Overall the store was very nice and had reasonable prices. What Im irritated about is waiting in line for 25 mins to check out. Here is another busy store that depends on self check out and only have 1 live person running a register. This is Unacceptable !!!!! I seen ar least 20 staff on the floor Stocking and doing other stuff. Why cant they help get the customers taking care of. Without customers nothing else matters.

Shopping here is just great fun. Store merchandise is put on display in showcases designed to look like rooms in your home. Its like walking through Better Homes and Gardens magazine, but you get to take the decorations and furniture home with you. Also, the cafe has fantastic food.

I went in for an extra shelf for a unit I already have. They didnt have it, but I still managed to find things to buy. If you go on a Monday, go before noon. It got really busy after that. There are self checkout lanes for 15 items or less, which was nice.

Was not a fan. I didnt like the being forced to walk through the entire store rather than just look at what I wanted to see. People blocking you as your walking or breathing down your neck trying to get past you. Its shopping their way and not designed for the shopper. And why no free bags for my stuff? How is forcing me to buy a bag for a dollar saving the planet? Wont be back

If you know you know. We came here to get some replacement plates that my son had broken and some light bulbs a for our light fixture. We lucked out and our bulbs were on sale, but regardless we spent less than $30.00 and also got two dish scrub brushes and two head wraps for my wife hair (like a turbi-twist). Ikea is great for low price and decent quality. The staff is helpful and the store is always clean.

Ikea is always a great place to shop! Enjoy the way they lay out rooms to see as you wind through the maze! Always enjoy the light fixtures too!

Lovely display rooms for inspiration! IKEA never disappoints (if anything its a little overwhelming all the choices!) And the cafeteria was big and spacious and had full floor to ceiling windows looking out on the parking lot and freeway, kind of a nice view. The salmon meatballs were good, the elderflower juice, and the fruit gummies.

If you have been to one Ikea....lets be honest...youve been to them all.Everyone knows about Ikea.....if you havent...go have a Swedish meatballs and get some cheap but quality household goods. Their furniture isnt the greatest but it is relatively cheap but decent enough quality. Follow the directions thoroughly and watch your fingers...easy to pinch your fingers.Schedule at least 2 hours to go through the whole store and see everything. Wander through...see the sights and buy some stuff!

Love IKEA! Sadly stuff I wanted was out of stock and the Bistro was closed so no fresh warm Cinnamon rolls :( bit even more reason to go back another day!

You gotta love a trip to IKEA once or twice a year.....their restaurant however has gone down hill due to covid restrictions maybe but just no choices like they use to have....sad!

Thanks to all the government paychecks, IKEA is in short supply of many furniture items as truckers would rather sit home and collect government handouts. This is the 1st time since IKEA came to the valley that there warehouse looked lean. Small items, the ones you collect as you venture through their maze, those were plentiful. I came for a dresser and it simply was not in stock due to trucks not arriving as scheduled. Shy of that part, the staff were friendly and helpful as always. Shop their website and be sure stock is plentiful before you make the drive. I spent 45min to get there.

I love Ikea! Sometimes my husband and I go even though we dont need anything. We walk around and look at all the neat things they have. Then we stop and eat at their bistro. Ikea has really good quality products at good prices. We got a dresser, microwave cabinet and bunk bed there.

First time there. The store personnel were very friendly and helpful with our questions. Furniture is very low to the ground, high prices, kitchen items had some good items at reasonable prices, curtain and rugs mostly neutral colors, it was very nicely done to show sample rooms and office set ups. Huge place, interesting things, if you are looking for modern European looks .

Ok... what can you say about IKEA?!?. For the most part... cheap furniture and famous for you assembling. I would go here for storage items and if I had kids, they have good stuff since furniture for kids is usually disposed of in a few years. If you need an inexpensive item for the house and arent expecting it to be more than basic functional then this is a good starting place to look. Some great bargains can be found.

We enjoyed our experience in this store. I appreciated the well thought out displays. Everything was very organized. Most of the items were very reasonably priced. I will be back. Hand sanitizer was available at the beginning and end of the store. I would say most patrons were wearing masks and social distancing.

Ikea has changed a lot. Nothing is same . Lesser products it seems like they are more focused on hardware and customization now. Very disappointed

It is a fun shopping experience that only an IKEA can deliver. Start with a good cheap meal and then enjoy the walk. Shockingly well stock compared to other stores at this time. Tons of furniture to try out.

