Placed a order that was suppose to take 3 to 6 days to get in. Tracking confirmed it was in the store on the 3rd day. After 5 days I call to ask when I will be able to pick it up. They say they don’t have any employees to unload the truck. I wait another 5 days. Call again now they say they still don’t have anyone to unload the truck and it will be another week. Don’t waste your time buying here

During Covid, I made a million trips here, working on a project that I had no idea how to even begin. From lumber to pavers sand to brackets to wiring, the staff helped me with each idea I had!I literally learned a lot just by telling them my goal. They knew the supply list based on my visions. No way I could have done it without their patience and all of the trips and loads!My back yard is now a Home Depot haven! 😂😂 POOL DECK COMPLETE!!! Even ran a solar panel set up to provide the power necessary. Lotta custom welding, but I usually work on motorcycles and not on decks.Thanks for the guidance!!!

They employees are always helpful. My boyfriend is always doing one project or another around the house and when we, rather me, cant find what hes looking for the staff is always more than willing to help me find it. Theyre so patient.

HDs always great, you just have to find the seasoned pros.. New associates should really wear a Im new badge for the first 6 months.. find the Homer or pro for that area and youre set!

Go see Dirk, he gets 10 stars. Weve had some issues with the rental department here. Rented a saw, guy spilled the gas all over the floor and it took us forever to get everything taken care of and out of there. Then we get to where were going and find out the chain is on backwards. Yesterday we rented a chainsaw and had some trouble with it, so we took it back and Dirk went through the whole thing, took it all apart, and spruced it up for us. I would rent from them again if hes there to oversee the equipment before I take anything out!

Ther never seems to be enough employees to assist customers with product locations or selections.I went to customer service desk to ask for assistance in electrical. The person that the CSR paged never showed up. I had to grab a random employee to assist in an area they had little knowledge of.

This is a nice home depot. Id be much better if you didnt have to spend so much time searching for someone to help you. Also the price they charge for indoor house plants is outrageous.

Everything was clean and organized very well. I asked for assistance to find some ceiling hooks and the employee instantly directed me to the right spot, very knowledgeable. The only downside was I was there a little late (8 pm) and they had a couple isles blocked off for restocking or somthing. Checkout had all of the self checkouts open and no line at all.

Had what I needed in store. I was able to purchase what I needed and back out the door. Exactly the way I like it.

They just dont care. Couldnt find a hardware guy until I went to flooring where 4 associates were hanging out at the desk, 2 from hardware. Asked for exact knife blades, was told I needed to go to hobby lobby. Went to paint on a whim and asked there, one guy said go down to hardware, luckily a second took me down an aisle, they had them, different brand, same product. Told the other guy as I passed him but he had that look of, why are you talking to me on his face.

Carlos P was very helpful and super friendly. He helped us pick out our grill and some chairs for a new Airbnb we were launching .We will drive out of our way to visit this location due to the service that he provided. Thank you !

The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the cashier. Lori was quick. We were in line and out the door in minutes.Went there to find wheels for a metal shelf. Looked in the shelf area. Guess what it is not there. I never did found the wheels.In the past employees would actually go with you to find the item. Now they looked up the item then told me an isle. It took 20 more minutes of looking without finding them. It was a waste of time I did find a door stop which I think I got it just so I didnt go there for nothing.

I love that the majority of people that works there are pretty clueless. But they can look up your question on their phone foryou. Bravo.DO YOURSSLF A FAVOR. DOWNLOAD THE APP AND BE 2 STEPS AHEAD.

One of my favorite Home Depot locations. The staff is attentive and helpful and they have a large gardening section. I believe they get their plant shipments in on Tuesdays but dont quote me on that. I always have good luck with finding gems in the garden. Just have to know where to look and be patient!

Smaller than most Home Depots that i have been to but they had everything that I needed. Helpful staff.

I came here for a cheap trashcan for my college dorm and the top was hard to put on, but the employees were very helpful in directing me to where the trash cans were and with helping me put the top on the trashcan itself.

