Just purchased a bunch of appliances here. The staff was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did not try to pressure me into buying anything. Included with all appliances is a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend this store if you dont mind saving a lot of money in exchange for a few, generally very minor, scratches and dents. Shipping charge is very reasonable and includes install as well as removal of old appliances.

So far we have purchased a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher from Select Appliance. We had an issue with the dishwashers pump and called them about the issue and they came out the next day and did a full replacement. Couldn’t say better on the great service and we plan to purchase a stove from them next month. I don’t plan on going with anyone else to purchase appliances in the future and the prices are great too!

I was blown away by the service and prices here. From the time I walked in to the delivery everything was amazing. I have been telling everyone to go there to purchase their appliances. The first time I bought a brand new washer/dryer, the older guy helped me out and to support with what I needed. When our fridge went out we decided to upgrade our whole kitchen and received amazing service again. The dogs there are huge bonus, very friendly and great listeners.

The appliance you pick out on the floor is the one they bring you so pay close attention.The staff are always friendly (including a happy doggo), knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Their delivery rates are awesome and they will haul away the old units if you want them to. Delivery can be scheduled quickly too which came in handy when we were under contract selling our house and someone broke in and stole all the appliances. Our old refrigerator was on its last leg, but new ones are so expensive! My dad learned about Select Appliance and we decided to check it out. The basic premise is, they get appliances from places like Home Depot that have received cosmetic damage through shipping, etc. The appliances are brand new, but they have some scratches or dents in them. We bought a beautiful LG refrigerator that is normally sold for $3000. Because of a few minor scratches, we paid half of that! The owner and employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure that you know where all of the scratches and dents are. They offer delivery and setup for a very reasonable price. Best of all, there is NO PRESSURE! Theyll answer your questions and leave you alone to shop. I couldnt be happier!

Bought a refrigerator at this place about yr ago. A scratch on both sides that didnt really bother me. Got it about half the price of a new one. Delivery price , very reasonable for the distance they had to travel. Going to go buy a washer there pretty soon. You wont be disappointed with this place.

This place is absolutely amazing. I had a problem with a dishwasher I bought from them, which was no fault of theirs it just slowly has an issue. I called them and they came out within 2 days and changed it out. They kept their word and honored our warranty. I wont go anywhere else for our appliance needs.

Paid 1000.00 less then anyplace anywhere. Love our refrigerator! Picked up next day. Drove from Casa Grande and it was way worth the drive. We will go back for whatever we may need.

Were remodeling our kitchen and living room and thought wed give this place a try. I wish Id checked Yelp first, since our experience was quite similar to what some of the other negative reviewers have posted. We called first to see if they carried the brands we wanted and the lady on the phone was quite abrupt - almost hostile. But, hey, people have bad days. So we went down to see the store anyway. Big mistake. While we were there, we watched one of the sales people (maybe the owner?) arguing with another couple and using very inappropriate language. I dont know who was right or wrong in the argument, but I know using profanity in any sort of customer interaction is simply wrong and HIGHLY unprofessional.We quickly left and went elsewhere. Then I come on here and see many of the same sentiments that we witnessed first hand. Stay away!!!

These guys are rad! Most of their stuff is new, with a small selection of used. Their used stuff looked like it was in top notch condition. I checked several places for a used dryer, and most places were offering products that looked like garbage. These guys only had a few used items in stock, but the quality was good and the prices were great. I ended up selecting a new dryer because they offer smoking deals on new appliances. They charge $50 for delivery, so its a better deal if you can haul your own... But Id highly recommend you give this small shop a chance before you head down to the big box stores.

Really good selection of slightly dinged or damaged appliances that function just fine but maybe dont look perfect, so they can offer really good deals. The staff is very helpful and not pushy or annoying. Theyre also upfront with exactly what is wrong with the appliances, and on some of them youd have to be told where the dents are to see them. You can also hold units with a small deposit if youre not ready.

This place is the best! Got a brand new Samsung $3200 fridge for $1250. Delivery and installation (including the water line) was a breeze! Great customer service, no pressure- the products sell themselves.

With the location a little hard to find, we were pleasantly surprised at the stock of LG refrigerators. Our salesman Matt helped us discern from the different options to pick our new refrigerator. We experienced prompt delivery, friendly service and a follow up visit due to a rattle which was repaired quickly and was nothing. These guys are great, have solid services and products to provide consumers - at least from my experiences with them.

I purchased a dishwasher in March of 2019... the unit keep having errors. They replaced the unit but this unit is having issues. The boss sent someone out and it’s been repaired!

I was very pleased with our experience buying an LG double oven. The handles on the model we wanted were scratched and very noticable. Matt spoke with the owner who swapped out the doors with another unit while I was on a phone call. What a suprise. This left me with only a minor dent. I was further pleased to find out the unit comes with a one year warranty and power cord. They loaded in my truck and away I went with a very nice new oven.By the way, it will only cost me around 75 dollars to replace the dented part. This leaves me with a $500+ savings over the best store price I could find.Worth the drive and am very happy to have done business with Matt at Select Appliances.

These guys are the bomb! Our Dryer went out and we needed a new one. Neighbor recommended this place. My wife and I walk in and they take their dogs to work with them! Plus #1! Make sure the item you purchase has a price tag on it when you select it. Make sure you double and triple check the serial number of the item you order and the item delivered and make sure, double check, all the prices the same exact items are selling for in other locations. You may be surprised. I wont be going back.

I saw their ad on Craigslist and called to inquire about a TV they had advertised and the sales associate verified that it was in stock. We got to the store, and it was the floor model, the associate neglected to mention that on the phone. We debated for awhile and the salesman said that he would be getting more of the same model in a few weeks and we could bring it back and exchange it for one in the box. So, we purchased the Samsung 60 LED/HDTV for a reasonable price, I was still a little worried about it being the floor model, they are on 24/7 and who knows how many more hours this had left. We paid for the TV and he gave us the receipt and I noticed that he didnt put in writing the agreement to exchange it, he refused to put it in writing (of course) and said dont worry, Im a man of my word and at that point he had already swiped my bank card, the transaction was done so I was stuck. A week later I took the TV back as he agreed and also because the set would intermittently go black at times and made a high pitch sound. Got up to the counter to exchange it and he said I never told you that! we argued back and forth and he refused to exchange it, even under the 90 day warranty because he didnt have that model in stock anymore, if I wanted to exchange it, it would cost ME an additional $60!!!! I had no other choice but to pay it, the set he originally sold me was defective. I was going to purchase a fridge that day also until they refused to live up to their warranty and promise, I will NEVER go back to this store again! A very expensive lesson learned. Their warranty is a joke!