Inexpensive quality furniture, housewares, kitchen remodel center, childcare while you shop (maybe not currently due to COVID), they specialize in space saving designs, and if thats not enough they also have a cafeteria which carries there famous swedish meatballs and many other options.

The best time to come here is weekday evenings, its a lot chiller and so much less congested than weekends. They had a very tentative staff there to help us with our items- we had to set up delivery and assembly and dudes assisted us with setup which would have been a real mess otherwise.

The shopping experience was fine, we found them item they wanted and placed our order. Then it took them about 30 minutes to find the order and bring it out which was also fine. They claim to have high visibility loaders available to help you load. Literally not one person outside to help anyone. So I ended up loading three couch boxes into a U-Haul by myself. I went back in and asked if I could have help and they said there would just be people outside. Never were...

You can order online and pick up. The process is very easy! They text and email you all the information you need and help you load it if you need it. I have found that the staff has always been kind and helpful.

This place is amazing. Great prices , great ideas for decorating. Nice place to hang out during a hot day or you have to kill sometime. There is tons of options.

I really love this place. Ive been coming since its grand opening 17 years ago. Prepare yourself for an adventure. Have a problem walking? No worries, there are escalators to take up up to start the browsing or you can take the elevator. There are bags to borrow to store your happy finds you want to purchase. There are special carts that are designed to hold the bag and give you something to lean on. Or you can opt for a full grocery cart but warning, it is an abs workout. All for wheels glide in the same direction to make movement effortlessly, but changing directions youll feel it in our abs.Once you are up top, to begin your journey, look for the Arrows on the ground, both painted and light projected. As you follow the arrows on the ground you will be led through several display rooms and all of them have chairs, beds or couches that you may sit on to take a break. Take a picture or note of the code on the furnitures tag so you can claim the box to purchase to assemble that item at home.Dont feel trapped or that you have to follow the arrows the entire way. There are shortcut isles that let you skip sections. Just keep your eyes open. They have no arrows but sometimes there is a sign (but not always) letting you know the quickest way to the bathrooms which is by the eatery. And yes there is a childrens section not only furniture for your toddlers but fun toys too. I loved the Ankylosaurus plushie. There was also an IKEA Chocolate bunny you would then have to assemble after purchase, so classic IKEA style. IKEA is know for selling the kits to build your own furniture. Few things are sold already assembled.I discovered that there is a discount corner all the way to the left, after the last register near the return door. Items are sold AS IS at great prices. Im very satisfied with the rug we found. It was in great condition!There is a place to buy food upstairs. This is were there are bathrooms, there is also a bathroom deep in the back of the childrens department. The eatery is a great place to take a break before you take the double stairway or elevators to the lower levels and sample the meatballs.Once you are down stairs you run into more of the room fillers, towels, more kitchen gadgets, plates and such. A shortcut leads you into the lighting section, TV stands, and wall hangings.The last area to wander before you are on the last party of your journey is the garden center. There are so many scented candles to choose from. They had plants both silk, plastic fake plants and real houseplants like pathos, succulents, cacti, mini trees and so much more. My husband loved the orchids and lucky bamboo.Now you are released into the realm of boxed furniture. An information desk in between the isles of 13 & 14 can help you locate which isle you are onWhen checking out, the shortest line is always the very left or the very most right. After purchase, helpful IKEA people will carry your large purchases out if you ask them to assist you.There is a small grocery store where you can buy frozen items that the eatery sold up stairs, so you can reheat it at your convivence at home. They sell very unique times. its quite a cultural feast to explore and try.Outside there are twine and cutter stations if you need help securing your purchased boxes to your vehicle. Although IKEA personal will help you load your items into your vehicles, they take no part or responsibility in securing your items. That is all up to you. There is parking right against the exit door but it is only for 15 min or so for loading or returning. There are a lot of parking & Handicap spaces in the parking lot. there is even a special family parking lot tot he right of the building so your children dont have to give you a heart attach while you navigate to your shopping experience.There is a clear and safe path from IKEA to the bus stop. I thought that was very nice and well thought out.

Oh this place is awesome! It has so much for your home for less. The quality of the stuff is good too. We purchased a couch 7 years ago and its still in awesome condition. And the best part is all we have to do is buy a different cover from them and its a new couch! This time wee came for our homeschool room and office and got everything we needed!

