3rd time Ive been here. Fantastic service. They seem quite busy normally, would recommend calling ahead. Either way good honest folks and glad theyre my local spot for repairs and registration inspections.

They do all of my inspections. Fast, courteous, professional and Tony/William is a great guy. I have a Tesla and now Tony has one....go Tony!!!

Quick and friendly service

Open sign is flashing at 8am. The google page says it opens at 8:30am on Saturday. I left at 8:45 because no one showed up. This would have been my first experience with this local shop but.... I was looking for a new place to get my inspections done because Taylor Lube Center is always packed on Saturdays. Anyways, I tried. First impressions are forever lasting. Sincerely, I wish you guys the best. I love supporting local business.

Amazing shop and people, they really know cars here! The dealership was telling me they would have to replace my whole engine ($4000+). Pai Auto was able to fix the problem for a fraction of the price. My Cars been running strong ever since and that was almost a year ago. Big Thank You goes out to them!

PAI Auto & Inspections is a really great place to get work done on a car. There no real wait for inspections, and the owner is straight up with your vehicle needs to get running, and the price.

Im not sure what anyone else is talking about. This place does quality work at a fair price. I recently had my brakes and rotors done on my car for less than half the price of any other competitor. The employees are courteous and respectful as well. Thank you again for a job well done. My struts are next in line.

54.00 for one nspection. Took me for 25.00 for 2 wiper blades..when i heard 12.99. The employee was physically intimidating and insisted that i just listen, listen, listen to his rant instead of just giving me back my money. It was a most unpleasant experience..Ill never ever use them again.

Inspection was quick. Oil change wasnt terribly priced. I like these guys.

Worst decision Ive ever made coming here. They just stand around and do nothing. I took my car (running) and a month later they still hadnt gotten the problem fixed they gave me the car back not running. My motor just hanging in the shop for no reason, while my car sat outside. Very upset and disappointed. All they do is rip people off, and mess up their cars!

I was on a basic car repair mission this past Saturday which also included vehicle inspection. I stopped at Firestone in Stonehill Town Center before 9 am. The gentleman who assisted me said he had about 40 cars ahead of me and did not anticipate my car being ready until around 6 pm! I thanked him and left. I remembered seeing a place (Pflugerville Automotive) on the corner of 685 and Pfenning Ln. I stopped and went inside to ask about vehicle inspection. The young man who assisted me (William) said, I can take you right now. I just finished one. While I was waiting, another gentleman walked in and told me he had been bringing his THREE cars there for years! By the time I left Pflugerville Automotive, I had three new friends. Pflugerville Automotive had a new REGULAR customer!

Went in for a State Inspection today. About 15 minutes and I was done. Fast and Friendly.

Stopped in on saturday after three when they were already closed but fransisco was able to fix my wifes tire and then change my oil in my truck all for a low price. I have read the other reviews and would tell you to just come and see these guys for yourself they helped me out alot. Thanks PAI!

Rude!,had truck11days,today when I went in I told him we were ready to call the warranty people to see what was covered,and told us not till Monday,we finally gave up on this 3rd world serviceauto shop
