech left oil all over the place in the oil filter area. Even asked the service guy to ask them to clean up after them selves but still left a mess under the truck that will drip on my drive way. I purchased the three oil change deal today (before i they took the truck in for the oil change) two more remain and will not be going back after they are gone.

Made an appointment and when I arrived, they told me my service agent wasn’t even there that day, nor could they promise my car would be seen that day but would be the first one seen the next day—what’s the point in making an appointment??? No communication the next day-called several times. Got a link with the estimation and problems found and allWork would be performed once I accepted and signed. Link said car would be done by 6:30 that same night. Go to get it at 6:30-and the agent said they found out 20 minutes ago that it wouldn’t be ready-yet no one called to tell me. I had to get a ride from my sister who lives in wills point to come to Forney and take me to terrell all for nothing. They said they would put me in a rental and said that the computer sends out those links and times to be picked up-not an agent. If that is so-and they know they are faulty and not accurate, why don’t THEY call the customer instead of letting a computer update the customer with false information???? When I asked about another service they were going to do that was not on my inspection report-he went into an5 minute story about what color the fluids should be-but all I wanted was it to be fixed/flushed. It is the next morning and I still have not heard from anyone after they have been open for several hours. Oh-when I asked them if I could get a detail for all ofMy trouble-he said he would run it through the car wash-but there is no detail shop. I wouldn’t even think about buying a car from them because if it needs service, I’m screwed. Very frustrated and I want my car back!

I dropped my truck off at 8:45 and was told it would take about 2 hours. 6 hours later I got my truck back causing me to not be able to get done what I needed done.
