I am not happy with the delivery sr ice

My Mother recently passed away and had an accout with RAC at this location. The store manager Melinda helped our family out in a major way. These people really do put customer happiness before their bottom line. The store was clean, organized and overall taken care of. My cousin continues to buy furniture here.

In 2 days I got my bed and that included weekend. At first I thought price was high but now that I have it it is like sleeping in a cloud. Not to mention sales person Melinda was awesome as well as the delivery people. They even arrived15 minutes early which was awesome. I am over the top pleased. Along with that got 6 months no interest. I will refer and go back for more furniture for my new place.

Was able to rent a good Queen bed until I could buy my own. They were able to accommodate my needs. Pricing didnt break the bank either. My name and info was incorrect. Delivery was late, no call. I had to call them. All in all Rent A Center helped me out a lot !

These guys are really helpful and always willing to give you the best deal they have. I have a laptop and a phone both from Rent-A-Center that Im almost done paying off. Its nice to be able to have a weekly/bi-weekly payment instead of a large sum payment every month that stresses me out. I find it easier with my weekly payment that its a lot less stressful.

Laura is the best! She has been super helpful, kind, and diligent. I would recommend her to anyone. She is outstanding.
