Svc was good and quick, but svc tech forgot to put center cap for lugs on rim, now Im missing one

Came in for a full Inspection for my car coming up on 70,000 miles just to make sure things were in order. I bought my 2016 used 3 years ago and never had an inspection and Metro 25 did the complete inspection. Which I should have done when I first bought the car. And only found problems with the brakes and a control arm bushing. They called me notified me of what they found. I authorized them to do everything to make me safe. Eight hours later they called and said my car was ready. Great People

Excellent customer service. I needed a battery and was able to have a brand name battery installed the same day. I call Lafontaine Kia in Dearborn and they were not able to get me a battery until Friday and it was a no name battery.

I stopped in for my front tire losing air. Found out I had a broken valve stem and got it replaced. Also found out why my front end had been making noise. I also got a quote on new tires and they beat the competitors significantly. What a friendly and experienced team here. Definitely will return for future car needs. I was a walk-in, but was still able to be taken care of. Most places will not take a same day walk-in. Needed service was thoroughly explained to me. Work was performed professionally, quickly, and at a very competitive price.

If something goes wrong with my Jeep, Metro 25 Tire-Firestone is where I bring it. They are polite and professional every time and they go out of their way to get things done. One time I brought my Jeep in with a bulge in my tire like it was about to explode. They were about to close when I got there, but Mike saw how bad my tire was and knew I had to be to work first thing in the morning, so they volunteered to stay after close to get it fixed for me. The next time, my Jeep had a hose bust and the parts they needed to fix were on back order. They told me that it could be up to 3 days before I got my Jeep back, but then called the next afternoon and it was finished and good to go. I highly suggest Metro 25 Tire-Firestone.

I was offered assistance the moment I stepped up to the desk. I explained my problem and was immediately taken care of. My car was taken into a bay and the tire was repaired (it was a nail). In and out in a half an hour. Excellent service!!

Roadside failure was dealt with promptly, effectively, ahead of schedule and for a reasonable price. They salvaged a weeklong trip of over 3500 miles with their repairs and timeliness.

This specific firestone location is one of my go-tos whenever I have an issue with my truck. These guys are honest, do good work, and are always very timely about the work they do. I brought my truck into them recently for an issue and come to find out, the part was just unplugged, so they didnt even charge me anything because they didnt have to fix anything. Most car places would be a bit too eager to charge for anything and almost everything, but these guys are awesome. I wouldnt trust taking my car anywhere else!

Their also open on Sundays, so keep that in mind when everything else is closed and your in a bind.The guys working there take customer services seriously and are extremely helpful. They explain everything in detail and try to save their customers money but still give them the items they need. I was half attempted to offer one of them a job with the company I work for because Im always looking for good employees. I didnt think within almost a year of paying close to $3,000 for front-end work that my car would sound the same way as to me bringing it in very unhappy I had my husband bring it back due a sound it was ignored so I guess I was just complaining yea right Im disabled dont have $$ to waste..

My wife got a flat tire on her way to work. I packed up my three year old and one year old and went to go change her tire. After getting her on her way I swung by Metro 25 - Firestone Taylor (Goddard/Telegraph) to drop the tire off. As I pulled in somebody was sweeping the parking lot to keep it clean. I told them what happened and I wanted to drop the tire off. They suggested I wait as they would do it very quickly. I was skeptical because Ive always had very long waits at tire shops. I decided to try and wait. Then the guy asked me if I would like a used tire instead of new to match the other three used tires that were already on my wifes car. It saved me about $100. I went to settle in a chair in the lobby and prepare for a long wait with two small children but in 5 minutes they were loading the tire into my car and getting us out of there. They held the door to help me get the kids out and were very friendly the entire way. It was honestly the best experience Ive ever had at a tire shop.

I had a blowout of a rear tire on 275 last Sunday afternoon. (No spare) Nothing was open. After waiting for a flatbed tow & finding that your store was open until 4pm we called ahead. Found a small leak in the tread of my tire. Brought it in and described exactly were it was located and asked for tire to be taken off and patched from inside. When I went to pay the $25 bill I was told it was a rim leak. I said that I know it had a small puncture because I found it myself with soapy water. They them told me that they had also patched the tire. I only made it 3/4 of the way home and tire was going flat and had to put my spare on. Took it to a reputable shop the next day and found there it had not been patched like was claimed.

This company is a caring and helpful to people who need help. They did my repair as cost effective to me as possible. The work was done in less time then they said . My car is now safe to drive. They were very kind and considerate. I will go back to them if my car needs more work.

I went in for my tires rotation. They were friendly and very helpful.Also, check everything under my car. Told me what parts gonna needs to be replace, in time.Even took me out where my car was, still up in the air and show me what was wrong.Really appreciate that. Most places wants to rip a female off, especially an older person. At 78, I thank uses.

These guys have huge hearts and are amazing. My rear tire had a screw and they offered to fix it free of charge. After examining my tires they told me i indeed needed new tires that my current were unsafe. I told them i couldnt afford it until payday. They gave me those used tires free of charge and told me to go buy something for my child for Christmas!! AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!

First time i came up here to change a flat tire they charged me $140 they left the inside of my car soaked which blew a fuse in my radio so my bluetooth doesn’t work. When i confronted the manager about it he denied everything. My second trip up here today and i felt i got ripped off because I was charged the same amount of $140 but LESS work was put into it than before and they kept the same tire on..they didn’t even give me a new tire like my last visit. When i left out the shop today the manager tried to give me counterfeit money for my change. Grimy men indeed 0/10 would not recommend

Very disappointing. I have visited this Firestone before and the customer service is consistent in being poor. As a woman, I am not a stranger to auto shop culture. Generally here it seems that it is having to wait longer than other customers, which was the case most recently. While this last visit is in fact the last visit, it amazes me that the front line auto customer service person does not know customer service. You never let a phone customer take precedence over people standing in front of you. How do you engage in a long detailed conversation over the phone without addressing waiting customers? Really? Who does that? Certainly not places that VALUE their customers.There are many ways that this can be handled. For example, you can let the customer on the phone know, since they dont know, that you have a customer or customers waiting and ask them can you give them a call back. Or perhaps, have another service staff person finish up the call. When I call auto shops to inquire about my car, a part, or tires,, they do this with me all the time, and I completely understand. It is more than reasonable that a auto repair shop can not maintain conversations if they have customers waiting.While your service on vehicles may get stars, your customer service in my personal experience hardly deserves the 1 star.Looking for auto repair AND PROFESSIONALISM TOO !Firestone, Quality starts with CUSTOMER VALUE!

Over priced

Very slow and didnt even add air to a low tire that I asked them to address, up to 5 employees standing at the counter while people are waiting on their cars. Took an hour to mount and balance one tire, and didnt address the lot sir in the other tire like asked. Would not recommend.

Would love to give them 0 stars but not possible. 60 year old father here. 20 year old son took vehicle in for an AC issue. OVERCHARGED him about $150 for the repairs. $140 for a HVAC resistor that costs $25. 2 hours of labor for a repair job that the book states 30 minutes.Can NEVER recommend. PREDATORY.

Needed new tires and was worried about the cost! Mike was so helpful in directing me to the right tires for me. I needed them to be safe in the snow but not be outrageously priced. Mike picked out the perfect tires for me that were in my price range. When I came to have the work done, the staff was ready and waiting for me and took excellent care of me and I was in and out without a problem. Even had a cup of coffee while waiting! :) Would definitely trust Mike and the team at Metro 25 Firestone with any of my car care needs!