Always very friendly and helpful. Today I made a mistake and bought a piece of wood I thought was about $6. I had it cut to my specifications. When I went to check out I scanned the code and the machine said I needed assistance. An employee came over, input some numbers into the checkout and I had a $30 bill. I mentioned that the tag where I got it stated the cost was inner $6. I then learned that was per linear foot. The employee was kind enough not to make me pay for what had been cut. He took me to the aisle and pointed out the microscopic if on the sign. I laughed and he directed me to the other side of the aisle where the wood was by piece instead of linear foot. He helped me select the proper piece of wood for what I required. I got that piece cut to my specifications and got out for $11.I was very impressed by their understanding and helpfulness. I wasnt made to feel stupid or ridiculed. Instead I was treated with respect and courtesy.

Always well put together garden area! I dont know if anyone else just strolls the garden section like a community garden like I do. I enjoy it, my family thinks Im crazy. Good job Home Depot!

Every time I go here I either cant find any help to find something that isnt where it was the last time I needed it or there out of the part and I have to get help from someone to get a huge rolling ladder to get another box or pallet of the parts just so I can get one or two which takes an extra hour more time than it should. They need to keep their parts stocked up better and hire more employees.

Nothing particularly special about my visit. The staff members who helped us were nice and competent. The bathroom, however, was pretty disgusting despite the store not being very busy. This suggests to me that theyre understaffed and/or dont have a system in place that works well. The rest of the store is clean, so its a little unexpected to see a pretty large mess that spans multiple stalls.

I may never disparage this - Tempe HD again friendly smiling faces 4 1st tome in a year 👍the lovely young gal that helped me with options on fans - - was wonderful

Every home depot Ive been to is always laid out horribly. Two entrances and u almost always park on the wrong end of the store than where u come out. I do like the company but they never really have anyone working there hardly except cashiers. And alot of the people they do have working in the store itself seem to many times be clueless about the product. I actually had a guy fall asleep standing up twice in front of me while he was trying to get something off the top shelf that took him about 40 minutes and I ended up climbing the ladder and doing it instead because I simply couldnt wait any longer. I imagine the competency of their crew would rise if they paid people more and trained people properly. My company spends about 30k a month at home depot

Fifth store we visited in seeking out to replace our failed range. The model we wanted was priced better than any where else. The service specialist was informative with personal experiences and bias per the brand name we liked. We got a great warranty offer too.

Ok, store, all are the same, but staff is not as friendly as on Warner RD.

This was my first visit to this location and the staff were very helpful. Tony helped me with find the 72 ceiling fan that most other location were out of stock. Despite a 22 miles drive this is going to be my go to HD location.

Id really hard trying to find someone to help wait 35 minutes almost an hour for some help it along with somebody he doesnt come back or call somebody they dont show up its kind of ridiculous nobody wants to work or you short staff especially if you come in here during lunch time when you got a job to take care of her do things you dont have time to spend here for an hour to look for something or you need assistance

Best HD in the area. Very busy all the time. But has best selection and things I need are always in stock. Cant ever find a orange lumber cart when I need it, so I def meet my daily steps goal everytime I shop! Friendly staff always know which aisle to send me to.

We made an online order for a couple days in advance and paid the extra $20 fee to have it delivered on the date chosen in a certain window and only half of the order was delivered. We was told by the driver that the rest of the order will go onto another truck delivery for later. Our window was from 12 to 4 and once 4 came we called customer service and was on the call for almost an hour trying to get answers on where the rest of the delivery was. We were told that the order wouldnt be ready the day we scheduled and would have to wait a week for the next delivery date available. When we said that we would pick up the order in store we asked if the order would be ready by the next morning and the agent wasnt able to give us that information that we would have to contact the store for that. So if you need your material in a timely matter dont bother going through Home Depot delivery. It is not worth it.

This has been my neighborhood store for over 6 years. If you know what you need and just need to grab it and go, this store is fine. If you need any kind of assistance at all though, dont bother. This store is a customer service free zone. Also, its not like the old days where employees bring carts into the store. If you need a cart, youd better grab one from the parking lot... otherwise youll just be taking a walk back out there anyway.

Horrible customer service! Went in to buy a ceiling fan shown in stock, couldnt find it in store so went to customer service for help. Waited 5 minutes for girl working to get off the phone, she pulled it up then said shed get someone to help us since it showed in stock. Waited 20 minutes and no one ever came, asked again and still no help. Ended up ordering online for curbside pickup!