Had the worst experience ever. Online shopping is a joke. I placed my order, and it shipped. The day it said it would be delivered it wasnt. Then i called customer service and they said they cancelled my delivery but they didnt tell me they did. No email no anything. I had to find out for myself. Very unprofessional will not be purchasing from here ever again. First and last time. Delivery is a joke to them.

Well organized, didnt get lost. Food options were just enough to satisfy the hunger craving after all that walking! Items are priced well. Great selection.

The greatest rat maze Ive ever been in. They have everything you possibly need for decor in your house. Its great, the people are friendly and you can always get anything there online just by copying the code. I really like the store.

I love Ikea, good product at good prices, however, I will NEVER go back on a weekend. Too crowded and people walk the wrong way and are sooooo rude. It is a HORRIBLE shopping experience, but this is the fault of how horrible people can be. I wish Ikea would put bar codes by their displays so I can find the products they have set up, but otherwise, its a great store! Gives me a lot of options and ideas for organizing too. Love it

Honestly...I dont even have words to describe a place that has EVERYTHING. Even food and its good. You should definitely try the food, its not over priced either! The place is big but you shouldnt get lost if you follow the path they made. Its amazing honestly and if you dont buy anything you can at least get inspiration for your home. Im not even joking when I say it has everything. Going at a later time like 6 is better because its less crowded. ;)

IKEA is always fun to go to and shop few items here and there

As a regular IKEA visitor, I would love to report that my experience was nothing short of an exceptional -- so that I could continue to boast about this Swedish gift to the rest of the world.However, recently (in an aftermath of initial COVID-19 closures and the reopening of businesses) it seems that IKEAs e-commerce has not been able to keep up with the increased demand. Alas, despite placing an order online, with less than 6 hours earlier, I had to come in person to the store to pick up products that were dropped from my online order, due to low stock.Despite being the fourth person to enter the store this morning, I only managed to secure two out of four products that I originally came to pick up from the self-service area. So, be sure to prioritize what you go for, if the numbers of available products are low.And, finally, be prepared to have to complete an acknowledgement form on your phone, before you are let into an aisle to collect drawers. (Completion process of this might have been the very reason why I lost out on getting what I needed, someone else completed their mobile acknowledgement form faster on their cellphone, and got to grab the very last product...) 😕Slightly dissapointed that what used to be a consistently fantastic shopping experience, has recently turned out to be less and less enjoyable -- simply due to product shortages... Come on guys, I just wanna give my money away in exchange of some simple products! 🤷‍♂️

I think Ikea is an amazing store but it is not for me. I get a bit overwhelmed in their with everyone moving in the same direction. It makes perfect sense why they do it but I dont like crowds and feeling like I am being herded like cattle. They have installed short cuts so you dont have to go from beginning to end. That was a much needed relief to me. They do have nice things and they are reasonably priced. Just it is a bit overwhelming for me and I get pretty anxious to get out.

Always have a great experience going here. We start with lunch at the IKEA eatery and then shop the store for things we might need. We have bought four mattresses from here and two beds and they have been great. Its a great store, very clean, and fun to buy things for the house.

We love IKEA. The furniture is practical, can be managed for other useful capacities and is affordable. The only reason I didnt IKEA five stars is because Almost everything we wanted was not in stock. We had an employee who assisted us in the bedroom area named Andre. He was a Fantastic employee because he was genuine, showed us what was going on now, as this pandemic ended, and so much bedroom furniture that was out of stock. However, we found these cool, sliding closets and bought two that were actually in stock. We are waiting to purchase more IKEA furniture as soon as itis in stock. We will keep checking online and continue to wait. Five stars will be coming when we get the rest of our furniture! We appreciate you IKEA!!!

I love IKEA. I know this is not the workers faults or anything, but this place is always sold out of items/furniture. Some items will say they are sold out/temporarily out, but for the most part no. My husband and I wasted hours shopping for a patio table and accessories for it, just to go look for it and find it was completely sold out. There was no signage saying it was sold out when we viewed it on the showroom floor.

Had a horrible experience in the store. I purchased a mattress, which was defective! I called the store and was told to come in and do a simple exchange. I arrive in the store and instantly, I explain I am trying to do a return for a mattress, I am a petite woman and couldn’t carry it, so once I retrieved a cart and brought my item back in, the representative assisting me- started working with a new customer. I was waiting and the next representative skips me, without saying a word. I tried to ask why I was skipped and she ignores me again, to the point where I had to find a manager. The manager was really nice and apologized and made the representative assist me. However, she didn’t speak the entire time and simply gave me a receipt with a gift card, doesn’t explain the process and I ask her where the items is - as I did an online pick-up. She gets irritated and writes the item number down so I can go ask for help in the ware house. Overall HORRIBLE customer service!!! I wasn’t that upset at my defective product, as I understand things happen. But this just put me over the edge, will defiantly return to Bobs Furniture after this. Do not recommend!!!!

