Im very satisfied with the work that was done to my car. These guys are very Honest and Humble and do everything they can to help you fix your car and get it up and running. I went to a different repair shop who wanted to tell me there was something else wrong with my car and try and charge me 5X to fix my car. My dad uses these guys to repair his vehicles and he told me to go here and have them check my vehicle. They did some tests on my car and called me back within a few hrs to let me know what the issue was with my car and it was way less than what I expected to pay. Got my car back them same day. Now its running great like it should be. I will for sure recommend this place to other people who need work done on their vehicles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cant say enough good things about this place. Finding a good diesel shop is hard enough but one that is reliable and fair priced is nearly impossible. I had a rare and catastrophic failure on my diesel truck where a pump basically broke apart internally and sent metal chunks of different sizes through the high pressure oil system. They were able to flush the metal particles out of the engine and pretty much bring the truck back to life AT A FAIR PRICE when I thought the only fix was going to be dropping an entirely new engine in it. I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will be using their services in the future for my diesel truck service!

We blew our motor leaving dfw headed to Shreveport. Fortunately this is where we ended up. They towed our car and put a part we had already bought on for us for an extremely low price. They realized we blew the motor and we decided to stay at a hotel but we were completely without cash and the hotel refused our card. One of the guys drove us to a hotel even tho his shift was over, and used his card to book a room for us. They kept our car over night for no extra charge and helped us load it into a trailer the next day. This is hands down the most amazing mechanic shop I have ever used and will recommend them a million times over to everyone. Not only because of their work but because of their hearts. I am so thankful for everything that these men did for us when we were completely screwed. Thank you so much!

Wow! Experienced a little car trouble when visiting Terrell and on my way back home. They got me in first thing Saturday morning and I was on my way by 11am.

Friendly staff, quick service and fair prices. They wont try to rip you off like the dealerships will.

Just stopped in for an estimate. havent had any work done yet but their estimate was a lot lower than other places and it was only going to take half a day to fix instead of 2-3 days. they were pleasant and I didnt have to wait long. the waiting room could use a few amenties.

Great business with terrific owner. Brought my car in during a cross country trip for a grinding wheel bearing. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it done before check-out time at the hotel. Even gave me a ride back so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop.

So we broke down in terrel off of I20. I was calling around for a nearby shop trying to find somewhere to get the car. Found out that their towing charge was fairly cheap and the repairs werent costly. When we got there everyone was really polite and got the problem figured out pretty quick. There was one guy whose name I sadly didnt get but he did everything he could to help us out with our situation. I recommend anyone in the area to this shop.

I got my 2016 f150 muffler deleted here and they did an excellent job! Very cheap price too compared to a lot of shops around. I can actually hear my truck now when I step on the gas! Would highly recommend to anybody looking for exhaust work! Thank you so much Terrell Muffler and Auto!

Another shop said I needed to replace my radiator, at $550. Terrell Muffler & Automotive quoted a better price over the phone, and I left my car to be repaired the next day.The next morning I was told that the muffler wasnt the problem after all, just some poorly installed hoses and a bad radiator cap causing the leaks. The previous shop had not bothered to actually test it before wanting to replace the part! Thanks guys for being honest and doing what you do with integrity.

I have been in here twice with my vehicle, once for broken bolts in exhaust, and the other day because my truck was heating up. They got me right in both times, he said he needed to order parts the first time, I couldnt wait, but he diagnosed my problem at mo charge, the second time he remembered me, took it right in fixed my problem, got me back on the road. These guys are awesome. They dont try to sell me extra stuff and tell me everything else thats wrong, and I need to have done. That has been my experience with other places, because I am a woman, which really irks me because, I have been around mechanics all my life. I know my truck. I highly recommend. They are also very friendly and polite. They will need a bigger place soon!

Had my car in for repair today. Great Service Honest Mechanics and VERY reasonable prices.. The mechanics are very courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldnt take my cars else where. I live in Mesquite and find that the drive is very well worth it.

If you need a repair, go here. Lowest prices, repairs done right, and the owner is honest. He has done around 6 major repairs for our family over the past few years, and my neighbor now uses him too. He charges much less per hour than the other muffler show in town, and he guarantees the work and parts. He will talk to you, and explain what you need to do immediately, and not try to fear-sale you a repair that is not needed.

Best mechanics I’ve ever been to! I’m driving from FL to CA and was staying in Terrell. My car had a cracked fuel line. They called around some places and couldn’t find a replacement. Lil’ Jerry tried to weld it to fix it. When that didn’t work, and we found out that the part was backorderd through Kia, he drive around for almost 4 hours trying to find a new one. He ended up finding a new fuel line for my car about 1.5 hours away. While I was waiting in the shop they offered for me to eat with them in the back, offered to take me anywhere I needed to go, and even offered to let me use one of their cars they had at home to get to my hotel and get food if my car had to stay there overnight. And they didn’t charge me hardly anything for labor for what was an extensive amount of time spent trying to get me a part. If you need honest, good-hearted folks, this is the place to go. Thank you again!!

I broke down in Terrell, TX with another 600 miles to get home. They guys that work here were the best help I could have asked for. They even caught a simple leak that could have caused a fire that the Chevy place missed. The whole repair was finished in less than one whole after noon (just a few hours!) and I was back on the road. My car drives better than it has in years. Thank you SO much.