I ordered some thing on Labor Day and called to check the status I was assisted by Crystal, I believe she’s in the customer service area where you can do pick ups on orders. Mentioned her home and garden team wasn’t answering so she personally went over to verify my item was available and let me know I could come pick it up. Don’t get me wrong everyone of her team members did very well but she went above and beyond to assist me. And upon arriving at the store to pick up my item I did see that it was very very busy on Labor Day which is why I still gave them five stars it is what it is

This Home Depot is one of the best ones I have been to. There materials are steadily stocked in the same place constantly unlike most home depots that are constantly changing location of there b items and/or changing the entire store displays. Staff could take a little morenintiative and be a little more helpful but I have came to the reality customer service is non existent for the most part everywhere nowadays.

This store cannot be bothered to answer its phone. First of three in my area. Took 4 stores to finally find one that would answer.

Most all of the big box & chine stores & restaurants or all pretty much the same. Clean, well presented, friendly staff. Nothing new here. Its exactly what youve seen a the rest of these places.

I went for curbside pickup they couldn’t locate my order. So later that day I called to get an update on my order, first it rang literally for about 4 or 5 minutes then I was hung up on. I called right back and was put on hold and left there until I got frustrated and hung up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was shopping for my mother in law I never shop Home Depot.

I had been looking for a 3 or 3.5 cuft top-load freezer and could not find one. Went to HD and they just put a 3.0 cuft freezer on the floor today. The sales associate was very friendly and scanned it to see what the price was and it came in lower than I expected. Bought it on the spot. That was the only time I have ever been to Home Depot and bought just what I was looking for without picking up five or six other things... LOL. Love this place!

Worst home depo ever if i can give a half start I would. I traveled from Avondale because they said it had 52 in work bench that I was lookkng for. I called ahead of time just to get through on the phone took 30 minutes when the call went through I was asked to wait a minute while the home depo employee was having a conversation with sone I can hear the whole thing. She then asked for sku# I had no idea she was talking tome. Then at the store I could find anyone to help me.finally I went up to the cashier place and asked for help anyway whole experince took 1 hr. Till wade showed up and took care ofbit brough one from garden section. Tsk tsk tsk.

Major shout-out to Crystal for helping us with lumber measurments for our bus project. Also major shout-out Derk & Craig for helping us secure the lumber on top of my sedan would of been there another hour if not for their help and the key was tape the lumber and then use to tie down straps lol duh.

Very very busy on a Saturday morning. And a little bit disorganized. Had to be very careful picking products out of the electrical department to make sure I got what I reached for.

It was early, but being in Phoenix, I wanted to beat the heat.I was able to find everything I needed but I miss the interaction with Customer Care.

A few months ago , I disliked this location becuase of how ignorant some can be when they see a man with tattoos walk in. I hadnt felt that way the last few times I went so hopefully it stays that way and so will this review. .

Home depot carries almost every light bulb your Heart desires. They also have the cleaning supplies, And all the name brand Weed killers at very decent prices. Heres a secret if you go early enough in the morning they have Hot Coffee, comes in handy when you need that second cup.... Dont forget that they carry all your Halloween decorations too.

I looked at the items I was interested in, on the app, before heading to the store so my trip would be quick. Unfortunately the items I needed werent in the isles that the app indicated they were. I did have to walk around more to find them. If you are anything like me, and dont enjoy wearing a mask in 100+ temperatures, then you want to get in and out of the store.

People at registers seem happy but the few people that walk the floor always seem depressed and it is hard to find help when you need it.

Called for a pedestal fan.i had the product number. Computer said limited availability . Tried to talk to a actual person. After being transferred to several departments, no one answered the phone. I requested to talk to a manager whom checked and said they did not have the fan in-stock. Finally after 10 minutes. Terrible customer service on the phone. It limited availability means no stock then have your system say so.

Yikes, this store is huge, I love the garden department and they have lots of Christmas stuff to look through. My husband rented a pump to drain the pool here, it very convenient.

A great selection of merchandise, and the prices are reasonable.