Cheap ugly items. Make you pay for your bags and bag your own items. Their carts don’t steer correctly and I don’t like the way they force you to meander through their little isles. Won’t be back. Tacky shopping experience.

One of my favourite places. IKEA sells everything that goes in an apartment or a house. Very tasty food in the Cafeteria. Very good coffee. Very clean restrooms. Super Staff. Great Prices. I have to go to IKEA at least twice a year to replace my laundry bags because friends and relatives take them when I am asleep :)

Absolutely huge store full of low price merchandise, and furniture. Anything and everything you need. Very basic things that go with everything. If you have a very small apartment, this is the place to shop. Although I have to admit, I feel like I’m in a catalog from the fight club movie lolThe only thing I don’t like about it is once you enter you can’t get out until you finish the entire building. The food is worth trying if you get the munchies on your way out

Inexpensive home decor, easy access from freeway. Layout is confusing, but set up like ALL IKEA stores. Meatballs are the best, other snack items are yummy, too!

So this place can get busy at times. Overall though, the products are well priced for the style you get. I used pick up see ice for online bought item and while it was busy, service was pretty quick.

This location used to be amazing. I am currently sitting still waiting for a click and collect order. I have been waiting for over 40 min for them to bring it out. On top of that the items I have been waiting months for are still out of stock at this location. Its ridiculous that I will have to pay for a delivery fee and just purchase them online and get them delivered because they have been out of stock for the last 6 months. Outrageous!

Worst experience with online ordering. Everything took ages to arrive, and then several of the items were damaged and six never arrived even after I received an email saying they had been delivered. I contact Ikea on chat several times after waiting on hold for ages when I called their 888 number. Everyone claimed the items had arrived and recommended that I call their 888 number or Fedex. The link on the Ikea site for Fedex was broken. All around ridiculous experience and a complete waste of time and money. Recommend shopping elsewhere even if it costs more.

Good store, good restaurant. Its a store with a ton of traffic, so expect wear and tear and options that are unavailable. Really good place to spend an afternoon and grab some cheap household gear.

I totally love IKEA! However trying to order cabinets has been a nightmare! They are always out of stock of the frames and the shelves. I finally had to just buy different color frames which were lighter and then I had to go buy spray paint with a primer in it from home Depot and spray paint them and hopefully nobody notices. The long lines are a nightmare and theres hardly anybody there to help you however when I finally went to go pick up my cabinets from the checkpoint outside I parked and I checked in and a young fellow brought my cabinets out to me in boxes but they did not load them for me which was kind of a let down.

Went there for a futon sofa however it was out of stock. Saw Deanna and she was most helpful about when it may be in stock. Afterwards my friend and myself went and had lunch.

Ikea has served me well over the years. Most of the time, I can tote what I buy home in my wee vehicle and assemble it myself in an afternoon. Colorful, contemporary, no frou frou design at modest prices and good lighting? Preferably on wheels? With a side of Swedish meatballs? Yes, please! But remember, friends dont let friends shop IKEA on a Sunday afternoon!

Ikea is the most unorganized company when ordering for delivery. Ordered a shoe cabinet. Told there were 6 in stock. I was given a delivery date and time. They charged my card within minutes. One week later no cabinet and no update. Called them and they tell me it was never in stock but on backorder. Now to get a refund they say it will take 7-10 business days. Thats BS. How can they charge my card in minutes but it takes 7-10 days for a refund.Very poor operation. Would not order again from IKEA.

The path to the exit is clearly marked on the floor. I was not able to keep my husband from finding his way to the registers before I was ready to check out. Mix some of those floor arrows up a little so I have more time to shop. I like everything. Clean bathrooms and cart stations all over the store so you can grab a cart if you need one.

I love this place. No other store, in my opinion, is as well organized as Ikea. Decoratiors Dream.

Back in the day, Ikea was just a big box furniture store with ready-to-assemble, mediocre quality but affordably priced lightweight furnishings. Not now. Today, they have perfected the platform and have elevated their stores to destinations, featuring child care during your trip and a huge restaurant featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner at give-away prices (a complete salmon fillet entree for $8 for example). This Ikea is SO large and sprawling that you need a map. Oh, and they give you a map! And arrows painted on the floor to guide you. The intelligent design of their furniture and fixtures is truly impressive. The prices are still great. And in addition to furniture, you can get a whole lot more including cutlery, lamps, rugs, utensils, and on and on. This is a big box retailer that will never be threatened by changing consumer preferences for online shopping.

Great selection of furniture and easy to haul in a car. I love the malm and I always get good service when I go here. Even when I had to deal with returns and lost a receipt they had no problem helping me. Got to love affordable furniture that looks good too!

Weve purchased many IKEA products over the years, from kitchen supplies to major furniture pieces, and been happy with all of them. We also love to walk around the store too, even if were not planning on buying anything.

I love IKEA, always have. I love the way its organized, I love the way the company thinks about their impact on the planet in everything they do, and how they allow flexibility for their staff, and pay full time benefits to part time workers. I love IKEA.

IKEA is intentionally built like a maze, so you spend more time in, going around shopping, but we still like to hang at IKEA stores and inspire ourselves, because some of the show rooms are just bomb. Cant also forget the signature scandinavian restaurant and sweets.

This is my favorite place to visit and shop for “Home“ but recently I noticed that there’s very less variety of products available and few of them are out of stock. I always looked for bedsheets and comforters and pillowcases which they used to have in abundance but now…not found !I would love to keep shopping in IKEA if they get updated and upgraded with lots of stuff.

I was searching around IKEA looking for reasonable sale prices and items. I also 👀 seen so many furniture I was interested in at a cheaper price. Hopefully I could return to IKEA again very soon when I decided where Im going to move here in Arizona just not sure what city I want to live in. Definitely IKEA is the place to shop for all your home 🏡 furnishings. I gives IKEA an 5 stars rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because of the way the store was organized, clean and also the displays was set-up in each section of different departments. The team members were Respectful, Courtesy, Pleasant and Friendly with a 😃 smile.

Nice store but they dont have a lot of stuff for bigger people in my opinion. A lot of cute stuff, stuff thats pleasing, but I need sturdy, strong, big, durable furniture. Bought a few smaller things, but didnt find what I was looking for.

Store itself was good and people tended to social distance. The cafeteria was another matter. People ignored signage on floor for distance and service very slow. Finally got a second cashier. Food excellent as always.

It seems as if customer service is completely vanishing. Very sad. Attempted to ask very very general questions about the Tempe location etc. I called on the telephone hoping to speak to a live person, was on hold for 20minutes and not one person picked up. It was just a general voice machine. this discouraged me on wanting to purchase anything from here would rather pay the extra dollar for some decent customer service.

If you like to walk a lot, meander the store following the arrows. It can be exhausting, but at least there are plenty of furniture pieces to sit on for rest (pretending of course youre testing them out). Sometimes, however, when you have just one thing you know you need, its nice to use the shortcuts between departments. It still can be a lot of walking. Yesterday I had a short window of time to get in, make my purchase, and head to my next appointment. I had one thing I needed. I knew just where to go. Imagine my chagrin to find they moved stuff around! A stores prerogative, I suppose... but not for patrons who dont have all day, nor the energy to maneuver the entire store. Thats my reason for the 3 stars. I guess everyone/place was utilizing pandemic time to get creative and switch stuff up. 😬😷

Always have fun walking thru the store and coming up with new and innovative ways to store belongings and organize our home. I particularly like looking at all of the home automation devices and LED lighting. We often frequent the in-house restaurant and have always enjoyed the food and selection.

Route 10 was closed, spent probably an hour circled the place trying to find it. GPS and cell phones kept wanting us to get back on closed road.Once we found the place we parked in the lot farthest from the store. Youd think they were giving away the place. Totally nuts inside. Never saw it so bad.Registers, surprisingly, werent so bad.

You can easily spend a morning here. Nice set ups upstairs for bathroom, bedroom , kids/ teen rooms , kitchens etc. downstairs is shed you can select and pick up your items. Childcare downstairs and a restaurant upstairs.I do not recommend the restaurant however. Poor food quality. Large parking lot and decent loading zone.

Love this place. It’s always easy to get in and out, the staff are helpful, it’s clean and well organized, and always has a great stock. Love the food there too, it’s inexpensive and delicious. I highly recommend their famous Swedish meatballs.
